Our beloved cat was attacked by a coyote. There were no major wounds so we took her to PetWellClinic in Alcoa. The staff was so considerate and efficient, the Dr explained everything and made us and our cat feel safe there. She treated her wounds on her leg, and this morning she wasn’t even limping anymore. I will be taking our other cat in for eye problems because I totally trust the WHOLE amazing staff! Highly recommend. Cost efficient. Caring. Took care of everything in timely manner.

My dog needed a nail trim . Staff did not hold dig properly, way too slow. Barely trimmed the back , said they trimmed the front . See photos . Does this look like they trimmed his nails ? Waste of 32 dollars . I have had his nails trimmed there in the past and they did a good job . Not this time staff acted as if they didn’t know what they were doing . They had him in the floor put on table which made him more nervous. Ask them to take him off a 4 ft table that he slipped around on by then too late. My doggy was scared then . Over 45 minutes and this is what the results are

I took my dog with an ear infection. They broke down the price so that I could make the decision on what I could spend. They were super nice to me & good to my dog, even tho she’s a pit bull. I will def be going there again!

No appointment needed, barely a wait time, the staff showed concern and affectionate for my dog, and they treated her illness with effectiveness as she is already well 2 days later! I took my cat there because every vet in Blount county said they were booked for Saturday. Maryville desperately needs another emergency vet for nights and weekends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor however, seemed to be the only one and was a little overwhelmed. I didn't feel like she really listened to what I was telling her. When they went over the charges, they went so fast that I really didn't understand everything. It's a nice clinic but the doctor needs to not rush through everything. She was trying to do testing that I didn't feel like my cat needed.

I went in there to get my dog vax,I wanted to have blood work done for Heartworm and on top of their fee they wanted to charge me an additional $25.00 just to write the prescription. That's gonna be my last time there
