Still low on lot of foodI shopped at the market place one. Did not have rye bread so I went to the one on halls road. They had a lot of rye bread. I think people forgot a lot of people buy on orders. Then pick up. People are nice at both places.

Prices are high as all grocery stores. But I didn't expect or want an employee who I asked for help to let me know she's gender neutral. After I corrected myself when I saw her from afar and said sir. She has to tell me she's gender neutral and it's a compliment to call her sir.What!!, even here in small town Alcoa there's this confusion. I'll pray for her. Not a good experience at all, sad though.

I don’t understand why Kroger has sale flyers because when you order via delivery my phone rings until it completed. Several common items such as Big K cola 2 liters, meat on sale, and dog food are out of stock. I am going to change orders to another grocery store because it’s to much time & trouble to get groceries.

The staff at Krogers are wonderful! They cut up with you and will help you out. I absolutely love shopping at either Krogers. Hall Rd and Foothills Mall Dr.

My wife and I use the pickup option every week. We are usually helped by a lady named Heather! She always has a smile on her face and is always a delight to deal with. We got to know her for a while and she would ask about my the family or how my wife was and was always super pleasant. It's not everytime we get her but she always makes it a very enjoyable experience when she is. Congratulations Kroger you guys found a GOLD MINE with Heather and her amazing level of customer service!

Very disappointed in this store. I have been shopping there for years a loyal customer. I will no longer shop at any Kroger after my experience yesterday.I was over charged on several items and they lady at customer service would not adjust my receipt and give me a refund for the over charge. She stated that I did not buy 5 of the specific items when my receipt clearly showed that I did.If I could give ZERO stars I would.I will spend my money at a store that appreciates their customers and honor their sale items.

So I go here getting a lift from my Uber, nice guy his name is Gabe, in the need of a dozen glazed donuts. Simple right? So I read the label of the dozen glazed donuts and I'm out the door back to Gabriel to enjoy my purchase.Next to my surprise I open it up expecting the perfect glaziness of that donut to enter me. But no it's a f%#$ING pretzel. But pretzels are great so f%#$ it, win win amirite?So I down that salty b%#$@rd but now I'm ready for my sweets. Next up, a F%#$%NG BAGEL. If I'd have known I was getting bagels I'd have gotten cream cheese! I check the box and they're all bagels! And not just bagels but there's only six of them not the dozen like I expect!Oh well it was on clearance so you can't be too upset, I guess. Either way I'm not too pleased with my experience. But the Uber driver kicked a$$ so 5 stars.

I hadn't been in this store for Iawhile but I decided to run in and get a few things. When I got ready to check out there was no registers open so I was forced to use the self checkout. I had produce I didn't know how to scan. Couldn't find anyone to help me. Finally I got someone's attention very rude person got that done went to pay wouldn't take my money again had to try to find the rude person to help not a pleasant experience at 8:00 in the morning Won't be back to this store. Will take my business to Food City.

Good customer service as long as you don’t use the self checkouts. Stood around waiting for someone to come help us and 3 employees looked at our light blinking and walked right past me and my fiancé with no help. As well walked past this family of four right on the other side who needed help as well. Thankfully this girl packing up online orders stepped out to help us or we would have been there for much longer.

It’s a nice store but needs more staff. I went on a Saturday and only 2 full service lanes were open. However, every self checkout lane was open. My daughters and I even bagged our own groceries and I saw another customer in the other full service lane doing the same thing. I don’t mind lending a hand but on a Saturday, which is a busy day, please get some more staff!

Did curbside pickup for apr18, 2020. Was going to use the bread apt 19 and it was moldy. In multiple places. Sell by date sticker was apr 20. Bread was in kroger bakery, $3.59. I expect more from kroger.

Great example of how good a krogers can be when they are ran well with good employees.everything looks fresh and well stocked.thers always some discounted groceries that are a steal.best grocery in alcoa by far!!!

Another trip here on the day the weekly add came out. Once again they are out of some of the items in the add. They also can't seem to get the sale labels in the right place. You have to look very carefully to decipher the label only to find out is for the item next to the item although the label is directly underneath. Since inflation has gone through the roof, I have to look closely at the weekly adds to determine where to do my shopping. Unfortunately, Kroger will no longer be an option as I can't afford multiple trips to the store hoping they will have the sale items in stock.

Today’s experience was terrible. First the store waited until about 10 minutes prior to my pickup time to text to say there would be an additional hour wait time. Only saw this when I arrived at the store as I don’t check my texts while driving. Second, the attendant told me an item had been substituted and I did not approve any substitutions nor was I given the opportunity. I let this one go as it was only one item and not a big deal. Third, I asked for a receipt as I was not given one and the attendant had to go back inside to acquire one. Fourth, I am assuming the person bringing me the receipt might have been a supervisor. This person needs to spend more time making sure that receipts are given to customers and less time on her intimidation speech prep to attempt to make it the customer’s issue. Fifth, I arrived home and began unloading my vehicle and found can goods sitting on top of produce. Sixth, one of the cans is badly dented and has been thrown in the trash.

I love being able to order online & pick up later. Saves me time & money. I do realize it doesn't open me up to try new things. Recently I found that when I order online for bananas that you must put exactly HOW MANY bananas you want. I thought they meant bundles of 4 or 5. So I ordered 1 "bundle" & I got 1 banana. Lol Update: Since prices have increased everywhere, I don't use the pickup service as much.

I had made a purchase the day before and had an awesome conversation with the cashier at checkout unfortunately I'd forgotten to use my Kroger card. The next day i returned to see if they could help get the savings back. Gale at guest services so kind and not only refunded the money from savings back to my card but even updated the proper fuel points to be added to my account as well. What an outstanding example of taking great care of your customers and going above and beyond.

This store is really doing better since all the COVID-19 stuff. They finally got some new hires who are invested in their jobs and it shows. The store is clean, all the associates are friendly, and for a smaller store they still have a very wide selection! The meat department is amazing! They have several associates who are very friendly and helpful, and their meat and seafood selection is incredible! I mean they have all the standards but then they also have things like bison, individual cuts of meat that can be trimmed the way you want. On the seafood side fine things like swordfish steaks, jumbo raw shrimp, cooked shrimp, salmon, tilapia.. the list goes on and on! My point is if you do your shopping in Maryville in the Hall Road area you're not going to find better store for groceries than Kroger on Hall Road.

I would give the pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I took a prescription in today that's covered by the VA and the pharmacist refused to fill it because I'm a Veteran and a Yankee. And stated that they won't fill my prescription because of that. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Avoid going here if you're a Veteran or a Yankee

Click list is a joke here. We have used it 2 weeks in a row at different times of day and have waited over a hour once we arrived to receive our order. I could definitely shop for myself faster. After getting home they made multiple substitutions to my order and after walking around the store low and behold I found everything they substituted for stating they didn't have it. WOW WOW WOW walmart at least let's you know what you are getting and a choice on weather that works!!!!!

Everyone is extremely nice have shopped there since 1990. Couple of questions, why do the deli employees wear the same gloves with multiple orders touching the meats, the equipment, the packaging and on to the next customer. I have seen one young man who changed between orders and also washed his hands. 2nd, several employees wear their masks below their nose and touch their faces, nose etc. I know it is a hassle, it is for me too but sorta defeats the purpose ! Their are many of your employees who are following the guidelines and I really appreciate it. I wish more of the customers would wear them . Thank you for the person who wipes down the carts

There are so many good things about this store. I love the people that work there. They are always friendly. I love the new app that provides a shopping list with things that I have ordered in the past and it is in order by aisles. There are lots of digital coupons and they mail you paper coupons for things that you buy on a regular basis. Now they have the "CLiCKLIST" It's wonderful and easy. I love this place.

Staff wasn't friendly at all, and when I used my digital coupons they were not all applied. I did check and realized that there was a couple that were my fault B.C. I grabbed the kind or size. I'm still confused on the others though. And we are talking about a pretty fair difference.
