It's a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes it's good, others it's ok. Only real problem is one time we had a carhop steal $10 of our money and she lied about it. The manager took care of it though she gave us our money back.

If I could a zero I definitely give them one . On my lunch order my food. I’m waiting patiently but people driving up after me and receiving their orders. Did really trip then another driver received their orders. So I pressed the button to let them know that I had been waiting on my order over 15 minutes and she asked me what did I order really. I wasted 30 minutes of my lunch 🤦🏽‍♀️

This place is filthy and trashy, the old corn dog Lady didnt give me whipp cream with my strawberry milk shake. To make matters worse the lady gave my grandma a melted ice cream cone. Filthy I say FILTHY!!! The service was trash

This place needs better speakers to order from. Two days in a row they could not hear us. The second day they messed up our order due to the fact they couldn't hear!! This place is a joke!!!

They were extremely busy and got our order wrong. Pressed the button again to get it right and it took 30 minutes more to get the order correct.I need to edit this review to also say that our waitress was very nice, and once she brought the corrected order to the vehicle she was very nice and apologized. I think our experience was just due to the time of day and the fact that they were extremely busy. The grands said their food was good.

Usually a decent place to.go but we went there this time, made our order and waited for it. It was just before 9 pm...we finally got our order and before we could even check to make sure everything was correct, they turned the canopy lights and everything off because they were closing...at 9pm...on Friday night. Our order was wrong but we couldn't even tell anyone because they turned the signs off so we paid for food that we didn't order and there was nothing we could do about it.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible

Went the other morning and the place was fairly crowded. Rang in and was told there were only 2 employees working and that it would likely be 10-15 minutes on my order. Received my order in about 10 minutes and everything was hot and correct.

My past few visits to Alamo sonic have been pleasant. My food has been correct. It depends on which cook is on to how my food is presented. One cook is kinda skimpy with the ingredients on my order. All the carhops have been great. KEEP UP THE GOOD WRK!

These people take forever. They ask for your order and then ask you to stop and repeat a hundred times. You ask for something, like ranch with your wings, and you're told it's in the bag. It never is. It's a pain to have to check behind people all the time. I have had food missing, food burnt....you name it. Carhops are usually very friendly once they come out, but I suspect this is to get their tip, honestly. Just be sure to always check your order before you leave.

When you use the app you get 1/2 priced drinks. Every carhop who's delivered our order to us has been very friendly. I recommend trying the blue coconut slush with nerds.

My family and I are from Missouri we were going to the Animal Safari and sadly it was raining so we didn’t want to waste the money if all animals weren’t going to be outside. Anyways with having a 5yr old and 2yr old they both were hungry and we got pretty decent amount of food for $25 all of the food we got was made fresh and my husband said his burger was amazing. 🤤Pretty damn good, not going to lie this sonic was better then all the Sonics I have went to in Missouri.

Okay I love the .99 large tea in the mornings. And Happy Hour from 2:00 - 4:00! Half price drinks! Perfect timing for kids getting out of school!!

The food was horrible. Its like they just heated everything up in a microwave with all the lettuce and tomatoes and everything in it. The blast was more like a shake. The corn dogs were so hard theycouldnt be eaten. The tots were cold. This is the worse experience I have ever had at a fast food place.

Had not eaten Sonic food from here for several months cause the order was always wrong. Finally decided to give it another chance. Ordered burgers & fries, & all tasted great! Sonic was back on our list of fast food places. Second order: ordered 1 single with mustard, pickles, & onions only & also 1 double with mayo, lettuce, & tomato only. They repeated the order twice over the intercom & once when it came out. Paid, took it home, & both sandwiches were doubles & had everything: mayo, pickles, onions, lettuce, & tomato & 2nd one had mustard with everything. Also charged for 2 doubles. Today, went by for lunch & ordered 2 singles: 1 with mustard,pickles, onion only, 1 with mayo, lettuce, tomato only. Both had mayo, no mustard. They repeated twice over intercom, then again when delivered. As I sit here & look at the ticket, it says one with mustard, one mayo. What is the problem? Why can't they get it right? I have worked as a waitress for 10 years & I know how to take orders & deliver the product as it should be! Guess it will be another long wait before trying Sonic again (if ever!) Maybe someone needs to train them how to do it! This town is small, & Sonic is the only place we have. If you can't get it right, close down & put McDonald's in its place! No, they're not perfect, but there's very few mistakes made. Hey Sonic: get your mind on what you're doing & keep your customers! Oh, by the way, when we went there today, we were the only customers there! You would think that, with just one order you could get it right!!!

Quick service from carhops & always good food. They left out part of my order this time, but I'm close so no big deal (first mistake ever).Parking: It's a drive-in, it's all parking lot 😜Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid's items on the menu.

Worst customer service I have ever seen, I ordered a sweet tea and a burger that's it, been waiting now 25 minutes. Pushed the button again they say there short staffed. Still waiting

Final straw with Sonic in Alamo. I could write a book if I listed all the order problems we've had there in recent months. My order is wrong over half the time. I've called multiple times and nothing seems to change. I tried to call in an order three times today; I was put on hold for five minutes when they finally did answer phone. While on hold I could hear employees playing and talking rude either to or about customers. I hung up and let my wife order because she was there before anyone came back to take my order. My wife waited 25 mins for food because order got lost. When she checked the order she immediately found one error. The drinks were not labeled in any way and one was wrong. The bun on my chili cheese dog was stale and hard and all the food except the chicken sandwich they had to replace while she was still there was cold. I cannot understand how the service here can be so poor. I stop in Dyersburg about twice a week for breakfast and they have never gotten the order wrong and the quality of the food is much better. I'm not normally a complainer, but something needs to change Sonic!
