I appreciate having Walgreens here and I shop there often. The service has always been helpful and friendly. That is until this evening.stopped in for some cold medicine and checking out had the most sarcastic karen working. This was one time putting up with service like that. Definitely not what I expected. I could have went to hyvee and spent 40 dollars there.

Pharmacy is closed at 2pm on a friday..... real nice to be told ill have to wait till Saturday for pain meds

I had a great experience at the pharmacy! I needed an updated TDAP shot. I called in a day prior and gave them all of my medical information. I came in the next day at 10AM and no other customers were in line. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The gentleman who gave me the shot was super nice and super helpful. He wore a mask and a face shield when distributing the shot. I would definitely return to this location. Thank you!

Their online system was completely down. I had ordered pickup in store. I understood, as I've worked several retail jobs myself. I believe I was very understanding. I simply TRIED to ask if I could set my items aside (online order) to ensure they were available when system came back up.Wanda was extremely rude last Eve. She kept interrupting me while I tried to ask simple question. Charlene, on the other hand was very kind & professional.

You know every time I get to the drive through window here and there is a problem I'm told to go around and come in. Today I sat behind a car for 10 minutes waiting while they had a yak session with the pharmacist.I got frustrated went around and walked in. 2 pharmacy staff are tied up talking to the same person in the drive through! Just want to pull my hair out!!!

Best pharmacy in town. Had a root canal back in the summer and waited at Wal-Mart pharmacy over an hour after they told me my prescription was just frozen not moving on there end. Took it to Walgreens and they had it done in not 5 mins. They were way more personable. The.store layout is nice. Good variety. Got some passport pics done here as well. Prices pretty competitive. If i ever get another prescription I would take it here and i suggest you do the same.

Wallgreens pharmacy Yankton, I used to like this store but after this last visit I will never use the pharmacy again! I live 20 miles away from the store and I picked up the medication for my grandson before I picked him up from the hospital. When we got home the all of the meds were not in the bag, I called the pharmacy and they told me yes that every thing was so then I called the hospital and talked with the doctor she told me that they should have gotten the prescription. I then called back to the pharmacy and asked again about the breathing michine they then told me that they asumed that I had the michine, why would they think that? They lost a good costemer

I was in there tonight, I never ever go back.The manager was so rude , could and did not want to help me correctly and was so rude when I walked away she told anouther customer I was rude.REALLY.all wanted was to send something out FedEx, as I had never done it before was asking questions ,she could not answer. And sent me down the road.She dont even use FedEx in her store.. how sad .qell thank you cause I will never come back to your store.

I tried to print my kids school pics from a CD. One disc worked and the other didn't. Very frustrating since I had to go back to the photo company to get a copyright release. I get home and put the disc in my laptop to see if it's a faulty disc, and no, it pulls up the image perfectly. Walgreens makes it very difficult to order prints there. I won't go back.
