Our room was meticulous, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. The only inconvenience was having to park 2 blocks away. Many places downtown do not have parking, so be aware when booking a room.Rooms: Clean and comfortableNearby activities: DowntownWalkability: Everything is in walking distance

Location is good and rooms are clean and neat. When we checked in for 2 nights we had no toilet paper in our room. I called the assistant manager Brandy who by the way was super rude and just told me to come and get it downstairs. When i got there she left one toilet roll on the counter and she was outside smoking and talking on her phone looking at me and trying to hide. another gentleman came to help.

Clean and neat. Also fairly new looking. Our king room was on the compressed size but it was okay for our two night stay. Easy to walk downtown Deadwood from here. Parking was two blocks away and load and unload in the street were two big problems. Breakfast they advertise is just junk food you fix yourself.

Not the hotel I thought it was. AC was a floor unit with the window open and a very outside. Rom was tiny. Town is nice. But man oh man this room was the worst. Because the windows are all open, you can hear everything from outside…. Not awesome!

This hotel is a great find. The room was beautifully appointed and although a bit small it was lovely. The staff was friendly and the location is ideal. A shout-out as well to the neighboring Maverick restaurant for the great late-night burger. One of the best!

Ok, but they missed our check in time three times. We were told that the room would be ready by two pm, then at two pm we were told that our would be ready at two thirty and it wasn't. Then told 3pm and it wasn't. We finally got checked in at 3:30 pm. The room is nice. The staff needs to be better informed by house keeping. Parking is a block away but wasn't problematic.

Very nice and clean hotel and the location was terrific. The staff were very friendly. The room seemed a bit small at first but it wasn't a problem at all. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Walked in and asked about a room yesterday morning gal at the counter said yup but they wouldn't be cleaned until after 3. I paid $134 something for the room and came back later. I was pretty drunk and I've stayed in some dirty places but the stale stank of wet in that room was bad. I went down and changed for another room that room stunk too so I walked out and got a different room across the highway.

Great location right downtown so you can walk to everything. They didn't tell me about the deal they had with their casino which is not directly attached or in hotel. I found out from the casino. Front desk staff was very friendly and valet parking was very easy and quick. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. A little expensive for the area but would stay there again.

This place was very un inviting once there. No refrigerator, no microwave. Not 1 tissue. Parking is a block away. Breakfast was terrible. Most breakfast items had completely run out. Took about 5 minutes before refill. We will never stay there again. Very outdated rooms & inconvenient

The hotel is centrally located and staff friendly. Because we had our small dog with us, we were put into a 10 x 10 dark room. The long window shade would not raise but the view was to the wall of the next building and weeds a good foot tall. Would not stay there again if we had our pet with us.

Very small room but clean and has almost everything you need. Could have used more plug ins by bed. Bed was a sleep number. I didn't care for it but I did sleep good. You can't Park outside the hotel but they give you a pass for a parking ramp a half block away. We didn't go to breakfast but they said it was just cereal and muffins. I probably wouldn't have stayed long term but we were just there a night. They do have a keurig coffee maker in room.

Room was clean but pretty small. Reasonably priced. Traffic was pretty loud. Friendly staff. Could make the breakfast a little bigger.

I stayed here over Cinco De Mayo weekend. The staff was friendly and more accommodating than I'm used to. It's located right in the middle of all the action. After a long night at the local beer joints and dance clubs it's only a block away which made the stumble home quite easy. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot!

Due to COVID, this hotel is no longer in business, they are a charity case. They no longer offer: housekeeping services at all, hangers for your clothes, hot water, a blanket or comforter for the bed--just sheets, thermostat,--just a flashing warning light, bell staff for luggage, on-site parking. Do not stay if you are flying to Deadwood--the airlines won't let you bring what you need here. NOT a boutique hotel, $259/night homeless shelter. $65/night is for the tiny room, the rest should be a tax-deductible charity donation.

Great rooms in downtown deadwood. Small yet everything you need if you're not lounging around your hotel room all day. Keurig coffee maker, bed and full bathroom as well as tv and fridge/microwave. Parking pass included for parking garage just down the street. Breakfast was nothing special but there are plenty of good spots to eat at in the morning.

I was very impressed with this place. It is modern and clean inside and appears to have just been remodeled. The parking lot is very tight though. Keep toward the exit if you want to get out easily. They park right down the center of the drive aisle sometimes.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The guy at check in was very nice. We came up to the room and it was HOT! Turned on the air and came back an hour later it was still HOT! Went to the see the lady at the front desk she said I didn’t turn it on right, went back to the room did it again still didn’t work and it was still HOT! Took pictures of how I did it and explained that it’s 90 degrees in the room, she was incredibly rude and yelled at me. Came back tried it again her way, went back down to explain to her it isn’t working and she was extremely inpatient and yelled at me again. Zero efforts on customer service and here I am wasting a ton of money on a room and I can’t sleep.

Nice clean rooms, simple continental breakfast, but effective. Right in the middle of downtown Deadwood which is great. Parking is free, but a little bit of a walk (only 2 blocks).

We had a short but pleasent stay at the hotel. Most of the night was spent out in the casinos and restaurant and when we finally tired, we walked to the hotel, very conveniently located, and all went immediately to sleep. There were plenty of towels and things in the bathroom to accommodate us. We would choose this place again.

The room was comfortable, close walk to everything. Staff both at night and the morning treated us like they were annoyed we were there. Both women were rude, nice to know they were consistent and treated everyone the same. Won't go back just because of them which is sad because it is a nice place.

$230 dollars down the drain, could not sleep since you can hear all the drunk people, cars, etc. through the windows........We got dooped with breakfast, they were not serving cause of covid, nonetheless they forgot to mention that while booking. Rooms are old and small, looks like a 1960s hotel with cheap cowboy decorations.

Clean room. Great location! Friendly staff. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. Parking isn’t the best, but downtown Deadwood is pretty small. Loved our visit!
