Visited the Wall location in 2020 while on vacation and it was the cutest little shop with fantastic one of a kind pieces! If you’re looking for some heirloom turquoise pieces; look no further! The staff was very nice and helpful too! I’ve also ordered from their website and when we make another trip to South Dakota; I’ll definitely stop here again and the Deadwood location too!

I had a great experience purchasing online! Each piece of jewelry is unique, beautiful, and seems to be very well made. I had one set of earrings that they were still waiting to receive from an artist, so that one item was delayed, but Annie stayed in touch with me until they were shipped. I wear at least one of my DSS pieces almost daily. I would gladly purchase again!😊

I loved this store! Colleen was super nice and helpful! I chose two two pieces from the white buffalo stone selection and love them! They are quite unique looking and I am sure I will most likely receive several compliments on them! Great selection of several types of turquoise from different mines! I am excited that I can shop online also!!

Very Nice pieces but one of my earrings has a funky weld spot on the side that kind of bulges out. Once I noticed it, my eyes go directly to it when I look at them on my ears so it is a slight irritation for what I paid for them. Also my ring has a void in the silver on the side between the stone and flat that after polish looks odd. I did not notice these shopping online.

After researching online, we decided to go to the Deadwood Store (didn’t go to other locations). Colleen assisted us at the jewelry counter. She was super knowledgeable about turquoise (types, where mined, artists). She listened to what I was looking for (Dry Creek Turquoise) and patiently let me try pieces on. I liked the quality of the pieces, fair prices, and overall experience. I bought a beautiful high quality Native American Navajo designed ring. Although we don’t live in the area, the website will be great for future purchases. I highly recommend Dakota Sky Stone (Deadwood location)!

My family and I have been coming to Dakota Sky Stone for years as we have family in the area. Dakota Sky Stone is one of our favorite stores so we make it a point to stop by and browse their beautiful selection of treasures.Recently my sister and I visited the store and purchased a beautiful Native American knife for our father and a turquoise bracelet for our stepmother. Each item was a huge hit with the family. Our parents were truly shocked with the details of their respective items and how sturdy they were.Customer service throughout our transactions over the years have always been pleasant, and we honestly love going into this store. The employees take their time talking with customers and getting to know each one of them. The employees also seem to genuinely enjoy working at Dakota Sky Stone.My family and I truly appreciate and enjoy shopping at Dakota Sky Stone and we will continue to patron their establishment. We visited both the Hill City and Deadwood locations while in the state. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful as well as friendly and very well educated about the jewelry. I have also ordered online from you all and it was very easy to do and you guys shipped everything quickly and kept me up to date in the process which I really appreciate. We went in this store for the first time last night7-15-21Lady acted like she could care a less we were in there. To busy with her vacuum cleaner!Not a hello, can I help you, nothing!!Asked about a certain stone she said no they didn’t have any & then went right back to rolling up the cord on her vacuum.Not one more word out of her as I looked at jewelry in the case. Most people would say something like let me know if you would like to see something or if I can help you with anything let me know.There were 3 of us & she didn’t ask or say anything to any of us!Won’t be back!Keep your jewelry & your vacuum!
