We bought the simplicity pet vacuum from Jeff’s vacuum 9 years ago. It has been my favorite vacuum that I have owned and has lasted the longest. We have three girls with long hair and myself, no inside pets but has taken care of all the long hair really well! Customer service is great. Took it in today and Jeff worked quickly to fix the problem so I could get it back the same day!
