Fun place to visit! There is 5 cent coffee and free ice water. Lots of shops to browse through and some cool photo opportunities. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the gift shops had decent prices $6 for a shot glass and $10 for a t-shirt.

Had to visit, we heard all the hype. Now we can say we went. It was not what we expected. We thought it was a large drug store that had a soda fountain counter and sold a bunch of stuff in the large store along with being a drugstore. Turns out it's a long building with a bunch of souvenir stuff. If that's your thing...there is plenty of it.We would have been disappointed if we drove all the way here just for this, but we were here to see the Badlands National Park. Which was awesome.Wall drugs was not too busy, this is a weather driven tourist stop(trap). We did buy a couple of shirts at the shop at the end on the right side. Better prices. So if you are headed to the Badlands National Park stop by Wall Drug's to say you were there.Wikipedia states its "a road attraction and tourist stop"

Tons of souvenirs. Pretty large store that has a small shopping mall feel to it. I recommend picking up one of their maps. It helped me a lot. There's a lot to see. Prices are kinda steep. I picked up 1/4 of fudge from the fudge shop for a good price of like $5. Salted caramel dark chocolate, and it was delicious and well packaged. I bought a donut which was good but dry (cake donut so understandable). There's a restaurant but I didn't like the prices. Tourist prices for sure. Of course, you have to get the free ice water. You can't walk around with it, though, as the stores say no food or drink allowed. I didn't buy anything else from here. There's other stores surrounding it to go check out. I ended up getting a shirt at one of those shops as it was much cheaper than in Wall Drug store. Everything in the backyard and the shops behind the backyard that are still part of wall drug were closed for the season. It was disappointing, as apparently the biggest bathroom is back there and I wanted to check it out.

Still the same as when I was a kid. Such nostalgia! Great lil place to shop, relax, and take a step back in time. Reasonable prices are a bonus too 😁

You’ll see 6,327 signs before you get there mentioning everything on Earth which they sell. Worth a stop due to iconic factor. 5Ā¢ Coffee was ok. But the donuts were delicious. Lunch was ok but a good stop once you get out of a long day in the Badlands.

Quite the experience! Free ice water and 5 cent coffee, many unique things to view, and hours of potential wandering. Warning: some in your group may want to buy at least one thing in every shop...and there are many shops. Be aware that, in the off-season, most food services and certain shops shut down at 5. While I would not go out of the way to visit, it is worth stopping after trekking through Badlands or while passing through.

Soooo fun. Great pit stop with the family. We used the bathrooms they were very clean. The shopping is fun so many affordable items. We went the day after Christmas all items were 50% off. All employees were helpful and nice.

A tourist trap if there ever was one!We stopped in after seeing signs for MILES away. Hard not too, just like "The Thing".A lot of knick knacks and clutter. I'm sure kids would like the hundreds of toys or souvenirs. Things that'd probably end up in a land fill. They have several "attractions", like an animatronic T-Rex, and panning for gold. They did have an original Zoltar fortune machine, which I liked.Best go when they open to beast the crowd. We arrived in the evening and wanted dinner but unfortunately the restaurant closed at 530p.

I have been traveling down interstate 90 for close to 3 decades and always wanted to stop in to wall drug well today I finally got my chance and it was well worth the stop, as soon as I entered I was greeted by Benjamin who was someone just about every company’s wishes for when it comes to first contacts with customers very friendly and welcoming, the store itself was well laid out and easy to move around, the bathrooms were spotless and well kept up, will I go back absolutely

3.5 stars. This was a drug store many years ago. Now, it's a melting pot of things - shops to shop at, props to take pictures with, eateries, free water stations, etc. It is spectacular in the sense of how many things there are in here! The food was pretty good. Their homemade ice cream and blueberry pie were both delicious! The rest of the place was a little touristy filled with artsy shops, western wear, books, photo shops, really sorts of eclectic things! It is a must go once. The shopping inside is actually quite reasonable pricing wise. There are little statues everywhere that you can take pictures with. If it weren't for people dressed in today's attire, it would resemble a little downtown street from the 1800s. The free water/ice thing is hilarious! We tried the water. Lots of people didn't like the taste of it including my friends. I thought it wasn't too bad. This is a one time visit but should be visited. The experience is like no other. The homemade ice cream is AMAZING. The pies are really good too. We didn't try the shakes because they said they don't use the ice cream to make the shakes. Instead, they add flavoring, which was disappointing. I found myself a cute sparkly hat for $35 and friends found some pretty ceramics and incense sticks. Aim to spend a couple of hours here. It's a nice break from Badlands in the afternoon when the sun is blazing down on you.P.S. Look out for all the signs along the highway as you drive into Wall. They are funny, eye-catching and definitely unique!

It is a huge mall-like country store with a lot of different shops that sell clothes, jewely, books, art and handcrafted items, etc. and includes a drug store and a cafe. They provide a free donut and coffee to veterans that visit, which is a nice touch. They even have a beautiful chapel that visitors can spend some quiet time in. It is clean and well kept and well worth a visit!

Definitely a tourist trap, but if you're into that, you'll have a fun time. Our dogs were allowed inside, which was nice, but they were very scared of the creaky wooden floors. Luckily, it was a pretty quiet day, but I could imagine this being overwhelming for sensitive dogs on a crowded day

If you are driving in the area, you cannot miss this place! Huge store with plenty of options to eat (inside or outside), shopping and have fun. The place is so surreal that you need to see it. Once you go inside, you will loose notion of time. We ate at the cafe and the food was okay. Again, it’s the experience. Get a coffee for 5 cents. There is also a chapel. Great option for families and travelers who need a break from driving.

Such a fun place! You can’t miss it with all the signs 🤪. I’d suggest when planning your trip to take a few hours out of your travel time to go around and look at the shops. We didn’t eat lunch here, but, the food looked great. We did have homemade ice cream šŸ¦ and it was incredibly delicious! There are a ton of awesome things to look at and purchase! Have a blast checking this cool place out.

Stopped here while on our road trip, great place to experience at least once. And OMG the cowboy boots! I couldn't leave without a pair. There are dozens of different shops inside. It's like it's own little mall inside. You can grab ice cream, sit down at the restaurant, have 5 cent coffee, etc. There are signs galore leading up to this place for pretty much hundreds of miles, so if you didn't know what it was before you came, you definitely know all about when you leave. The people here are friendly and helpful. The entire town is just beautiful.

Don’t pass this place by. A very cool place to stop and stroll. The place is big bigger than I thought it would be. I think they have everything. We got some food in the restaurant and I suggest trying the piešŸ‘šŸ».

Got our free ice water and 5 cent coffee. It's interesting how the town of Wall was built around this drug store. It's very much a tourist location. Food wasn't that good but we ate there. Still a must do spot just to say you did it.

Wow! This drug store was wild! So much to see and do. The kids had a ball at the arcade and the backyard area. They loved the dino too. The cafe was tasty and the donuts and the blueberry pie were amazing. I tried the hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes which was entirely smothered in gravy and it did not disappoint. The whole thing had such a fun atmosphere and was really well decorated. A must visit if you're in the area!

I really enjoyed Wall Drug. I do however, feel it gets a bad rap as a "tourist trap". I do not consider this to be true. 1st of all, it's free. You could spend hours here exploring and enjoying the sights and not pay anything. Plus the water is free and it's only 5 cents for a coffee. There are a couple of places to eat here, which I appreciated after a long afternoon at nearby Badlands National Park. I happily recommend a stop here; if only to quickly check it out for yourself.

Wall Drug Store is a nice, old fashioned western mini-mall. It’s essentially a collection of stores all themed like an old western town. The animals mounted on the wall, statues, signs, lights, and wood rustic architecture makes it feel like you got in a time machine and tracked back to the old west. There’s a large selection of tourist souvenirs, artwork, jewelry, and so much more. There’s even an old-style candy parlor, restaurant, and active pharmacy. It’s a very fun spot for tourists and I’d really recommending visiting if you’re passing through Wall.

Has a cowboy look to it. They have a lot of outdoor and Indoor stores. They have a lot of souvenir stores to pick items from. Spent 3 hours here and didn't get through all of it. It was quite entertaining looking at the few things we did find. The food was okay and a bit pricey. The Apple Pie and donut was nothing amazing, I'd say your normal dessert.

After Badlands, we stopped at Wall Drug. This place is a huge tourist attraction and can be a maze. They still offer free ice water and 5cent coffee! The famous roast beef sandwich topped with gravy and a scoop of mashed potatoes was so delicious. We also got homemade ice cream.

We stayed in Wall during our trip to ND/SD and just had to see what the fuss was all about. We visited Labor Day weekend but the crowds were minimal. The backyard is perfect for kids, complete with a splash pad and a confined environment to explore. The ice cream shop had a short line and friendly service. Clean bathrooms too. If you like a kitchy place to stop and stretch your legs, it’s right off the highway and you won’t regret stopping in.

You absolutely cannot miss this place with all the signs while traveling to the Badlands. This is a very tourist area that can get crowded as well as the parking that can be difficult. It was a fun spot to stop at and to walk around. You can easily loose time while walking around this area and in and out of the stores. Overall it was a great fun stop and experience.

If you aren’t interested in these catch-all miscellaneous stores, then you probably don’t need to visit Wall. Wall Drug is the attraction and the dozens of signs along the highway leading to it don’t lie. This spot it kid friendly. There is food, ice cream, and shopping. There is even a spot outside with water that shoots up for children to play in. The history section is cool. The cafe isn’t open late. It’s a little kitschy but a fun spot to walk through.

The most well-advertised location in the United States! Signs begin hundreds of miles away and make you question what the heck is Wall Drug. It’s well worth the stop with its mini city feeling and shops within it that satisfy every family member. There’s a cafe within that has food for your stop, and a dessert shop as well. It’s a cool tourist place with lots to see and buy, including random Christmas options!
