First off. When you enter the store they check ID’s which is normal. However, if you’re the only black one in the store they’ll check it. Everyone else can walk in without getting ID’d at the door. I should’ve went to the other store, at least they treat everyone fairly.

On September 18th I bought a desirable flirt and after one use it just quit and totally stopped working. Wouldn’t charge wouldn’t turn on, NOTHING. I live pretty far and also I hadn’t used it in a while so I just recently noticed the issue. I live very far from this place and can’t just up and come when I want due to my job. I came in today hoping they would be able to exchange my product because I still have the receiptand all pieces and the item is in great condition other than the fact it didn’t work. While I understand it has been a while since the initial purchase, there should still have been something they could’ve done. I walked in the store and whoever was sitting there at the register looked at me and my friend and put her head down and didn’t speak. Her text message conversation was clearly more important. I said hello to her in order to grab her attention away from her text message conversation, explained my situation, and I asked if she could do an exchange or at least store credit to buy something else and she said no. I drove all the way there with my broken ass dildo for them to tell me that it was nothing they could do for me and they didn’t even try to accommodate me not even a little. I will never even buy so much as a pencil from this place.

There was a gal who was very involved in what we were seeking. They demonstrate anything you look at. I was a newbie and got exactly what we needed. Awesome body care, books, anything you can think of from novelty to beyond the imagination. Excellent. I did not feel awkward at all, and it was actually fun.

Nice clean store and that's about where it ends. If you feel like you can share you're experiences with any of those employees DONT! They will spread your business through town without a care. You would think discretion and courtesy would come with that market, well think again.

DONT CALL HERE IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS!!! They dont like helping ppl out over the phone. Call there to ask questions about a product LONA!!! ASKed ME IF IM SURE IF THEY HAVE IT ????...After I inform her about products she supposed to be selling........ she finds the brand when I ask for a specific name she tells me if i have any more questions i have to come in the store MY GUESS SHE WAS TIRED ...fyi i called at 9:16 am and i live 30 minutes away.😥😥

D&J has got a really nice selection of stuff. Waaaay better than Video Blue, and probably one of the better shops in SD. They have a wide price range of items and have quite a few of the high end brand names.My one grumble is that their kink section could use a little more variety and a little less of the "beginner" stuff (usually the slap and tickle style toys for the "spicing their sex up" /cosmo style, and not things that you would seriously use if you were in the kink life.D&Js has quite the selection for his or her toys, and thats really refreshing to see. Also has a good section of gag gifts/bachelorette party goodies.

I've shopped at this store a few time and dropped a good bit of money there but the last time I went there I bought over 500$ worth of toys lube and martial aids 1 of the products did nothing as described and the batteries lasted about 10 minutes a quick Google search showed the product and the manufacturer had horrible reviews for selling inferior quality products and that dick and Jane's was charging 4 times the price of any other online or local retailer another item which the sales person pitched to me as an oral desensitizer turned out to be extremely poisonous and had multiple warnings on the box not to ingest I tried to get a refund and was told to bad and called a lier about the poisonous product I decided to look up all the other products I bought almost all of them were over priced 2-3 times what all other competitors are asking so if your in the market for some toys or marital aides go to Amazon and buy two of everything and use next day air it will save you at least half of what you would spend here
