Roxi & Co have been beyond helpful!! Their knowledge has helped me troubleshoot issues with both my dogs and cats. If they don’t have a product in stock, they will order it and have it within a week. They have competitive pricing also. I’m new to the area so it has meant a lot to me to do business with people that truly care. I have used them for dog waste cleanup for one season now, and have had a great experience so far. They are great at communicating exactly when they are coming and have some a great job of cleaning up. We went and visited the retail store recently and the staff were every nice and welcoming, especially the 2 dogs in the shop!

I Love going to Rocy & Co..they know me by name when I walk in the door. The staff is incredible and very helpful! They gave us great advice on something to help our elderly dog to help with his joints and movement...and our dog loved the treats. I will never stop going there.

When you walk in they greet you and have to fluffy dogs that make you feel welcome. Sometimes when you walk around they ask you if you need any help. My dogs love the food and the toys.

I've been an avid Your Pet Stop shopper for years and I've never been disappointed! I go out of my way as I live on the other side of town just so I can shop here. I would rather buy my dog food (which my German shepherd goes through quickly) through this place than Chewy. Staff is friendly and I ADORE the dogs who are there to greet you. Such sweeties. My fiance likes to come with me to "help" me shop but really he's just there for the dogs! Good prices, great customer service, and great experiences. I make it a priority to buy my dog food and my dog's bully sticks there. Thank you, Your Pet Stop!

I am a retired k-9 officer from Ohio who moved to South Dakota 10 years ago. When I asked around town on who I should trust for proper pet care distributor everyone said , “Your Pet shop” , on 41 st, now they are called “Roxi and Co”. I have been with them since my day one. I have 3 German Shepherds and Roxi and Co. has taken care of all their needs. They treat you like family when you come in. The service is top notch and welcoming. Tell them Officer Dan sent you :)

Very disappointed in this place. Would not recommend. Replacement collars are around $500, and the warranty doesn’t cover common reasons for a collar going bad. Now we have an underground fence and no collar because we aren’t going to spend $1,000 for 2 dogs to get a dog collar!Service: Dog fence installation

The staff is amazing and so willing to help. I expressed what I was looking for in dog food and how my dog was picky. The gave so many samples that helped us narrow down which one my dog liked the most. They have also helped find different treats he likes that help him stayed entertained longer.

I am so thrilled I found this place!! I’m a first time dog owner so really looked to them for advice. I was assisted by Eileen who was fantastic! She was patient and very knowledgeable. Not only do they have top notch food brands, but they carry all the bones, shampoo, ear cleaner, wipes, paw balm and more that I use and was ordering online. They also have a great selection of toys, harnesses and leashes. Everything you need is available and I look forward to returning. I’m so glad Sioux Falls has a store like Your Pet Stop and I can see why they have a 5 star review on Google!Still love this store! Everyone is SO helpful and nice here. I get the Stella and Chewy’s frozen patties. I typically call a few days before and if they don’t have the flavor (beef) that I want, they’ll order and save a package for me. There is a huge variety of treats in great brands. I’ve purchased quite a few and am so glad I found some my very picky girl enjoys. I’ll continue to shop here!!

Your Pet Stop is the best. I came into your pet stop a couple weeks ago to ask about some dog food because my dog was not eating and they actually gave me a whole bunch of great samples! I was able to figure out the right dog food for my for my buddy and he’s been happy ever since!The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Love stopping in!

We love Your Pet Stop. They are always helpful when we have questions or need help deciding on what’s best for our pups. Our dogs love stopping in with us and we love saying hi to their dogs when we stop in. Recently they were having trouble with getting certain treats in (the my dogs absolutely love), and they took my name and number and when they finally were able to get them in again they called and held a bag for me. Love that! They also have a great point system that gives you discounts on products.

Loved this store the moment I walked in. I was welcomed when I walked in, asked if I needed help with anything, and was helped when I was looking for dog food. So many options when it comes to dog food, but staff was great with helping me find the one. Very good selection for treat, toys, bones, water additives, ear drops, and shampoo an conditioners. Napoleon loves this store, your dog will too !
