I couldn't be happier with the cut D-Tails did for my 5-month-old miniature goldendoodle. This was his first grooming experience and I am so grateful the care they took (he seemed very happy afterwards!) and the results. Brought our little girl there for the first time to get groomed when we called it did not take long to get in they did a very good job. Very caring for our fur baby we believe that we found our new groomer I highly recommend for you to take your fur baby there too 🐶

The people were very nice, and our dogs both got groomed really nicely. There's not a lot of room for them to run, And they don't get to play with the other dogs, which our dogs love to do.They have nature trails but unfortunately if our dogs got away from them (they are very strong working dogs) they might not ever catch them. They did get play time, with the staff, but it's around $10 every time they get to play. That was extra. It was a bit pricey over all. But our dogs seemed to have fun, and they were tuckered out when they got home.

Christie was fabulous with our two Shelties! They were able to get us in last minute and couldn't be more happy with the results. One of our Shelties was just diagnosed with Cushings Disease and his coat was thin and matted (one of the symptoms of the disease). She took such care and saved as much of his coat as possible. Highly recommend her and the business. Super sweet staff and super amazing with our pups!

I had an 10 o’clock appointment for my small, 8 pound dog. At around 3:30PM I called to ask if he was done or what? They said he would be done at 5. I thought it was insane for it to take 7 hours to do a small dog. I showed up at 5 on the dot and was told they were just starting his final clip and it would be another 35-40 minutes. Mind you, they have moved 30 minutes away from my house and I was only notified the day before the appointment. When I went in at 5, I could hear my dog whining in the back. It is absolutely unacceptable for them to let my dog sit and be traumatized for 8 hours. And also to quote me a time and then tell me it will be another 40 minutes when I get there. And they don’t even do that good of a job. Definitely do not recommend.

Another great cut for our dog. The staff is great with our dog. They communicate status if something changes to alter pick up times. Usually done on time or early. Our old lady comes home happy and beautiful.

They went above and beyond to help me out! Kristy even went so far as to pick up and drop off my dog from the RV park nearby, as I'm traveling and couldn't bring my 45ft RV over to their shop.My pup came back exactly as I'd hoped.Thanks, you guys, for doing a fantastic job.

I would rate lower but our two pups seemed happy and doing well when we picked them up. I was told on the phone (before dropping them off) that they had an opening to groom them but when we dropped them off for their stay - we were told they didn’t have an open slot but they did hire another groomer and should be able to groom the pups. Good thing I called for an estimated time when they would be completed - I was told they were not being groomed and they can be picked up before 10 am. I couldn’t get there until 10:30 am and they graciously didn’t charge for another day of kenneling. Which they should not have because they were not getting groomed and no phone call to let us know. We were told that the blankets we took would be washed and dried before sending the pups home and they couldn’t even get that done. So, the blankets were not washed or dried and the dogs not groomed. I was very disappointed as we spent close to $800 for 8 nights and walks (which I don’t know if they really walked them as they couldn’t even complete those two things we were told they would do. I would have had my son get them a day early if they would have picked up the phone to let us know they were not going to groom them. The attitude was as if it was no big deal that we paid the extra night for them to be groomed and again, nobody called us!

I've boarded my dog here numerous times over the past year at the Rapid/Black Hawk location, some for extended stays (7+ days) without issue. It is clear the staff really care about the dogs, they give me updates on how she has been, and she always looks great/well fed when I pick her up. They're very good with last minute boarding as well, and my pup's complicated med schedule wasn't an issue either. My only complaint is that their prices are pretty high for the area and is equivalent to what I was paying in Southern California, but my girl is well taken care of. Overall though I would recommend All Seasons Pet Care :)

When I picked up my dog, she had a very serious cough which lasted most of the day. I am concerned that she was restrained too tightly around the neck while she was being groomed. Also her privates were cut too close which caused her to have extreme discomfort and trouble walking for four or more days. I am conflicted about bringing her back for another grooming. Never had any issues in the past. At this point, I am looking for another groomer.

Oz is 8.5 years old and has been going to D-Tails since he was a puppy. It's always clean and friendly in the shop. Once we had an "emergency" odor situation that required better bathing than we could do at home and they got him right in! It is clear when talking to Jamie that she loves her customers ... and their owners too. One time she even sent Oz out in a fancy tie because she knew were were going to a wedding later that day.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I have a two year old goldendoodle, and they do a fantastic job. I've taken him in twice and they are so lovely! I have trouble cutting his nails (he doesn't like to have his feet messed with). D-Tails groomers were able to get his paws nicely trimmed!! They are great about listening to what you want. They are kind and patient with the animals. So happy to have found a groomer we like! And the icing on the cake: amazing prices.

I have been boarding my cocker spaniel here for 2 years. I get her grooming and shots done here too. My dog just loves it here. The staff is really helpful and are always excited to see my dog. I like that they offer different play packages. I really like that they offer shots here too. I think we have all found ourselves in a last min situation where we need to board our dog and their shots are a month out of date without remembering. It's no problem here, they will take care if it. They also get me in last min a lot too. I moved to box elder recently and I still make the trip to black hawk to board her here.

Tried many times to make advance reservations to be on a regular schedule. Staff doesn’t seem concerned about return visits. I’ve been Customer for 5 years & recent visits the grooming has slipped. Sad to be forced to other groomers but if cost reflects better attention then my pup deserves it!Jamie called me & we went back with the best service anyone would expect! Just to emphasize that everyone deserves a second chance and we are so happy that D-Tails is our choice for excellent pet grooming! Thank you Jamie & team!

I had my 5 year old miniature poodle "sugar" groomed here last week. They did such a great job - actually best cut he's ever had! Everything was really perfectly blended and exactly what I asked for. The staff is so nice and very accommodating. Loved the video on their website. Shows how much they really care about the animals and love what they do!! Sugar looks awesome ♥️

The staff is always very helpful and love our fur babies. They are always well taken care of. We have a very petite chihuahua and they did a great job on her nails. This is the only place I ever take them. They give us updates and email pictures.

We have been loyal clients at D-Tails since they opened. Jamie has been grooming my dog for almost five years now, and I would never dream of going anywhere else. We had to board our fearful, easily-stressed 9 year old chow for his first time last minute after an issue with the in-home sitter. Staff was super friendly and helpful when my husband toured the facilities and we left him at piedmont for a little under a week. The staff were very patient with our phone calls checking in on him and also seemed very patient and knowledgeable about dealing with his personality, not pushing him too much but also doing their best to get him to eat and use the bathroom. After picking him up, I was worried that he may take a bit to get back to normal or be depressed (as I’d read is somewhat common) but after getting him home it was like he’d never gone anywhere! Super impressed by their professionalism and kindness. As a military family who previously lived near family members who were able to care for him, we were really stressed when we had to go out of town and they really helped us feel safe leaving him in their care

The best staff around. Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure all of their furry guests are happy and healthy. I've personally seen them hand feeding the pups that are homesick to make sure they are getting all the love and attention they need. I would definitely trust my babies with them again. It's good to know there is a business around here that still cares about customer service and treats your animals like family and not just a paycheck. Wish I could give more then 5 stars!!!! (:
