We were stranded due to blown motor in our motor home. Luckily the Quality Inn had a room for us the entire 11 days we were there. The room was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Having a good place to stay made our otherwise unfortunate situation much better to deal with. Thanks guys.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast, eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, etc. The staff was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again. However, it's an older building, and next time I would ask for second floor as the floor above us had an annoying squeak when people walked back and forth. It's a stick built building so the floors over time has developed the typical floor squeak associated with older buildings.

Stayed here during a cross country move. Room was clean, hotel was very quiet throughout the night even though it was booked 100% full. Staff were great and quickly checked us in. Complementary breakfast was free and pretty decent for a hotel at this price point; everything was pre-packaged and clean. Room smelled good and AC/Heat worked well. Only downside was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the benefits outweigh this one con for sure.

Had a medical emergency on the road and delayed arrival to 5AM on the way to Mayo clinic for my mothers appointment. Communicated with the front desk several times and they said they wouldn't mark us as a no show and would keep us checked in for the audit or communicate with the next shift. Deon and absent manager, Elvis, were unhelpful and insisted we pay for a room since they marked us no show. We just want to sleep for four hours in the room we paid for and they are telling us we need to pay again and the manager will refund when he gets there. That's what the story always is. The refund never comes in a situation like this.

Good location. The bed was very comfortable.The telephone was dirty, and the room smelled badly. Hair conditioner was just half full. This hotel needs more tidy up and clean up at their parking lot and lawn area. Bathroom fan was very noisy like a tank.Breakfast was ok, and coffee was like water.

the only good thing about this hotel is the location being it’s close to the interstate. the room was HORRIBLE. it smelled awful, the staff was so rude. and the female at the desk reeked of marijuana. breakfast was okay. this place needs some serious cleaning. manager elvis was no help. whole room smelled like dog pissSafety: outside door isn’t locked & the pool is concerning.

Getting in late and leaving early didn't give much of a chance for a proper review. Easy to find and ample parking for any size outfit. Fuel and fast food location within walking distance. Quiet, comfortable, a bathroom with a real exhaust fan was a plus, and given more time the available bathtub was very tempting after a 6 hour drive however I opted for a quicker hot shower. Very friendly and courteous, will make it a stay on the next trip south.

Wonderful experience! We were here for a family reunion and booked 5 rooms. No complaints from anyone, only compliments here! Jill was super nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is from 6 to 9, and everyone was stuffed. A big thank you to Abbi for keeping everything stocked and and not yelling at us when the kids made a mess out of things. Sorry about that. You are awesome! Great experience here!! Thank you quality inn!! Also, thanks Cheryl! You are all awesome!

Ok this place was just AWFUL.After driving from Michigan ALL DAY with a baby, we paid for a room and opened the door to find it completely trashed. A window was broken, lights on, trash, leftover, food and beer cans all over the floor, beds looked nasty, and the room smelled terrible.We were tired and decided to give the place a second chance. So we requested another room and same exact thing: we open the door to find it totally destroyed. That was enough for us to find another hotel. We ended up staying at the Baymont a couple minutes away and it was great.I wish I had taken pictures of the rooms. We were so late and didn’t think about it until after.

Nice room , clean and bed was comfortable. Got in late but glad I stopped. Not to busy. Lots of parking and hotel had a pool. Free breakfast. Lots of food. Priced reasonable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy to find, right off the freeway. Continental breakfast was good. I had called another motel in the area and the person on the phone couldn't tell me what town they were in! The lady on the phone when I called was very patient, my phone service was very spotty. Would stay there again.

I haven't slept this great in a month! Comfortable bed and air temp. Bed sheets soft too. Clean.There is no elevator but the gal helped me carry up my suitcase with a positive and helpful attitude. It was a great night, so glad I stayed here.

What does it take for someone to answer the phone? I’ve been calling since yesterday and no one will pick up!!!! Trying to book rooms but I guess they don’t need or want it.
