I came in to exchange an air mattress, while I was waiting for the customer service desk to open this manager asked me what I wanted , i said I wanted to exchange my damaged mattress for a new one. She got a passive aggressive and said walmart doesn't do exchanges and that the money would be returned and I'll have to ring up the new one at the register and that was "how it was gonna go"The air mattresses literally have a seal that explains their 90 day exchange policy. So she rings it up and ask me if want the money back on my debit card,store credit , or cash. I say cash I guess. Then she literally proceeds to do the exchange process which was a complete 180. After telling me to keep the new mattress in my cart because I was supposed to "go to a register" she had an attitude with me to then get it out and move it around so she scan it. Snappy attitude. Tells me one thing and then proceeded to do another. I don't think this lady is all there.

Great Walmart. They made sensory friendly adjustments in the AM - "During these hours, the televisions on the walls showcase a static image, the radio is turned off, and the lights are dimmed", which was great. Clean and well-stocked store and cordial employees.

We are full-time traveling RV'ers & got here in the late evening on a weeknight. We are just traveling through So. Dak. & we found this Walmart on RV Parky. After reading reviews that they are gracious enough to allow overnight RV parking, we decided it was time for us to give this Walmart location a try for our 1st overnight experience in a store parking lot. We read from other reviewers to park on the garden side outskirts of their parking lots. After parking my husband immediately went in to let Customer Service know we were traveling in our RV & even before he could finish asking if it was ok to park overnight the lady blurted out a happy "yup, you're good!" While my hubby was in the store shopping for our dinner & a few other items we couldn't find in 2 other Walmarts in No. Dak...I took my giant 135 pound older puppy out to do his business in the huge open field of grass right outside our RV door. (Yes, we are adamant about picking up after our dog every time no matter where we are as we don't want to ruin it for others like us.) We also didn't put out our main RV slides. In fact, we only opened our bedroom slide about 12-18 inches so we had just enough room to walk through the bedroom at the end of the bed to the bathroom where our pup has his giant pillow for the night on boondocking nights. We know there were going to be semi trucks unloading in the morning so we didn't want to take up any extra room if it wasn't really needed so they could get by us without any problems. We ate then went to sleep & were out by 8:30-ish that morning after a quick breakfast shopping & a few minutes to eat again. It was fairly quiet all night as this Walmart closed at 10:00 pm.My husband & I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Walmart for trusting & allowing us to stay overnight & abiding by all unspoken morale codes that most of us fellow RV'ers adhere too. Unfortunately there are always a few bad apples out there but those should be far & few inbetween so THANK YOU WALMART for not allowing those to sway your judgment on still allowing overnight parking here for the rest of us!

Trucker friendly. Super nice staff. Take second entrance if your facing front of store. You can park along curb between them and Menards or that front lot closest to street. Room to u turn on right hand side of store if facing front. Good selection super center standard plus spirits and beer. Clearance section. Cool 8$ cheaper per galas than truck stop. Oil 9$ cheaper.

Walmart CANCELLED MY ORDER and now it's delayed till tomorrow morning 😞. If this happens to you you can't reorder for a static 5 hour "Security delay". There's nothing customer service can do to make it right or fix it.This is rule by AI!All that Walmart would have had to do is verify my identity with my driver's license & my vehicle license & my credit card chip! The delay serves NO USEFUL SECURITY PURPOSES!The person @ walmart'$ 800-Wal-mart number has no abilities to make customers' user's experiences worth while.I Am greatful that shopping at Walmart is not absolutely essential. However, I will likely have to eat out instead of eating at home tonight 🏡!

Be cautious on online order. I have just had my order canceled TWICE due to "suspicious and fraudulant" activity.I don't have time to shop for that much groceries in store and the amount was around $355.I live in Howard, SD with a local grocery store that does not carry enough product.I guess I'll in-store shop, but it won't be here: I'll go to County Fair where they'll gladly take my money.Get your fraudulant team under control and not have it automatically review orders.

Not very happy. I was there for an appointment with the tire center and was there for an hour and a half plus the price was $25 per tire more than was quoted. Seems they charge for mounting and balancing

This is an amazing Walmart. The vibrant blues really add to the ambiance and I am loving the new vests for the employees. The greeters are fantastic and always make me feel so welcome. I always come here when I need to see a friendly face. Good job Walmart!

It's Walmart. Unfortunately I live in a town that has very few shopping options and I am forced to shop here for some things. I prefer not to support reddy corporations that don't care about their employees.They probably have what you're looking for.

You all know they always have everything you need. And today was the same. O went in to get some chicken for dinner and I did get that. But also found chips, sodas, decorations for making Christmas baking, Christmas bags, and of course a Christmas sweater for myself.

This isn't a bad Walmart. All the employees seem to be friendly and trying to help when they can. Some of the shelves are cleaned out due to the virus scare. Things like toilet paper and such. But there's plenty of food and everything else. There's easy parking in the back for big rigs

It is Walmart... I had 2 children shopping there recently with my 10mo old grandson, who were racially profiled by a very rude female employee. They both look around the same age, however they are actually 13 (who has dark complection) and 19 ( a much fairer complection). So after my girls checked out at the self check out, my 13 year old was going to take my grandson with the cart to the car while her sister went back into the store to find her boyfriend. Sadly she before my 13 yr old reached the doors she was aggressively approached by a very rude employee, who stopped her demanding to see the receipt. My 13 year old, shaken and confused by the employees sudden attitude then said she wasn't sure what bag it was in and needed to go find her sister. Younger daughter and grandson turn around and head back into the store with the cart to get my 19 yr old. My 19 yr old then to ahold of the cart with her little sister next to her ( whom the employee had just stopped not even 5 min prior) and was able to push the same cart, past the same employee, to the door without question. My 19 yr old then turned to the employee with the receipt in hand and asked the employee if she still needed to check the receipt turned and both my girls were able to walk to the car without further incident. After getting her son and sister safely in the vehicle, my 19 yr old took the cart back into the store, with her receipt and logged a complaint against the employee.

Just passing through and needed to pick up a few things. This Walmart is the cleanest and most friendliest Walmart I’ve ever been to. Clean restrooms, organized and neat isles and displays. Super friendly cashier, non-self checkouts available (thank you). Nice parking area, just overall an awesome store. Keep up the good work! We will stop here again.

Awesome friendly Walmart with plenty of parking. We went cross country in our 25 ft RV so it was wonderful to find a friendly and somewhat quiet spot to rest over night before continuing our journey. They are open 24 hours so be sure to run in and grab some breakfast including fresh produce for early morning rise and shine! This is an older store but you’ll find the necessities that are in the newly remodeled locations. Nothing beats a friendly South Dakota folk! Thank you Walmart ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wal mart is never a 1st choice stop wanted a new air fryer at Mitchel as Walmart employee told me that they had them in the back but could not sell me. One until they put the new ones out for Christmas this is October so u didn’t buy one found the same one on Amazon thank god for Amazon.same air fryer but will have it tomorrow for 10$ more with free shipping Walmart is such a second. Rate shopping experience and they cannot compete with Amazon Best Buy wayfair etc etc etc. So no no more money to Walmart

Very convenient, best prices in town, and have a variety of nearly everything you need. I can't think of anything negative at all.Always quick easy amazing service when I'm picking up for an online order.You can pretty much find anything you need here.

i had called to ask a general question about stock and was immediately hung up on. forther more i went into the actual store to ask and was completely blown off, wost costumer service i have ever received. do not expect these people to bother doing there job and helping you out because you'll only be met with disappointment.

Thank you for overnight parking. I’d much rather park here vs the travel center down the road. I can stock up on food or whatever else I need. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Restrooms were very clean. 😊

Never have jeans I need in my size, have to go out of town or order to get some reasonably priced jeans. I wear a size 10, shouldn't be uncommon. I always have to do self checkout when Im here because there's only 2 cashier's on duty and one of them is usually 100 years old.

My dad and I was on vacation heading to Mount Rushmore and had to stop here to get some stuff we asked Amber to help us find stuff. She was very kind and helpful!! She even got lost and has to ask us. LOL. Great customer service

I usually do Walmart Grocery Pickup - the employees are usually very prompt and friendly. I don't usually have any issues, but if I do, customer service is very helpful! Definitely recommend to people who hate going inside, disabled and/or have children. The app helps me budget and save time and energy.
