The store manager is horrible to deal with. Totally unprofessional, defensive, snappy, and escalates already tense or bad situations. However, the district/regional manager and the assistant manager were very kind, professional, and calm. Would love to see the assistant manager become the manager. The staff are wonderful. We joked around, one even helped me when I moved to town. I always tipped the sandwich makers. The food in the heat box is ok, sometimes it's been there for hours, long past the pull time. One the cashier gave me a refund because the food was bad.I want to thank the staff for doing often time thankless job. But I will never go back because of the manager.

They sell old food all the time and won’t even give you a discount. Also, the cards they give for a free 12inch after buying 6 12inches won’t count as two 6 inches and they’ll take the 12 inch card without at least giving you another 6 inch card. Their workers can be very rude and snotty also.

Every time I'm here everyone is so nice and inviting. They seem to really enjoy each other! Even when they're getting slammed, which is most of the time, you can see the effort to still work with a smile! :-)
