When I first walked into Unity road I was greeted by two smiling faces, had my ID's checked then I was able to head into the interior of the shop upon your first entry you are given a little tour explaining where everything is and where everything will be that is yet coming, and being put on the shelves. Everything that I've had questions about so far, the bud tenders had answered promptly and politely. I was then ready to make my transaction and one of the coolest things I got to actually meet the owners they spoke very passionately about what they're doing what they want to bring to the South Dakota cannabis community they were very easy to talk to with all my concerns and questions as well. I look forward to seeing all the exciting new products that Unity road is trying to bring to us I look forward to seeing you all again soon in the future and thank you for serving our community...

I was lucky enough to visit as a guest. Very professional staff! They are willing to answer questions and talk with you through anything on the shelf. Without a card, I couldn't buy any of the flower, but I did get a cool hat!

The owner earned this rating! I saw an article about the grand opening and decided to drive up and take a look. He personally made sure to great every customer that walked up in the parking lot himself! You can tell he’s been working hard to put together this nice building and he’s very proud of it! I just revisited this place to try out some DNS flower and decided to update them to five stars. I love the small town business. And I noticed they have loyalty points and a veterans discount now. But I forgot to ask about it the veterans discount I saw on the website because the employees seem to put you at their top priority talking your ear off providing top notch customer service. Much appreciated. Remind me of the veterans discount next week. haha.

Oh my gosh! What an experience! The staff were very helpful. They were very knowledgeable about thier inventory and products. I've been to a few dispensaries and by far this is "THE" place to go!! Its very convenient to get to right off I-90 and worth the 10 minute drive from Sioux falls! See you there!!

went in sunday 8/6 and the person who helped me was absolutely amazing. very knowledgeable and beyond friendly. i wish i would have asked her name to put in this review but she was such a beautiful soul and made my entire day with her kindness. will definitely be shopping at this dispensary a lot more from here on out :)

So far my experience with the staff has been exceptional. You know that perfect blend of customer service where you aren't jumped on as soon as you hit the retail floor, But available when you have questions? They have different swag every month, little freebies such as lighters, stress balls, I got a pizza cutter, stickers etc. Is kind of a cool perk Which is definitely one of the reasons why I go back.They are constantly looking for ways to find savings, as the average 1/8 flower is now around $40 if you take advantage of Wednesday's 10% off special.They have a loyalty program that gives you points towards free product.They're doing it right at Unity Road

Was a first time customer today. I have got to say the staff are amazing!!!! I have never wrote a review in my life but the service I received today was over and beyond. It sucks seeing the prices as high as they are for something that’s medical but I also understand they are new to South Dakota and are leading the way for something new in South Dakota. I was given info after info and made me feel very comfortable. I wish this business great luck.

great building, very conveniently located for local residents as its right by the biggest gas station in town. employees are super nice as is the owner! had a nice chat with him at stoner bingo, super chill dude. And im not just saying this because i won that grow tent lol

We were in this place on Friday. Very nice place and awesome people from the front door to the back room. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All around awesome experience. I can't wait until everything is up and going on the production end of things because that's when they'll really be able to showcase what they've put together. Thanks for the good experience! I was proud to be standing 3rd in line the morning of the opening day and was a bit taken back on prices yet I understand having to use South Dakota grown product will take time and we could see the prices lower. It is just ;like every thing alse in this world when new products come out. the products I bought that day were Awesome and no complaints there. Since I have been back and it was nice to to see the price breaks for buying more volume. Honestly the second time there wasn't busy and I have never been treated better from the guy opening the door for me to the check out "Friendly Friendly Friendly" Keep up the Great Work!!!!

I visited this establishment on day two of their opening. Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful building as well. I understand the slow process and all the hoops they have to jump through. It should no be this difficult. I suspect prices will drop and supply choice will increase as they continue down this road.
