I love chinese friday and go every week, but the amount of food provided has been decreasing over the time I have been going. Today I got 6 pieces of chicken in my meal, now these are not large pieces of chicken either. Like I said I love chinese friday but if I am going to continue to come the potions need to be increased.

Birthday cake and chicken… need I say more?! Seriously, we make the drive for these two items. Also not sure what’s going on but the produce here is so much better than anything Sioux Falls has to offer. It has become a ritual to drive to Dells at least once a month for chicken and produce.

I love this local small town store--great products, especially meat and produce, and very friendly service. I shop there almost every week even though I live in Sioux Falls. Just simpler and easier to get my groceries. Highly recommend.

Always willing to go out of the way to help you, and if they don't have it they will find it and stock it. Very nice deli and bakery. store layout is easy for the person on the run. Also, carry-out service, very nice when wrestling with the kiddo's, in winter, in South Dakota.

Strangest place we ever ate a meal. It was a deli, grocery store, gas station, bakery,..... I couldn't believe it. At first we just walked around and checked things out. It was the only restaurant in town. The dining in part was pretty full, so we gave it a try.We were pleasantly surprised!!! Great food, comfort food, the lady that took or order told us to go find a set and she would bring it on over. It was filling, hot and really great. Never judge first by what you know, this was a small town and it was a great little 'resturant'.

I love the almost subdued lighting in this store and the music was pleasant and at a perfect volume. The aisles and displays are set up nicely and the product looks fresh and appealing, especially in the meat department. I was surprised at the variety of fresh meat available. I found it very easy to shop here.

I would say probably the friendliest store in town. One employee, Parker, (his nametag said) was very helpful. I asked him to point me in the direction of the chocolate chips, and he walked me all the way over to them, pointed them out, and then asked if I needed any more help. After that, when I had checked out, they even called him up to carry my groceries out to my car, and we had a very pleasant conversation. If all employees are trained like this, and I would guess they are, then this is definitely one of the best stores I have ever been in.PS: The store is pretty new and sleek looking too.

Great clean grocery store. A surprise for a small town. Excellent produce & meat. Not quite the huge selection as a Sioux Falls grocery but I shop there almost every week. Friendly staff & carry out :)

I love the meat selection! It's always been clean and the overall selection is great! I used to shop in Madison, not anymore!! Wish you had some kind of an app for coupons. Maybe you do and I just didn't see it.

Very clean, well laid out, and the employees were friendly and engaging. Prices were shockingly high but when you don't have competition and are the only grocery option for miles around, I guess that's one of the perks of the business. *shrug*

County Fair has a pretty large selection of different foods despite the relatively small size of Dell Rapids, which was a nice surprise. We don't have special dietary needs, but there are quite a few gluten free and dairy free products that I've seen in the store. However, my husband and I have had trouble with the freshness of their foods in the past. We've bought milk that expired a week prior, and my husband bought rotting mushrooms there that were slimy and smelled fishy. The slimy, fishy mushrooms were put on sale, presumably because they were disgusting and they hoped to trick people who don't often buy mushrooms into getting them. It would be a nice enough store if they made sure to properly rotate their stock and didn't keep trying to sell rotted produce.

I really want to like the store, but it’s hard to do so when I’ve gotten food poisoning twice from their 5 for $25 meat selection. The food was properly cooked to 165+ degree, yet both times I have found myself not being able to leave a 20’ radius around my bathroom

Would like to see everyone wearing a mask ! I do . I would also like to see disinfectant wipes at all doors . IN AND OUT . This would reduce the chances of transmission . I have a fresh zip lock bag of whire alcohol dish cloth in my car to cleanse everything I touch .

I was very pleased with this small town store . The meat dept was great . The customer service was good. My kids loved it because they have little kid shopping carts ! <-(2 thumbs up from this mom )
