I had to pick up some industrial heavy racking. They had almost all the parts and what they didnt have I was able to easily get help and have them order it. The gentleman helped me load and unload 3 large rack carts full of supplies into my pickup as well. I had very good service this morning.

Nice store, excellent selection, usually not too hard to find help and they are friendly and knowledgeable. I would re-arrange the store more like it was a couple of years ago, but that's just my opinion and not necessarily good marketing. Checkout is fast and easy...none of that do-it-yourself stuff! Hint: put the rebate coupons at each checkout and save us all a few steps or forgetting to pick one up.

It's the busiest time of year and the garden center is closed at five go figure. Employees are too lazy to be bothered to keep the busiest area of the store open during the busiest time of year for garden and yard work. Locked myself and a bunch of other shoppers in the garden section and forced us to walk all the way through the store to check out or leave. Runnings may cost more but at least they care about their customers.

Go to a real lumber yard for lumber. The customer service in the back of this location is appalling. Two of the ten employees I spoke to were helpful. Give your money to a place that doesn't mind helping you find the items you've paid for in advance. Big fail!

I needed to make a soldering kit. The employees helped me through the whole process. They knew exactly where everything was and they were very nice.Bonus: they have Calypso lemonade! It's the only place I've found in town that has it!

Selections across the board and prices make Menards the go-to place for all things DIY. However, it is the wonderful staff that make this particular location one of the best. I'm not handy in any respect and often have questions; I have always been met with helpful and friendly floor staff and can't thank them enough. And the rebate program is certainly a major bonus shopping here.

One of the safest places to shop during the pandemic. I've not felt unsafe once. Thank you for requiring customers to wear masks and social distance!Most staff are super helpful and nice without being overbearing - very considerate of their customers. Seems like the people who work here really care about the customers, and it shows.Also has great prices on many things.

Great selections, one of the few stores that enforce masking during this covid pandemic. I appreciate them doing there part to help their employees and the public stay healthy. Friendly staff, helpful when needed, and help with some odd requests for one off needs. The new carts are a welcomed upgrade! Thank you Menards!

While this store has so many different items for any home repair and any farm or business application, employees are not always knowledgeable. Some have helped me with great expertise, but others have no idea what's going on. It's nice to have appliances, pet food, and groceries all right there next to tools for the farm. The paint selection is wonderful, and most things in my house came from here.

We were told our order had been pulled and filled when we got there only 11 of the the 19 sheets of wall board could be filled the order had not been filled as stated and the worker called my husband's client stupid as obviously she can't read. Not a good experience Menards very disappointed 😞

Very poor ! I had ordered paneling on line and out of yen sheets 6 were damaged corners broken you name it. Very disappointed plus you never had all the molding you said you did. People were nice but thats all I can say.

I laugh at all the people crying about the mask mandate! If you don't like it, go to Russia; The store has a right to refuse service.It seems fine to shop there when you follow the rules.

Worst experience possible trying to get paint mixed. First time in store since moving back from Louisiana and was trying to get 4 gallons of paint mixed. Was a act of Congress, employee was rude as can be and was on his phone as I stood waiting for assistance. Finally got some help and then he argued with me over everything. Thought maybe just the one guy having a bad day but nope came back to get my mixed paint and a woman was in her phone, completely ignored me, I asked if this was my paint and without looking up from her phone said..I guess. I have a 3 bedroom house to remodel and unless it's absolutely something I can't find anywhere else I won't be shopping at Menards in Aberdeen.

We had a storage cabinet that was missing the hardware. We waited 5 months for them to order replacement parts, finally after some dispute they just opened a new one and gave us the pack containing the hardware. It shouldn't be that hard to get some help for a mistake made by one of there products.

I get to leisurely explore excellent selection of quality household or business building and remodel supplies. Auto items too. Pet supply department hugely expanded. Unique mostly healthy snack-like food, beverage and sweets. Friendly & helpful staff.

I've always been a fan of Menards until they decided it was appropriate to discriminate against customers who have legitimate, documented, medical reasons to not wear a mask for longer than five minutes. When I reached out to customer service, this was the caring, understanding response they sent me:"JamesI'm very sorry, but with 200,000 deaths and climbing, it is necessary to wear a proper mask in a proper way for your safety and ours at this time. We want to serve you, but we do not want to die doing so.Thank you for your patience and understandingRay"

I can't say enough about this store! They have great selections in literally every department. They even have a nice grocery selection and they're way less expensive than other stores! Cheap milk, snacks, other foods, dog treats, etc etc.! You name it, this place is great!

Requires masks. Don't have one? Gotta buy it. Oh, and they will terminate any employee who does not tell a customer to wear a mask. Mandate them all you want but don't take advantage of a pandemic and charge for masks. Yall crooks.

Love them for prices and materials. Not good tools. For more saving go to the service desk and and ask for the 11% price adjustment and you can get 11% off all purchases from the previous two weeks.

Purchased some landscaping stones that were labeled as $.69. Not just the ones we purchased but also the same kind but differwnt color were also labeled $.69. When we were checking out the clerk told us they were $.98 each. My wife ran back and verified that two pallets of them were labeled as $.69 per stone. This didn't seem to matter to clerk as he didnt even bother to look or even go correct it. He charged us the $.98 per stone and didnt apologize or even seem to care. Now granted I realize it was only a total difference of $6.00 but that's not the point now is it. This won't stop me from purchasing there but I will look else where before I go to a store that doesnt seem to care about their mistakes.
