I hesitated but dropped in here today after an appointment . No kidding this is the cleanest best stocked Walmart I have been too in years they even carry things my Walmart has stopped. There are departments I’ve not seen in others ( ex: grab and go) The manager was also on the floor stocking not only did he acknowledge me but engaged in conversation . I live about a hour out but it’s definitely going to be our weekly go to for groceries .

I would like to say... This Walmart has very nice employees. I was treated with respect unlike the Walmart in Newport whose electronics department worker was very rude and helped the person behind me and disrespected me. The electronics department person was very nice and helpful when I was paying my phone bill. I wish I could leave 6 stars for this Walmart.

The ladies working on the floor in womens departments are not friendly at all...sour and nasty and not helpful. You ask a question and they get smart about it. Almost defensive. Need more friendly people with custoner service skills. I thought working there is 99.9 percent customer service

On Dec 21, I went to the pharmacy as a new customer and initially, they were unable to find my scripts. After some digging, they found and filled them within seconds. Employees were friendly, helpful and professional. I witnessed a customer giving a pharmacy employee a hard time and the employee handled her calmly and professionally. Great experience overall.I would like to note that the overall store refurbishment made too many changes. Product/dept relocations are maddening; the aisles and traffic flow in the Health & Beauty dept are awful, awkward and need to be re-designed. Thank you.

Pretty decent walmart and area. I've been to plenty of Walmarts and it's nice to see nothing too crazy going on. Very good workers and faculty. The only bad thing is the teenage truck gatherings on summer nights. They blast music, chase eachother and, scream foul things very openly. Walmart needs to secure that for their customers.

Oh Genie how you make my experience difficult to say the least almost every time I come here. She is the front end manager and has no people skills, a lack of personal hygiene, and all together just a disgusting attitude. Genie is one of those whose sole purpose on this earth is just to make others miserable.

I bought a gift card from there as a present. It turns out that the card is a scam. The issuing company will not answer the phone and Walmart says it's not their responsibility. I did some research and found that there are thousands of complaints about these cards and they're all sold at Walmart. Don't EVER buy a gift card from Walmart.

Very clean Store. Employees were very helpful in assisting a Handicapped Veteran. The only downfall, is that some of the aisles are too narrow to travel down in a Wheelchair.

Talked to straight talk customer service representative she said go to Walmart and get a new Sims card for my phone they pecificley told me that its only $0.99 to get the sims card but at walmart look at the prices its crazy so needless to say im waiting on a sims card in the mail and i had to get on the website and order it such a hassle uhh...I'm trying to re activate but bc its been so long I need a new one and a new phone number so hurried up ran to Walmart in town only to be told that they only sell the Sims and activation card together

They redid the whole Walmart and they made the aisles half the size. So many of them you cannot get down. If someone else is going down the aisle. You cannot fit two cards! Very bad idea on Walmart's part

This place has gone downhill! Most isles have mold over everything! Broken glass jars of food on shelves and employees who definitely care nothing for the public. Don't buy food here! You might get very sick

The music is way too loud !!! I have contacted customer service before about the music being too loud and they promised they would fix it. They have not !I went to the garden center to check out after cutting my trip short because the music is too loud and no one was there to check me out. There were two women there and I asked if they could check me out because both of them were on there phones. They said they couldn't and didnt know where the guy was and when back to looking at there phones. I just walked out and left the things I was going to buy. The music is extrloud, you cant hear yourself think in there. I want to shop in peace not feel like I'm in the club ! Do better Walmart !

Oh my, what a shock.. all new inside.. so,so, much nicer.. there reorganized, nice how they grouped departments apart than all put in a big area. No messy looking thru piles.. HOPE it stays nice.

The remodel looks amazing‼️ My grave issue is the placement of Honey Pot items. It's DUCKED OFF in a CORNER.... Even the helpful associate wasn't able to find it (based on app) I found it after roaming🙄 DO BETTER WALMART + ASSOCIATES!!!!!!!!

Enjoy this location. They always have so many diff things to choose from in their clearance aisles. Also, I've noticed a lot of items throughout the store may be marked down and kept in their regular spot instead of moved to the clearance racks. The best thing to do is to check both clearance and the main locations of what you're interested in to see what is all available

I know a pair of jeans and 2 shirts may not seem like a big sell, but when 2 employees that are standing and chatting say they can't open the dressing room until 10:00am and neither are willing to just pop a door open for me, it makes me got to my truck and spend my money somewhere else.

I prefer this walmart over all the other ones in my area and I'll give it 5 stars once the 24/7 hours are put back in place. There's just too many people in there before midnight for my liking and if I could shop in the middle of the night like I used to be able to unordered to avoid everybody I'd be so happy. Have you met people these days. They're the worst, and since covid walmart has done nothing but make me be around them more than I should have had to. So please being back the 24 hour walmart for your introverted and the antisocial shoppers. I promise you'd make money because I've quit buying random stuff because I'm trying to get in and get out as soon as possible.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. filled in application online and called many times that I did an online application but they always tell me this lady (whom I don’t know or care does the hiring!) is NEVER at work. They never answer their phone when people call this Walmart location like they’re supposed to and every time I called, “No response!!” The store should be sued!

Went to pu script was not available on back order. Girl was helpful and tried to locate medicine with another pharmacy. Would be nice if they let you know meds were on back order and you didn't waste a drive up there.

This location is awful. The manager really needs to have a conversation with their employees about not having a stock crew leave pallets and carts in the customer's way and then grt upset with us the paying customer for being in their way. The shop crew for online and other pick ups first off do not monitor the parking, I had to wait for a parking space just to pick up my order so I came into the store few days later with a fractured foot and needed a cart, none were charged at all, I then go down the aisles well attempt too, could not make it down bc of safety issues or by your employees that are shopping. I was rudley told to move 4 times by a lady named Kathy with short black hair and she was so rude yelling at me and other customers. This place is a joke no registers open, employees standing around, and noticed one employee with headphones in on floor having a personal conversation and cussing. I will not be back to Walmart I will pay extra just to go to a place that will treat me with care. Walmart has sadly gone down hill, doesn't care about customer, dress code, their customer service ... nothing but taking your money. I will be calling coporate and will NOT stop until the manager is made aware of thr circus he is running.
