Came in for dinner with the family. Staff was so welcoming and kind. Felt just like home as I walked through the door. We had the smoked wings. Crispy yet juicy with a fantastic smokey flavor. The country style spare ribs were fantastic. Tender, juicy and flavorful. Homemade rolls were soft and hot. Courtney was phenomenal with her coffee master skills. Absolutely loved the caramel mocha Frappuccino.Restaurant was very clean. Loved the cozy feeling while sitting down with my family for dinner. Would absolutely visit again! Definetly recommend! 10/10!!!Thank you Southern Bakery for an amazing experience. Can't wait to visit again!

BEST ButterPecan latte I have ever had! Not too sweet and it actually has a good bit of espresso so it doesn't taste like the flavored milk drinks that you get at other cafés. I was going to take a picture of the food I ordered but I are it so fast cause it was delicious!!!!! The employees treat you like family, Heather and Ashley had me cracking up while ordering. Such a wonderful experience, highly suggest everyone visit for great food/drink and fun people.

Southern Touch Bakery has an amazingly warm and cozy atmosphere that gives exudes a mix of old-time charm and peaceful café. In some ways the interior is reminiscent of an old tavern and would make an excellent point of interest for a town of York scavenger hunt.The service was phenomenal with friendly, approachable, and attentive staff that made the entire experience that much better.And of course the food:I had ordered a breakfast plate with scrambled eggs, sausage, a hashbrown patty, and wheat toast. As well as a large mint chocolate milkshake.My wife ordered a chicken tender plate with fries and a diet Dr Pepper.Happy to report that everything was cooked perfectly, so much so, that I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed a sausage patty so evenly cooked and simply perfect. The toast was well buttered and the eggs had an omelette-crisp outside with a soft-scrambled inside making an outstanding platter.My wife’s chicken was crispy and tender, as one would hope their crispy chicken tenders should be, and the fries were soft and puffy on the inside with a tantalizing bite on the outside.The drinks, when ordered dine in, come in cute handled-jars which also added to the cozy atmosphere.I will definitely be returning with friends and family when I want to show them a restaurant that makes York really special.

The cashier was rude and impatient. After asking how long it would take for a two sandwiches she told me my questions were stressing her out and then when I said it was fine she continued to talk about me like I wasn’t standing right there. And the cheese danish tasted very wrong. I couldn’t even finish the bite. The coffee and mocha were ok, definitely not worth the stop.

Southern Touch Bakery did an amazing and beautiful job on my cake and cupcakes as well as cocktail hour catering for my wedding. They provided COVID-19 friendly options of what I wanted to serve, offered great suggestions I didn't even think about, and were so easy to work with. They provided servers as well for our event. Their pricing is fair and upfront with no surprises. Everyone was impressed with the food and cupcakes. Our guests took home extra cupcakes because they were so good and we ended up with none left at the end of the night!! I highly recommend using Southern Touch for catering and cake baking!

It's a nice little bakery. I ordered strawberry and red velvet cupcake. The cupcakes were good. Only issue I had was they had only 3 cupcakes to choose from. I was expecting more options.Hope so they start making more options.They have some food and coffee options as well. Check their menu online.

Based one reviews we decided to swing in this morning..ugh! Not very friendly lady at drive threw hands over my 3 drinks that were $17 (with tip) last one busts open before she takes hand off cup. Thought she went for napkins NOPE..just walked away..daughter had to go inside for new cup and lid and napkins..every drink was filled with grinds and such a strong scorched coffee taste that we couldn't drink them...if we didn't have to rush to go change our clothes I would have went in for refund and give coffee back..was hoping this was gonna be our new spot!

Very cute and quaint bakery. Got an iced mocha and bacon egg and cheese croissant, tasty but not the cheapest. Was $11 just for the two, but everything these days is expensive so all good.

Always a great experience I get the salted caramel frappe and the southern touch grilled cheese both are a must try!7 months later and this is STILL my goto spot in York, maybe even the whole county, especially if we're talking service. In the world we live in today where nobody wants to work and the people who do don't always do their best....this has NEVER EVER EVER been a problem here at Southern Touch. I'm a fan for sure.

I love this place! I always make sure to stop in whenever I’m visiting York. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They have delicious iced coffee and baked goods - the banana pudding is to die for! They also have excellent lunch options. The BLT is my go to. Definitely check this place out!

Ordered delivery through GrubHub 🚙 for Philly Cheesesteak, breakfast plate, lemon pound cake 🍰 and two cupcakes with a caramel frappe ☕️ Everything had an amazing taste exceeeept for the mac and cheese which was kinda yucky 🤢 (super greasy and hardly any taste) Frappe made it all better with the delicious taste of caramel though! Will definitely be ordering from this coffee shop more often! 😍

The best Buttermilk pies 🥧 and pretty good hot dogs 🌭. We often get a pie for friends who are grieving a loss or celebrating occasions. Everyone loves them. Also, the customer service is great!

Eat here almost every day of my life, & I don’t see an end in sight. I love everyone there, staff knows so many of us by name, our orders, in the short time I’m waiting for my food, almost everyone who walks in gets greeted by name. I love it, it’s close to work, it’s good food, good people, if somethings wrong they will fix it immediately, because we are all human, & mistakes happen. I can also afford to eat here most days & still pay my bills…so the prices are very reasonable!! They are expanding, it’s so exciting to watch their success grow. ❤️ the STB Fam

I came to York to do a session with one of my clients, afterwards I took myself & my service dog to try out this place because it looked really cute! Genuinely the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life.. and I’m not picky, half the time I drink black coffee lol. I took a few sips and immediately threw it away.. incredibly bitter, watery, I should have just gone to McDonald’s or something else. They are nice people and the shop is cute but I wouldn’t recommend it for a sit down lunch or a quick run in. It’s been 15 minutes and the taste is still stuck in my mouthEdit: I walked to the light (a few feet away) & started VIOLENTLY throwing up.. I’ve never had that happen before. Disgusting. If you know the location it’s pretty public it was extremely embarrassing

Not welcoming or accommodating and clearly did not want to answer questions. We ordered and left wondering how they are in business with her at the register. Must be they like locals only.

The staff was so sweet and helped me out because I didn't bring my glasses in and I couldn't even see what the heck I was doing!I loved the potato salad and I had the Cuban. It was a crispy sandwich. It was good. Next time I'll add mayo and I'm sure I will love it. My friend had the chicken salad and she loved it. We had a nice outside lunch with great service and we left happy and full with another awesome place.

Okay, so I have been going here since they opened a few years ago and I must say, in that time, they have been consistently good. Everything from breakfast, lunch, lattes, and bakery items have always been on point. I must admit the chicken salad is my all-time favorite item but the York Dog comes in a close second.The banana pudding, cupcakes, cookies, and multipke cake varieties in the bakery case are absolutely wonderful and satisfy my sweet tooth.This place is a true gem.-the Italian Cream Cupcake is now on my list of must haves.-Update....this place is still great. They have covered outdoor seating with fans for the hot days! I also found out they do have online ordering and drive thru pick up.
