I Stayed Here At This Hotel For About Two Weeks Until My House Came Available. A Very Rude & Lazy Office Staff Members With Attitudes And Very Noisey And Making Up Lies About The Customers Like They Were Very Jealous. Housekeepers Were Very Lazy And Didn't Want To Change The Bed Linens Nor Clean The Rooms Properly. I Got Bit Up By Monster Bed Bugs And Tried To Tell The Office Staff And They Said Stay There In That Room You Have Or Else Leave With No Refund. I Do Not Recommend Staying At This Place. The Price You Pay Weekly Is Not Worth Wasting Your Time. Go Somewhere Else Where You Feel Comfortable & The Environment Is Clean And Get Clean Service With Respect.

I've stayed for a week the day staff is amazing and our housekeeper Melissa was super helpful and friendly! But that night shift Ms.Sandy is of no help and shouldn't work if she doesn't have customer service.Mentioned that my toilet is clogged and asked me what should she do about it and told me how to unclog it myself.And while I was picking up behind the bed because my keys fell behind found a dirty old dried up bloody tampon🤢🤢 who knows how long it's been back there

Housekeeping staff was just beyond fantastic the office manager lady left a little to be desired but housekeeping more than made up for her and a lack of swimming pool. That would have also been nice having been broken down on highway 77 north and sitting out in the baking Sun for an hour til we found a tow truck and they got us to your establishment and suggested the best Italian place I probably have eaten at in my fourth years of life if I could rate them I'd give them ten stars that's how great it was

I am not one to leave bad reviews.... I always see the good in every situation.... I stayed here with my son for almost 2 weeks. The first night I noticed the walls needed a VERY GOOD WIPING DOWN! Ok I can look past that. The room we had was towards the back..... I noticed the company some of the other rooms had was steady at times... in and out all times if the night...none of my business! The white socks me and my son wore in this room had to be thrown away. That carpet was filthy. The bottom of our socks ..... black! The front desk ppl w were wonderful! Ok now for that last day. I was waiting to leave and it was taking a little longer than it was supposed to, but I had all my stuff together so the cleaning lady ca m e on in to clean the room.... now I did just stay in this room almost 2 weeks I remind you! I watched this room being cleaned! Omg! Nothing wiped down.... no cleaner sprayed whatsoever floor not moped, shower or bathroom not cleaned, AND THE SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED! ! I SWEAR! ALL THE LADY DID WAS MAKE UP THE BEDS. SHE DIDNT EVEN BRUSH THE ASHES I DROPPED ON THE CORNER WHILE OPENING THE DOOR! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS! WTH! ALMOST 2 WEEKS YAL. AND LOOKING AT THE OTHER CLIENTS THEY HAD. ... ALOT CAN GO ON IM 2 WEEKS. ..... WOW!

**WARNING**BEDBUGS!!!! This hotel is not clean! My husband and I had to get a room because a water pipe under our house busted and we had to shut off the water until we could get someone to come fix it. It was late and we needed somewhere to go to shower. We got there and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in months. After falling asleep for only 3 hours, I was woken up by something biting me on my arm. Bugs!! We got the hell out of there ASAP! Reported it to the manager whom seemed as if she could care less. Needless to say I will not be staying there again.

Conference/meeting room of good size. It is clean and restrooms of decent size. Parking lot close to entry. Good price to host baby shower or family gathering after a funeral like we did. Thanks.

Continental breakfast was great. But maybe someone drugged the coffee. Also, at 11:06 a.m., around checkout time, when I was trying to get a ride, the Manager came to my door & said if I don'tget out, she was going to call the cops. I told her I was trying to get a ride. She called the cops anyway & the cops came about 1/2 hour later. I left with my stuff in a shopping cart.

Staff is friendly rooms are okay. However, I am here for a week stay as this seems to be the closest to VC Summer. So, for starters I was put in a room that the lock was broken, I was told it would be fixed the next day. It took 3 days to get that fixed. Plus, they got new refrigerators that were supposed to be put in all the rooms, I guess they never got around to it so the fridge in my room doesn't even have an "ice box" or "freezer" as I was told they did. I was also told that would get fixed but here my week (7 days) is almost up and that has yet to be rectified. That however, isn't even the biggest downfall. I can live with all that. In this motel you are NOT ALLOWED to cook anything that you can't do in the microwave. No burners, crock pots etc. Also we were told we could grill, but the next day got a notice saying we couldn't unless we did it at the "meeting area" and stored it there as well. Personally I am not leaving my grill that I paid for out for public use. No thank you!It's a good thing there are a few places to eat here that are within walking distance! (=

Stayed there two nights. First night was ok room was clean staff was friendly. Second night I was told we couldn't stay in the same room we were put in a room in front of the meeting room. The room was nasty had roaches. I called staff at the front she said I could get another room. I asked her again to give me the room I had last night she insisted she couldnt. She gave me another room a door or two down from the room with the roaches.... Needless to say that room had a dead roach on the floor. Went to the front again and was given the "handicap" room as the attendant said. This room smelled wasn't clean and had dirty washclothes on the tub with fecus in the toilet. I asked for a refund was told I couldn't get one because I had been in the room(s) for 30min. I was finally given the room I had the first night.

Front Desk Receptionist was very rude over a question i asked her. I asked about a building being rented out & she gave me an attitude mentioning about COVID-19 Situation. I had to explain to her i understand about the COVID-19 but there are still some buildings that are available. I was just calling to check around for my son birthday which is not until November. So to whoever that was over the phone you be blessed and always remember to treat people how you want to be treated. :)

Good bargain, clean, quiet, professional staff. Several places to eat nearby. I think it may be the closest hotel to VC Summer Project. Plus much less traffic from this direction. No pool, no exercise room, likely related to the bargain price.

This hotel is a pretty good location, there is a grocery store across the street so you don't have to go to far for groceries clothing store and also places to eat....the only down fall is that if your looking for a pool this hotel isn't for you , the pool was removed from this location....the lady that checkes you in is great and very friendly so overall that's the only reason i didn't give it a 5star
