We were celebrating an early Valentines Day with my Granddaughter, I bought balloons and various other fun items and the sales lady was so sweet and made sure our balloons were full enough and even freshened them up a little! Fabulous! Made my day and the store was so clean!!! Ten stars from me!!

I'm gonna have to give my true opinion on this store, i used to love this store so much, I'd go to it almost all the time. But since their prices went up ive shopped there less. Also not to mention almost every single time there is this same cashier that always gives me weird looks or is just rude to me for no reason. Literally the last time I shopped there the same cashier literally rolled her eyes at me when she saw i was at the register. Like- am I a bother to be at your store? Seriously this place has changed- i personally wouldn't recommend going here too often.

It's okay. The prices are great however, some of the workers give people mean or weird looks some stair at people if they don't like them, but it's not all of the workers, I see a lot of workers but only 2 cashier's at their desks the other workers just chill in the back room or have conversations with each other then actually doing their job. and I hear some of the workers talking to each other about costumer's they think are weird, ugly or have something wrong with them. However most of the products are good and well stocked and the store is clean

I will drive 20 miles out of the way to go to my favorite Dollar Tree in Winnsboro because it is clean, well organized, and always stocked.The employees take great pride in taking care of this store.

I give this location no stars. I had to put a star just to post this message. The Store Manager Pam and Assistant Manager Cassandra are totally unprofessional at this Winnsboro, South Carolina Dollar Tree location. They have bad attitudes and hold grudges against customers that complain about their attitudes and how the store is not properly run in surveys, and the corporate office. They speak to you in a rude manner, cuss at you, roll their eyes, run and hide from you at times, and talk about you to other associates or customers in your presence. I have seen them on too many occasions speak to who they want to speak to and this is no way to run a business or to gain customers. They teach the new associates that they train to treat customers that they don't like badly as well. I have never seen so much ridiculousness in my life.The store is never stocked like it should be, and the Assistant Store manager is lazy and would rather talk to associates or hang out in the back of the store than to help, ring up customers, or see to it that the store is properly run when the Manager is away. One of the two you think would try to do something right, but no not those two. The Store Manager when confronted about the lack of merchandise on the shelves in the store complains that she doesn't have enough help and will proceed to open the back of the store's door to show you the many boxes filled with merchandise piled to the ceiling or either scattered everywhere. You are the Store Manager... hire associates that will work and that you don't teach to be mean and evil like you and your Assistant Manager and maybe you won't have that problem.My mother has said that she has seen people walk straight out of this particular Dollar Tree store with nothing in their hand. This is a true disgrace to the Dollar Tree Corporation. I have never, ever seen this at any Dollar Tree store that I have shopped at in my entire life, and I have shopped at many and in many different cities in South Carolina and states throughout the United States. I wrote all of this and this is only the beginning of me telling you how truly terrible they are because I can write a book. I am not the only one who is complaining about them either. Most of the town has been complaining too. They need to fire these two women immediately and replace them with people who know how to treat customers and know how to correctly operate a Dollar Tree store. Corporate office should not continue to allow their Dollar Tree customers to continuously be treated in this manner. This has to stop now because it has been going on for years.

I shop at dollar tree when I need things for a dollar. I try and spend at least $20. I, m happy, 😃: when I leave. Ha. Ha. Ha..

I love the Dollar Tree because even though it says everything is $1 some things are less that a dollar and plus the employees at this location are willing to help 👍🏾
