Great store. I was helped by a young woman who was attentive and friendly (and a Pisces). Even though they didn't have exactly what I came for (red high top Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars), they did have a wide variety of shoes. Overall, the experience was good and I will continue to visit the store and purchase from them. Toya is the best sale associate in the world - knowledge, friendly, helpful and fun.

LOVE THE FAST PICK UP SERVICE!! AND THE GREAT PRICES !! I WAS VISITING FROM FLORIDA ND FORGOT ONE OF MY SNEAKERS I SHOP HIBBETT SPORTS ONLINE FREQUENTLY SO GOT EXCITED WHEN I FOUND A CLOSE STORE FROM MY HOTEL !! Walked in with the intention buying several pairs of new sneakers, and some clothes for me and my kids. There were 3 customers in the store plus my group. 1 young male employee standing at the entrance not really doing much but standing around helping everyonebut us. Never approached us nor acknowledged the fact we were in the store. 1 employee attempting to explain how Klarna works to an elderly lady, and 1 checking people out behind a register. Needless to say it wasn't until we were checking out with what we could find on the racks did someone ask if we needed help. By then I was over being in the store watching others being helped before us and ended up buying every pair of sneaker on line.

Lady was polite,very knowledgeable, and knew where stuff was in store y'all had what I needed, reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the music wasn't inappropriate and it was entirely to loud.....

I would give zero stars if I could. I waited in line to purchase an item and wasn't acknowledged at all. Even when it was my turn to be served, I was treated like I was invisible. I'm not bashing Hibbett Sports in general, just Walterboro's store in particular. Don't shop here.

Customer service was so bad I wanted to start cussing these dudes out. They act like it's a privilege for them to request shoes. Not helpful, matter of fact made me feel unwelcomed. I swear if I was a black man I would have got great service. Never will shop here again I promise.

Service sucks waited 15 minutes with a shoe to get size and just stood there while everyone was just standing around talking guess keeping your bucks in the boro doesn't mean anything to this store
