The store usually has a pretty ordinary stock, nothing like other family dollars I've shopped in a lot of times, before I moved here. First thing I noticed when I 1st came to this store is the horrible cleanliness of this building. Its like its never been cleaned, outside or inside. The inside is usually a wreck and nothing ever looks like it was intentionally set up on or for display like most other Family Dollar Stores. The staff could also used a huge hand in some major training involving customer service. I've met one young lady whom happened to be s black lady that was very pleasant to deal with at the register. She was friendly and a great service person. Everyone else that works here needs to be terminated or completely retrained before setting foot back in the presence of customers. Their attitudes are the worst as if they are mad at the world for having to work and its the customers fault they have to work. Rude. Snappy. And messy. Uniforms are never clean or tidy. This store needs help.

Great place to shop. Like the price on everything. The sweetest Cashier she is a hard worker. She always saying hello. She has a warm n beautiful smile and always asking how you are doing. The amazing sales n stock persons are nice n very helpful. I find what I need and get out w/out having to wait in long lanes.

They have recently rehab the place and its turning out to better then it once was. Its still a family dollar but for so long they was not as stocked on items like Summerville or Charleston would be or not as big on the inside... but nice renovation more inventory great and better selections

I was there this afternoon about 3. Very disappointed in the staff and customers. One lady was disgusted and walked out. Staff had no mask. The customers behind me were to close to me and there self's not even close to 6ft apart. Not even 1ft apart. The cashier said nothing. I've been going there since they opened but I wont be back.

I always have good service when I come into this store. Workers always speak to you when you walk through the door. There is usually a line but that's just because it stays busy
