Very rude cashier. Was told I couldn't get cash back even though signs weren't posted. Told me they didn't even have $20 in their drawer. Refused to serve me as a paying customer!! I'm all for young people working but they should learn customer service and be more respectful!!

It was good enough experience, prices not too outrageous if you like store brands. I suppose the few name brand products are comperable to most other grocery stores in Union, South Carolina.

It ok, not great produce, but it's not supposed to be a high-end grocery store. It's, in my opinion, a scaled back form of Aldi.

Just an FYI it is highly against Osha regulations to have minors operating a baller. Also, the bad mouthing an employee that has left the company is a good way to get a restraining order put on the employee that's running their. The union store is nothing but a bunch of 2 year old babies who are lazy as anything. I hope you are satisfied with the store you are running because it's trash.

I think that some supplies need to be kept up with in the store. I was looking for paper plates and there was nothing to choose from. A diverse selection in even little things makes a difference. I know there was times some of the meats didn't look to great either but don't know if it's changed cause I haven't bought meet from there in a while. It looked better and smelled cleaner in the store when I went. The service hasn't ever been bad to my knowledge but a few changes could definitely get people shopping there more. I will keep stopping in and checking it out to see if it gets my attention enough to change my rating. I give another star cause yall do have some good things to buy and save money.

I absolutely love to shop here. The prices are so good. I love their meat Dept. The meats are always fresh and have the best color. Produce is fresh alater in the evening it wouldn't hurt for produce to be stocked and cleaned up a little more. But it's clean. The variety of food is great. Hardly ever out if anything in this store. Cashier's are good at their job. I have never had a cashier who was playing on their phone. They pay customers attention. The store is very clean.

I enjoy the store and the staff are great. I wish they would get some more pallets of the 99 cent gallens of water. Myself and my animals love it. We go through about 40 bottles a month.

Julie the manager is VERY RUDE!!! When we were next in line carrying the three items we had in our hands, the lady in front of us had $200 worth of groceries as soon as julie started ringing her up she decided to open another line and to leave the lady she was raining up, to open the other line. So Alex took over ringing of the lady in front of me and Julie called the lady behind me to the next register who also had a good $200 worth of food in her cart instead of asking us if we would like to go next being a really had three items. I told her I was next in line and she just blew me off like I didn't even exist. I have never had a problem in the store before all the employees there are wonderful they definitely need to pick a new manager.

Went in tonight to get groceries just to watch the poor girl at the cash register get screamed at by some low life who was obviously having a bad night and needed to take it out on a literal child. They need at least one adult manager in there at all times to handle situations like that. That poor worker shouldn’t have been subjected to that trashy woman.

I just went shopping. First bad thing when I walked to the register the clerk didn't greet me. I spoke "hello how are you" she looked and said fine. I had over 130 worth of groceries. As I looked up from putting my things on the belt I noticed her placing my items on the floor,!!!!Instead of placing groceries in my basket. I asked her why she was doing this she said because you didn't grab them. I was nice at first I didn't know I was supposed to grab them but if she had said mam I don't have room can you please put some in your basket I wouldn't have minded helping her do her job. that's very nasty and I dont eat off the floor. The manager basically ignored me and he was the next register over! I am usually treated well here but not this time and yes they got cursed out because who puts somebody's groceries in the floor. She could have grabbed another basket ANYTHING SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISRESPECTED I would never put anyones food in the floor I suggest retraining for this clerk and the manager who did not care.

The cashiers are always really nice but the meat labels are wrong a lot, buy wings= chopped up pieces, thighs had ckicken strips under the top layer of mostly skin, hamburger meat has way to much grease, potatoes = half the bag rotten and the manager likes to get on Facebook and accuses people of crazy things and makes threats. I can only imagine how he talks to workers.

The meat is always horribly packaged and leaking all over each other. Especially the chicken. They also like to set out meat that’s already been frozen like it hasn’t. And don’t forget to plug your nose going to the frozen food section cause it smells like sour milk and mildew.

Only save a lot in Union, to bad they closed save a lot in Spartanburg, but no one can beat their prices, even they located in Union, it worth a drive and still 'save a lot" in your wallet

I am mad that the Church St location in Spartanburg got closed. We needed some type of small grocery store around the community and them closing their doors dealt an economic blow. My mom only drinks the Crystal bottled water and to have to travel to Union to the ONLY store that sells them, well the drive is always worth it.....

Nice little grocery store with great prices. About 1/2 the items are national brands and 1/2 are not. Excellent prices on dairy and meat products. Plenty of parking and pleasant employees.

This store has really decent prices on many items... It goes to so you what a small chain of stores vs a Huge store like Walmart is charging when you'd think A huge store like Walmart would have cheaper prices NOPE most things bought at sav-a-lot are so much cheaper other than some can goods those are alil higher priced
