Cole was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I went in today cause I’m going on a long road trip, and needed an overhaul check on my car! Lol I had to have a lot more done than what I initially thought walking in, so when the price first was revealed I’m shook me some, but like I said Cole was the best! Not only did they get the entire job done in under 30 minutes but more than that was the kindness, respect, and length he, and they all went to and go to every time for every person! This is definitely the best place to go in town, that you won’t regret! God bless!

I’ve been going here for a couple years. Took two cars in the same day recently and same good service BUT the prices have gone up! No longer a family business because they were bought out and now my receipt states owned by a company in Winston Salem, NC. I prefer to use local businesses. It costs less to take these vehicles to the Nissan dealership.

This is not a Havoline Xpress Lube. They are using the previous owners google page. Strickland brothers now owns this location but keep responding to customer reviews as Havoline Xpress Lube. Its a bait and switch. If you google oil change near me it comes up with Strickland brothers in walhalla and Havoline in west union. So when someone doesn't want to visit Strickland brothers they go to west union location thinking its a Havoline. They only have small signs in the parking lot showing their actually Strickland...shady if you ask me. There's an actual Havoline in clemson. Just saying.

An oil change is cheaper anywhere else in the entire state of SC, including actual dealerships. $160 for an oil change and 2 filters is absurd. It's decently quick, and the staff are what you'd expect for the area, but the price is higher than anywhere else I have been in this state. I will not be going back. Also it didn't seem too important at the time but I once left a rating that wasn't great and it was for a different place, albeit my mistake, the owner didn't reach out on here, THEY CALLED my WIFE. They got the number from the info they take, which, if it's not illegal it is a terrible business practice and shady. Please do not call or text either of us for this review. And we will not be coming back there regardless of any amount you take off or how much you change prices. That's stalker vibes, and the fact that you ever charged as much as you do for an oil change (esp when it was 1/3 thr price last year before inflation came down) means I am not giving you a 2cd chance ever again. If you respond to this, it should only be an explanation or apology, not an offer, as we won't be back.

The team was friendly and professional. They kept me updated on how the service was going and asked about replacing the usual assortment of items such as wipers and filters, but there was no pressure to buy additional items. The service was also surprisingly fast. Today I brought a second vehicle for an oil change and they seem to be consistent.
