Absolutely the worst and rudest staff I have ever dealt with at a pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional. I went to pick up my prescription that was delivered by my oral surgeons office. Upon trying to pick it up they claimed that my insurance company would only let me pick it up from another pharmacy. This is weird because I do not have insurance and I am very paying out of pocket. I explain this and they tell me it will take 30 minutes or so to fix this and I can either wait or come back. I opted to come back on to get a call a couple minutes later saying that the prescription has been corrected and is ready to pick up. When I go back in, there is a line of five people. They make me stand in that line and wait while I am in pain after my oral surgery. Did not request me to come up to the front of the line since there was nobody else behind me when I left the line the first time, and that was their mistake. When I finally get to the front of the line, they tell me I need to have my license. OK I’ll go back to the car to get my license. When I come back, there’s two people in line and they make me wait behind them again!! I’m not happy about this and I’m in pain to boot. Upon signing my signature and hitting enter on the keypad to finalize. My order. Lady gets an attitude with me and tells me that I need to hit the acceptance button. As I explained to her that I’ve already hit the button, she gets an attitude with me and tells me I do not need to yell at her . At this point, the manager of Walmart wants to walk up behind me and asked me if I’m OK as if I’m the one causing the scene or the situation. Upon trying to explain to him that it would appear that way because at this moment I am projecting my dissatisfaction and unhappiness . Insure that I am fine around and have the pharmacist. Tell me they will no longer fill my prescription here. Very unprofessional bunch of staff, and they will all watch out for their own backs rather than the customer. Every single pharmacist behind the counter, was at fault here and rude as Possible

Told me meds be ready at 2 the day before. Go to pick up and they don’t have any. Don’t call or anything. I could have made other arrangements.

They are very slow. They just stand there most of the time doing nothing. When you call up there every single time they always say can you hold a moment. They never come back to the phone. You have to call back. That's why they never get anything done. They don't care about there jobs no more. I wish that they would get rid of the help that they got now. So they can hire new help that cares about there jobs and get there stuff done fast like it should be done.

They had me waiting for hours then said they weren’t in stock on the meds I needed!!! And sent me to another one and then after waiting at another one they say there not due yet!!! After telling me they were due. I wasted a day using this place . They suck! I would have gave a zero but it’s not an option!!!!!

Always helpful friendly faces. Never hear them complain about their workplace like you hear Walmart store employees talking. Walmart TR is the best!

When they say an hour for prescriptions they actually mean two hours or more. Have a shopping list ready when you come here cause I called at 11:20am, was told it would be an hour, but never received an alert that it was ready. Called at 1:20pm to be told it would take another 20 minutes, but that they go for lunch at 1:30 and would not be back until 2. Ridiculous.

Prescription was sent to pharmacy on a Fri to be filled on sat. On sat pharmacy said couldn't fill till monday. On monday said it couldn't be filled til tuesday. Had to call the doctors office back and they called to get it straightened out. This medication is not to be stopped suddenly. Very upset

done a prescription transfer from Walgreens to Walmart pharmacy and Walmart was very professional and helpful and the prices were good and I am so thankful they were there for me this time

Waited for an hour before they told me that my prescription was out of stock. In the age of technology, every pharmacy should know if they have a medication in stock at the time of drop off. When I expressed my confusion, they laughed. Terrible service

It's the slowest pharmacy I have ever seen,and even if you call ahead, you still have to wait a few hours for them to get it ready when you get there

I only gave one star because there is no option for zero stars! These people are totally incompetent, rude, and worthless as a pharmacy. I have been here multiple times for a family member and each time, different people, but same incompetence. They need training or they need to be shut down!
