I'd like to share a positive experience with the pharmacy.. in particular Beth, a pharmacy tech. I described the adverse reactions experience from a certain manufacturer of a prescription beta blocker drug and requested they fill my prescription with a specific manufacturer and she went above and beyond to meet my request and I'm very grateful. If all service providers took the time and made such an effort like she did the world would be a much better place! Thank you Beth!

Customer service at this store is poor in both retail and pharmacy areas. On recent visit, cashier Tracy, team member since 2010, was rude, snarky and passive-aggressive. Upon approaching the register, I noted she seemed to be on a personal phone call. As I greeted her to request a timely return with a reciept, pulling my items from the bag, she blurted, "You can't return that here. We don't sell it!" "Okay, " I replied, a bit jolted by her tone, " I didn't know." I turned and saw the brand name of this item displayed prominently on the upper wall in cosmetics and said, "Oh, okay. Looks like you advertise the brand, though. Thats a little confusing""Well, if you dont believe me," she smirked, "you can go check!" "That won't be necessary, I said. "I believe you. I'm just surprised by your snarky comment. Not exactly necessary"Really, Tracy? Really, Wallgreens? Tracy is the best you've got? Since this store has poor reviews, maybe some retraining is in order. Taking my business, prescriptions and all, elsewhere.

Life sustaining heart medication. Prescription is for 180 pills. Not once has it been filled with more than 60 pills, less than 60 yes but never more. No explanation has yet been provided. 5 months in a row it has been out of stock for up to 2 weeks even though it is on auto refill. Again no explanation. Always the same " I don't know what has happened. We're sorry". No more, done with your inept pharmacists.

Waited almost 1 hour on hold with the pharmacy, just for them to pick up and hang up the phone. I called back to only be rudely told that my doctor didn’t call in the prescription and he wasn’t willing to check the system anymore. It’s funny how I called another Walgreens and they found the prescription immediately. Will never use this pharmacy again.

This Place don’t even deserve a star. I was on hold for 48mins. No one in the pharmacy would pick up. They pick and put u hold and don’t say anything but pick up and hit the hold button. I had to call the store and speak to the lead for them to even pick up the phone. The Darn Pharmacist was trying to get an attitude. I am pissed there is no way a person has to be on hold that long for a question and getting ur medication refilled. I am Done. I am going to see who my insurance will take for a pharmacy. I am done with this place. Over it !!!

Sat in line at drive thru for over 30 mins. Cars were wrapped around the building. Appears they are taking paper prescriptions from people and filling the scripts while others wait in their cars for the line to move. This is ridiculous!!!!! Very poor customer service!!!!

Dear Walgreen's in Travelers Rest, I loathe you! Why are you the slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. Also, why do you have a lady on the window that sounds like she should be calling me asking about my car's extended warranty? Ugh.... I have now sat in the drive thru in this exact spot for almost an hour now. Get it together geez.

There are a couple of guys who work the register and they're great.However, there's one particular woman cashier who is inappropriate, rude, snd laughs when someone says they're reporting her behavior. The manager doesn't follow up so she's right. It's a joke.

Sad story but it’s been 3 months and this place is still a sh** showJust moved to TR and have always been loyal to Walgreens. The three experiences at this location have me thinking about going across the road. I have never waited less than 20 minutes in line just to drop off a prescription. I really don’t know what they do so differently, but can tell ya it it’s not a good thing.

Walgreens’ corporate offices are negligent in allowing this pharmacy to operate at its current staffing level. Pharmacists are not entering new prescriptions in the computer system for hours (5 or 6 hrs) after the prescription is sent and then taking another 2 hours to fill. This delay can cause significant medical problems for adults and children with infections as well as a host of other conditions.I have had to verify with my physician and dental office 4 times in the last 3 months that my prescription was sent. Although each time the prescriber confirmed they had sent the prescription the pharmacy personnel reported they had not received the prescription. This happened again today. The prescribing office called me after they resent the prescription and called the pharmacy to verify they received it.I called 10 minutes later and was told they had not received the prescription. When I pressed the pharmacy clerk, she consulted the pharmacist and the prescription was located. Walgreens is making extra work for a busy medical practice and just plain lying to customers waiting for medications. If Walgreens cannot properly staff this pharmacy appropriately they should close this store. This pharmacy is in a rapidly growing area and the community deserves to have a pharmacy that is well run and serves this community.

Would NEVER. Use this pharmacy!! They gave my granddaughter who is 2 the wrong prescription!!! Then my daughter in law gets a phone call after wondering why my granddaughter was getting sicker instead of getting better the pharmacist the next day was reviewing the prescriptions filled the previous day and caught the mistake!! Completely unacceptable and I want answers!!

We were loyal Rite Aid customers, when the store closed we followed the pharmacy employees to this Walgreens. I know that these people are friendly, efficient and hardworking. We have never had a problem with them, if there is a problem it isnt their fault. They have served us very well for years

For 2 consecutive months my refill for a prescription was not ready nearly 24 hours after I called it in to the pharmacy. Both times I was told it would be ready for pickup 90 mins after I called it in. But also both times, when I came by for pick up the next morning, it was not ready. On this, the 2nd month, I was told the refill had not even been put in. I had been a Rite Aid customer for years. This NEVER happened with the smaller Rite Aid BRING BACK SMALLER PHARMACIES!

The pharmacy staff is so slow. Every time I go to pick up a prescription, I wait an unreasonably long time. The drive through always takes the longest. One time while waiting in line inside, the lady in front of me and behind me both started talking about how Walgreens is always slow. The lady behind me continued on about how the TR location is not the only one as she has tried going to other locations. I just always know that if I have to pick up a prescription, I have to give myself at least 30 minutes because of the wait.

Even before COVID, this pharmacy has been under staffed. More corporate hiring flexibility would be beneficial to help ease frustration for all concerned. In the meantime, my experience has been consistently positive!

Terrible pharmacy customer service after second experience. The script was sent Thurs. Got a text Fri that it was delayed with no call / details for an ETA.I called Sunday to inquire + was told it would probably be Wednesday. They couldn’t transfer the order to another pharm due to the type of med. Hello?! Call a customer when a med is gonna take almost a week to fill, so we can arrange something else. How rude!!(!!!)Then, when I told her how I felt, I got hung up on. I wasn’t kind (I was angry at their lack of kindness after all), but still. RUDE.

Not a bad store, just the pharmacy I've always had to wait a little while here. Staff isn't over friendly, they are just there to do their job. Has a good selection of HBA and pharmacy items. I always like to go in and at least look at the Holiday items. Also has an ATM there I use all the time.

The pharmacist at this store is particularly rude and disrespectful. A good friend of mine has had mutiple bad encounters nearly everytime she's went to pick up her refills for the past couple of years. She's a disabled, diabetic woman with many monthly meds to be filled and doesn't deserve to be treated the way she has been. She's even been given the wrong insulin before!! Could've been a deadly mistake. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't have written this without giving them that. I would give negative stars if that were an option!! Pharmacist John clearly needs an etiquette class and some manners! Awful!

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review anywhere..until now. Hire someone who knows what they’re doing. 6 people in the pharmacy for whatever reason and yet they’re all clueless. I didn’t even speak to 2 of them but you could kind of just tell...we’ll chalk it up to poor training? Maybe..

Takes forever to get anything from the pharmacy... doctor called it in 2 hrs prior to showing up and my wife with a fresh surgery had to wait an additional 2 hrs in the store just to get a single medication. What a joke of a pharmacy. Go someplace else.

This is one of the best pharmacies I have found in Greenville County. The assistants are knowledgeable, the pharmacist is willing to answer any questions. Customore service is excepetional at this Walgreens Pharmacy.
