The transition from Bi-Lo to Food Lion looks pretty seamless, in fact the inside pretty much looks like the Bi-Lo. I gave it a four instead of a five only because they removed the self scan option, which is very useful when there are lines of people and you only have one or two things to buy; are self-sufficient; or just not interested in people that day. :) All staff were attentive, friendly, trained and interested in helping you find what you need.We are grateful to have Food Lion so close to home and look forward to many shopping trips here! Welcome to TR, Food Lion!

I love this store . I know they will have the same item on the shelf this week that they have been carrying for years, unlike the large box store . As far as meat is concerned ! I buy all my meat here at Food Lion. Yes you get things cheaper at Wally World , but many times I just go here to Food Lion because I don't want to go to two different stores because the big one doesn't have or quite carrying what I need .

I really enjoy going to our Food Lion here in Travelers Rest. Hours a great and staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful if I can't find an item. So glad they have someone at a register and people who aren't afraid to smile and talk to you. Prices are competitive. Love the coupons. Store is always clean and well stocked. Veggies and fruit are fresh. The wings and chicken bar is a wonderful treat when I splurge too.

Nice people working there. Store is clean. They need to liter bottles of seltzer water in stock. Prices are midway, not as high as Ingles and not as low as Walmart.

We have started doing most of our shopping at Food Lion whenever we are in the area.( We don't have one in Pickens, but go to Traveler's Rest or Seneca store ( and Edisto Island when on vacation.)

This store used to be a Bi-Lo grocery store. Food Lion is currently refurbishing the inside and updating it for a better experience. I was a little leery at first, but I have grown to love this store. It is quicker to run in and out than the nearby big box discount store. I like Food Lion's brand of products, especially the organic Nature's Way. Reasonable prices, good sales, good customer reward program.

Love the variety of things here. I usually only go to ingles due to proximity to my home, but I was near my daughter's home and decided to go in. Their produce section needed a lot of attention. Manager was rude. The cashier was extremely nice and friendly.

Food Lion is a vast improvement over the BiLo that was here prior.. their prices seem better than Ingles but they're not able to beat Walmart.. who can? I still shop there because I like to give Walmart competition.

Great service! Although I was raised near a city (Albany, GA) that had a Food Lion, this was my first time shopping in one. I live in Atlanta and visited this one for a friend's wedding and found some great deals.

since Food Lion moved in to Bi-Lo's old location, I have been consistently impressed with its offerings in the international food department. it seems to be expanding its offerings to meet Travelers Rest's more diverse community, which is awesome. I do wish that their produce selection was wider and more diverse, though, but I understand that they're still feeling out their market. I also miss being able to save up my rewards for a big purchase, but at the same time, their rewards system means I never risk losing my rewards because they "expired". all told, switching to Food Lion was a painless experience, and in many ways, I'm reaping rewards!

Chicken right now has been hard to keep on the shelves at this location. They absolutely depend on shipment. I did find what I was looking for and the manager took his time to help me. Great staff very friendly and happy to help answer questions!

A lot of the things that were on sale were out, but it was Sunday evening and I kind of expected it. If you bring your own bags though, just bag your stuff yourself. My kid's carrot snack was bagged with raw hamburger meat, bananas at the bottom of a bag with heavy condiments on top and apparently the bagger either thought he was supposed to put as much as he possibly could in the bags or that I could lift 500 lbs no problem.

I shopped at Bi-Lol for twenty years at this location. They ended up being a bunch of snotty managers that limited my EBT purchases.Food Lion has great employees now and the store even kept the restroom open during the pandemic unlike every other business.Walmart in TR is the same with rude employees and constantly screwing up prices. I encourage everyone to visit our new Food Lion...stress free.

Grew up in NC with Food Lion. I was hesitant after being a long time BI Lo customer at this location. Well, I was even surprised. Store has been restored to it's former glory and I didn't realize until now...the old bilo employees were not very friendly. I hope Food Lion keeps up and everyone in TR should stop going to our horrid WalMart and support them....they gave a great selection.

If I don't go in the store hungry, I'm going to be hungry when I leave. The meat selection is always looking good. It takes alot of will power not to buy a beautiful thick steak!
