I boarded my 2 dogs here for a week and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They offered to give me any updates on my pups while I was away which put my mind at ease. At pickup I was greeted with the same welcoming demeanor and they helped load up the pups. I will definitely keep my dogs here in the future!

Great experience here had just moved here from Philadelphia in July. We had to go away for a wedding for six days first time customer definitely coming back again. My puppies were so excited to see me and i could totally tell that they were well taken care of, and enjoyed themselves, One of the employees let me know that my one who is kind of shy stayed with her for a while to get her used to the place. I’m very thankful for him taking the time to spend time with her. the prices are amazing and they’re very caring. We will definitely be coming back again thank you for having my puppies.

In my opinion, lack of care this last time we boarded our two dogs for 5 days. ! 11/2 year ago we had a great experience! Won’t use them again! If you have a big dog, stay away, if your dog have any joint issues, stay away! They really hurt my dog… NEVER AGAIN!!in my opinion, incompetent, none caring people working there!! The very slippery style flooring should be banned!! Anyway, my 80 lb Collie walked fine going there. Not so much leaving this place!!took to Vet, 4 days later we had to put him to sleep but he’s no longer in pain! This place … not fit to care for pets. My opinion!

I have a French bulldog name ice. Hes 5 months old and extremely hyperactive. He would come home and drive me nuts. Cause I also have a 5 year old son. Now he comes home sooo relaxed and calm. It's such a blessing, thank you fur family. Amazing place

Was told to withdraw my comment but I still stand by that the facility from the outside looks rundown, the kennel area looked cramped, the vip rooms are not worth it, and the outside equipment looks to be from 1988. Owner is also rude. Forgot to add the owner won't let his own dog stay at his own facility, says alot about how he thinks of the place.

Justin and the team at Fur Family have been exactly that… a family to myself and my dog.I had just moved to the area with a 65lb labradoodle mix, and was staying in a hotel. I knew I needed to get him active, so I looked into daycare. Unfortunately my dog escaped his crate at the hotel, leaving me with no ability to keep him with me at the hotel. Amazingly, Justin and the team immediately got me in for boarding, with a flexible schedule based on my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure that my dog Otis was not only cared for, but that I could visit him and still stay connected while I desperately tried to secure my housing.Otis was extremely well cared for, and I was able to pay on a schedule that didn’t require everything up front, or at one time. It made it very easy for me to manage this, as well as the fact that they offer incredible rates on everything from daycare to boarding, grooming and more.I cannot recommend this place enough. They have been one of the best facilities I have ever used for my dog, and we tend to travel/move often. I highly suggest you look into their services, and give them a try! They do a phenomenal job of caring for all pets, and the dogs in daycare always look so happy and fulfilled.Thank you so much to this family. I am forever grateful.

My dog Harley absolutely loves hanging out with the Fur Family! They take excellent care of him! They keep him while I’m at work and also provide grooming services as well! Harley has met so many more friends there and the staff actually care about my pup! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Just want to say a big thanks to the Fur Family, especially Crystal! I brought my chihuahua in to be groomed. He looks absolutely handsome 😍! This was his first ever groom appointment, so we were all very nervous. Everyone was super friendly and patient with him. Thank you again!!

My fur son Rambo spent 8 days here and he enjoyed it. I will definitely recommend this business. The staff is great. We have taken him to other places but they did shy away to take care of him again but Fur Family Play and Stay took great care of him and welcomed him back. The reason why is because they treat your family member like their own family member. Kudos 👏 👏 👏. Keep up the great work. Yes the price was worth it because the QUALITY is TOP NOTCH. My fur son deserves the best and Family Fur Play and Stay provides the BEST service for your family member. We are customers for life. Thank you

My dog stayed here for the first time this past weekend and we are very happy with his/our experience. It was only his second time boarding. He's a young, hyperactive dog still learning how to be confident with large groups. Fur Family made sure he was comfortable and moved him to smaller groups when he became nervous. I love that they accommodated his needs/behaviors in a way that allowed him to still socialize. I like that they also accommodate dogs that prefer to be alone. The staff were all very friendly and communicated well when I called to check in on him. The building was clean and all of the other dogs looked happy. He came home happy and tired. Thank you Fur Family! We'll see you guys again soon!

We have had the boys boarded a few times in the last couple of years and it’s always been a great experience. Today we had our boy Hunter groomed and boy did he need it. Kristen did a great job and Hunter is so happy. Price is right and I highly recommend. Thanks again

This was our first experience with Fur Family. We boarded our 2 adult dogs and our 6 month old puppy for a week. The staff members are very friendly and answer all of your questions. They don't mind if you call to check in on your furbabies. All of our pups seemed very happy at the time of pick up.

Love our friends at Fur Family Play & Stay! Our 3 year old husky mix always comes home sleepy and relaxed from a fun day playing.I’ve also used them a couple times for boarding, bathing, and nail trimming! You can tell everyone genuinely cares and is attentive to your baby’s needs - nothing but good things to say about this place!I know I can trust our boy in their hands and will continue to use them! Our dog is always excited when we pull in the parking lot and is always tired after a full day of playing with all of the other dogs. The service is excellent and always attentive. I have yet to see any place like this with boarding options. The owner Justin provides a professional and courteous setting. Bring your pets, you won’t leave disappointed!

Originally started taking my dog to daycare here temporarily until I saw how much my dog loved going every day. Justin (the owner) and his crew is amazing. They are seriously SO SWEET. They’ve memorized the dog parents cars so they have your baby waiting on you when you pull up and always greet you with a smile. They’re very clean and the doggies (and cats too!) have so much fun here. 10/10 recommend taking your animals here. Not to mention they have a boarding area for your dog that includes a tv and a bed for your dog. How cute. So happy I decided to bring my pup here instead of a previous business.

I went to Fur Family at the recommendation of my boss and I have not been disappointed.The team at Fur Family treat my dog, Hank, as if he was their own. Fur Family Play & Stay staff were very professional, kind, and very understanding and patient with last minute changes needed for my pets stay. Also, I opted for the Bath before pick up and my pet still smells amazingly fresh after a week! Honestly best bath I've paid for at any boarding or grooming shop!

My name is Gina and I have been taking my pets to this facility for 12 years and ABSOLUTELY love it. The transition between the previous and current owners has been seamless. Everyone who has worked here over the years and who currently works here genuinely cares about animals and treats them with respect and dignity. Toby, our Great Pyrenees puppy, has been coming to doggie daycare during the week for almost a year now and he literally sprints through the door to see his human and four-legged pals. He LOVES it here and is so happy when we drop him off and pick him up. I have always recommended Total Pet Care to anyone I spoke with and I now recommend Fur Family Play and Stay with the same enthusiasm. Hands down the best boarding and doggie daycare facility in the area!

The best place for your pets when it comes to boarding and doggie daycare. My dog has been going to doggie daycare here for about 2 years and he absolutely LOVES it! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I love how they greet Bailey (individually) when he walks in the door and the prices are AMAZING! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe environment for their pet :)

Andrés has been attending this facility since last year. It has been a great challenge, as my dog is quite ornery at times, but the folks there at Fur Family Play and Stay, formally Total Pet Care, have stuck by me through the process and are always there when I need them given my sporadic work schedule. I would recommend this facility to any pet lover who desires the best away from home care for their fur babies.

The dogs(Bear and Odin) were happy, shared a suite, they ate at their own pace, were able to play with other dogs and were well taken care of during their stay. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to the SPCA for referring us.
