I went today for the first time. ALL the ladies were nice and VERY helpful. The store was easy to maneuver thru, also the shoppers were helpful and kind. The merchandise was awesome, nice clean store. I will be back. Thanks ladies.

I don't go to the Dollar Tree often, but let me just say... the Dollar Tree on Pocalla has more things in their store than the other two Dollar stores combined. The store stays stock! Hands down its the one to go to.

Rachel is awesome. She goes well above to help customers . The store was nest and cleaned. The bathrooms were clean. If I cant find something then I look for Rachel and she tr akes me right to the item. She doesn't point and say it's over there. She greets customers when they come in. Awesome young lady

This dollar tree is seemingly always well-stocked and busy. However, some products are above the $1.25 price, as other reviewers mentioned. Cashier also refused to acknowledge me when I said hi and was not friendly to my wife at checkout. We will be going to other Dollar Tree locations in the future.

whenever I go to Dollar tree they always treat me with respect and I have no problems finding the items that I need or returning what I have bought that was wrong it is very pleasant atmosphere but y'all need to pay them more money because they do a lot of work and it's not fair for the wages that they get for what they do. have a nice and blessed day and do have a beautiful Christmas

This is the newer and larger of the two in town. It is usually clean and well stocked. Service is friendly and efficient and parking is set up well. The lines can be backed up sometimes but the cashiers are usually pretty good for clearing them out.

First of all I would like to say that I salute those who work at the Dollar Trees. They are very brave people and caring people to come and work I want to stay working in this time of crisis they are nice kind helpful and they try to have the supplies that we need and the quantities are larger but they got with Aiden almost no you person person name and name very kind. The store might be small but the people are large and their hearts and the work that they do is even larger and that's why I salute y'all and I love going back and I go to the three times a week thank you for your services again I salute you and may God bless you

Its a dollar tree. Its always slammed. They are well stocked at all times though. I must admit the holiday section always looks like a category five tornado went through. I love all the different odds and ends they have. Also you can not beat a dollar book. If you do not like it. Well it was only a dollar. Ive also found the candy aisle is a great place to try new candy without wasting money. Ballons for a dollar is a great deal. I recommend dollar tree shopping.

No longer a Dollar Tree. It is a $1.25-5.00. Have to make sure you check out prices. Very disappointed. Guess I won't be giving things I make away anymore. Not a better quality either.

You can find a lot of great stuff for only a dollar. Yes on occasion you get what you pay for. Meaning some items don't work or malfunction quickly but then at times you do find things that work just as well as higher price things. You do occasionally get name brand items in trial size so you can try it before buying the bigger ones. Clean. Nice staff

I came to this dollar tree store early one morning and they were unpacking and stocking. I understand that and this was no problem but i heard several of the employees complaining about having to deal with customers while stocking, how 'people shouldnt shop this early' and 'Id get stuff done if these people werent in my way.' I ignored the rude comments and continued shopping along with other customers. When i went to check out, half the employees went on break, one register was messing up so my cashier had to continuously stop ringing up my items to help the other cashier. I asked to have the wheels on my cart unlocked, as i had a load and toddler in my cart, they struggled to unlock my wheels and left me stuck in between doors so i had to carry all of my bags and toddler out of the store and across the parking lot. The service was poor, employees were rude and less than efficient. Im hoping i came on an off day.

Always something different every visit, so if you see something you like better get it while you're there cuz it may not be there next visit. Usually have great selection of items. Sometimes very slow to open extra check out lines is my only negative comment.

I love Dollar Tree, it's just the lines are so long between 3 p.m. The cashier that I saw was getting us in and out fast. Didn't see anyone else, helping her.

I enjoyed shopping at dollar tree. 15s store is closer for me. I want to give a shout out to kim or kimberky. When i go there if she is working, she is always bjusy n helful when i cant find what i need. I go often, most likely find what i need. Thank you kim.

I love the place first time I've ever been in there and I will be going back I didn't have very much money to spend but I got the few things that I needed and wanted it was well worth the trip can't wait till we get the one here in Manning next year

Worst customer service ever! The black girls don't smile, they sigh deeply , roll their eyes .. They don't want to work.. Please add more dollar tree stores in this city so that we aren't limited to where we shop!

Crowded with products in boxes in aisles that need to be unpacked and put on shelves to make room to get down aisles with shopping cart. People can't get by one another because of boxes blocking the way.
