Absolutely disgusting dog washing area. Looks like a crime scene. Urine everywhere, dog hair all over the walls. Zero disinfectant spray. Smell in the room will make you gag.

Love the pet wash station. Our dog Roxie was the very first pet wash. Definitely worth the $10.00. They provide everything down to the blow dryer. Plan on taking our other doggies for baths as well.

Stopped by to check out the facility, I am very glad I did. The dog wash station was absolutely filthy with pee and clumps of dog hair everywhere. Tractor supply needs to do better. If they are not managing the wash station, at least provide cleaning supplies for the owners who don’t like to leave a mess behind. There are grooming tools which is excellent but at least provide cleaning supplies to sanitize. This is a hygiene issue for humans and dogs alike. Disappointed since this is a relatively new facility.

A complete nightmare. I will never do it again. The store looked nice and new but the dig wash station was disgusting. Standing water all over the floor that we had to squeegee. Clumps of dog hair all over the floor and in the sinks which we had to clean out so the water would drain. The water temp fluctuated from ice cold to scalding no matter how you adjusted the faucet. Some of the shampoo/conditioner were watered down. The blow dryer was cold air only which caused my baby to shiver so we went home wet. My car seats were soaked.

On March 18, 2024 at 7:15pm, I called the store to inquire about yard bags but no one answered. Ten minutes later I called again but no one answered. I decided to drive to the store and when I walked inside and saw the sales rep behind the counter and no line at the cash register I decided to dial the store number. To my amazement I saw and heard the phone ring as I was calling and saw the sales rep walk past the phone. After this event i will not be returning to this store!

Nice store with plenty of parking. It's in a place by itself so there's not trying to get into a parking spot.

They don't know what chickens or ducks there selling &there feeding ducks with dry feed instead of wet and there feeding chick's with duck food ....also dying chick's in the pens
