I went in with my daughter's dog and the manager there, Cory was absolutely amazing to me. I am on crutches and she not only helped me handle my daughter's dog she help me pick out what I needed and helped me across the street. Amazing service and a amazing place

We go here OFTEN because they actually take care of their animals. The manager Raina and everyone there is always so sweet so helpful. I buy all my pet supplies here because we trust them!!!! Go check them out

$10 Doggy wash. They supply shampoos and conditioners. Great wash area, with tether for dogs collar, hot cold water settings, blower to dry pet off and towels. Can beat it for 10 bucks !

Very inviting and friendly staff! Offers a nice variety for all pets. We used the dog wash during our last visit. It was very clean and easy to use. We even upgraded to the premium wash. Because who could pass on their pup smelling like pumpkin spice?! Love bringing mt dog to shop here. Highly recommend

Do not purchase pets from this business the pets are not healthy and they break your kids hearts when they passaway 18 days after purchase. This place is a animal mill shut them down.

Amazing place I got help from Jadde. She was so helpful in finding the right dog food and recommended stuff for my dog who is sick. She was a blessing. Definitely coming back to this store if I ever need help again.

I have come to expect very little (if any) help or useful information from typical pet store employees…NOT the case @Pet Supermarket. I’ve never been to a pet store with nicer staff. They were all friendly and helpful and if they didn’t know something about something specific, they would make sure to point me in the direction of someone who would. The store-front is deceivingly small, but, inside, they have more than meets the eye. I have passed it by so many times. Now, I don’t want to go anywhere else! Happy y’all are here!

Absolutely amazing store!The staff was super helpful with all my questions about some cat products they carry.Christopher and jadde are definitely knowledgeable and some people I will come back over and over to see.They told me about the sales and even helped me pick out the perfect cat food for my boo. He’s super picky but he definitely enjoys this new food!They take pride in the store and look like they love where they work! ❤️❤️My new favorite pet store!

Nice store. I stopped by today while in the shopping plaza. The store was very clean and had the best looking pet wash area I've seen so far. All of the associates were great. Definitely very excited to be there and to be working with the animals. Seeing their joy with the job definitely stood out the most. Hope the great attitudes and team stick.I'll be back with my pup to dry the dog wash.

Washing station service was the best find for our family. Let's you leave the dog hair there instead of your tub. Plus they have a program where you buy 5 washes and get the 6th one free!

This is the nicest pet store that I have ever been in! It is clean, organized, and has about anything you could want for all kinds of pets! It is fun to go shopping in Pet Supermarket! I come to this pet store because the pet stores in Myrtle Beach, SC are not anywhere this nice, organized, or stocked. It is an awesome place to shop for your pets needs!

Love the dog bath, but they're consistently out of certain foods for my cat, and several of the staff members are kind of rude. One time I go in and they make me pay for the dog wash before I do it, another I can wait till after. I tried to ask a question about their Lovables product and I was told they don't know anything about it or when they're going to be getting in as they walked away from me I have been to there stores outside Charleston and have loved them, but this store lacks good help and is out of stuff all the time. No clearance items either.

Washed my three dogs there. Have different sizes and the different areas worked great for all my dogs. Nice and easy with no clean up for me. Prices are great too!

I normally have a pleasant experience shopping here but today was not that. I called ahead to see if there was superworms available. It has been a torrent downpour all day and I didn't want to drive there and not get any. I was told that there was. I drive through the storm and get there...no superworms. I asked an associate about it saying I was told you have some. His reply was "I dunno who told that but I would have told you we didn't,kinda short and kinda rude. And since there was only 2 associates there,I don't get the reply that he didn't know who told me...not sure if I'll return but if I do,I hope it will be a better experience then this one. The true shame was the lack of a simple apology for being given misinformation in the first place.

Stumbled across them last night looking for crickets for my tranchula. Great store and very friendly staff. Also I have been looking forever for a local store that sells live tranchulas. So I can't wait to come back in to see what kind they have. I have been looking forever for a Mexican Red Knee or a Pink Toe. Fingers crossed they get those kinds!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FISH HERE!!!!! I purchased 1 albino rainbow shark and 2 fancy tail guppies there around 1/18/22, to put into my 37 gallon, me being inexperienced i didnt notice they guppies had severe ick. Within 2 days all 3 fish I purchased here were dead, within a week to 2 weeks my 4 corydora catfish were dead, my pleco, my 2 black velvet Molly's, and my panda, the only thing left are 3 endler guppies that are severely effected and will die any time now and my gourami who is also very eaten up with ich. I don't know what to do, makes me wanna cry all my pets dying in front of me and nothing I can do. In the future Ill set up a quarantine tank before introducing new fish to my 37. Before I'm blamed for this my water is perfect! My pleco was 2 years old and my gourami I've had for 6 months. I l have all the test kits, ph,nitrite, ammonia, all levels were perfect until I introduced these sick fish to my tank, and I've also been treating for the ich doing water changes, everything a responsible fish owner can do. I don't want anyone else to have to come home and guess which pet died today. If they were responsible they would STOP ALL FISH SALES right now and fix the tanks. Please do something, before you kill more pets.

I love the staff here, but like so many pet stores, their exotic animal husbandry can be painful to see. They are following managements guidelines on how they must keep them, but management is WRONG.
