I have been to tractor supply companies all over the usa. First time I ever saw this type of desk as I walked in. Nice!!!! This was a bigger store and definitely had a bigger selection than most that I have visited. Was greeted promptly when I walked in. Strange thing though there were approximately 8 to 9 employees gathered around the counter?! All were chatting it up. Never asked me what I was looking for if I needed help but all were friendly. Stopped in for some bulk hardware items, also did a little shopping around and liked the selections in clothing. I will definitely come back on my own time.

Great place for dog washing the one in Boiling Springs. GREAT place to shop from an assortment of items. Love going there especially when the baby chickens are in.This store takes the cake..Love Tractor Supply❤️

REVIEW YOUR RECEIPTS! I purchased dog food at the Spartanburg, SC TSC on 2-23-2024. I used the credit tap function to make my purchase. At no time during the process was I asked if I wanted to make a donation to the FFA (Future Farmers of America) When I looked at my paper receipt I noticed an additional charge had been added without my knowledge or consent. I asked the cashier (C****) to refund that unauthorized charge and she stated that there was nothing she could do. Not at all acceptable business practice. Charge is under dispute with Visa. Also reported to FTC and CFPB.Update: Called number per merchant's request and was disconnected.

I love the folks who work at the TSC East Main store. Very friendly and helpful. I am happy to know they carry most of the 20V Porter Cable tools and at a good price too. I especially want to thanks Jennifer for her excellent customer service.

Every week I get my shopping needs handled @TSP everything my babies need, comes from my favorite place.. And the entire staff is so amazing.. AUSTIN IS MY DUDE MAN.. HE'S TRACTOR SUPPLY AND IT WOULD NOT BE TRACTOR SUPPLY WITH OUT HIM.. THAT DUDE DOES EVERYTHING..

The staff here is always awesome and respectful and helpful. This quickly became one of me and my wife’s favorite stores. They recently redid part of the store and love most of their feed to the back. They also did work on their outdoor area.

More than helpful staff great sales great products. The manager was very willing to walk around with us and find what we needed. The chicken lady was very friendly and informative. Great prices on our preferred dog food brand. We will be purchasing here from now on as opposed to Lowes.

I have always had great customer service from this store, but today that all changed after shopping here since the store first opened. They were out of the horse feed I always buy, so I had to purchase another brand (which was more expensive, around $5.00 more). When I asked if they would give me the Purina for the same price as Dumor, the new manager on duty said no.... I thought customer service and doing the right thing meant something, but with the new manager it obviously doesn't. Five dollars isn't that much money, but it's about principle and taking care of your customers. I can only assume the manager is more concerned with keeping his profit margins up than taking ownership for not adequately stocking his store or providing true customer service.I will pay more to my local feed and seed from now on because I know my business is truly appreciated there.

Mainly go here for black oil sunflower (bird) seed. It is good quality seed at a good price.Can't think of a time when they did not have plenty in stock.Have looked around for --- and purchased other items too. This place has a little of everything!Staff is friendly and VERY helpful!

I can’t give enough praise for this store’s employees and assistant manager Ron. I came in today to buy a toolbox for my truck. Ron walked out to my truck and not only measured the bed width but he also helped me install it. It’s hard to find people that want to go out of their way to help you these days but that is not what happened today. I highly recommend this Tractor Supply store.

Love this store! I went in to buy women's waterproof rain boots..they had several great patterns in 2 different heights at incredible prices. They are very comfortable, wide enough, awesome rain boots. Great customer service, too.

The folks working here were swamped today. Folks were all over the place. Once they finally got to help me, they were nice and really seemed like they wanted to help you. The person helping me had folks asking for help while they were helping me buy some chicks. By the end of the sale 3 associates had helped me get what i needed and out the door. The folks working there made a great team. You could tell they were trying to help you and each other.

I love this place. I buy my dog food at Tractor Supply. I use their 4Health premium brand, but they sell most major brands at good prices.Warning: They usually have Mallow Cup candy bars on sale beside the cash register. Hard to resist....

We have been in twice in the past 6 months. We've asked for help finding out item and the guys working just yell out aisle number but no more help than that. We couldn't find it still.. Both times. The first time we just left and went somewhere else. Today a lady working helped after futile searching. Male employees too busy talking not working.. Not helpful and barely friendly. We will not come back.

Vendor delivery- second time this store has faulted on preset delivery times and left me waiting 2 hours plus to be unloaded. Called last night with an eta and to officiate delivery for this morning. Set appt with management. Supposed to be unloaded at 7am this morning and here i am 2 hours passed that still loaded. Called over an hour ago to check in, being it was passed the scheduled time already. Still no receiver.

The owner responded so I feel obligated to share more details on my five star review. This story is clean, well-organized and carries all the times you'd expect from a well-stocked TSC. They carry a dog food brand with an excellent reputation that meets the strict dietary requirements that my doggo needs and the quality I require to put my money in to a product. They carry all the goods you need for a small farm or DIYer, and their feed meets my needs and budget.

Be sure to hold on to your receipt if you need to exchange anything, they dont keep a record of your purchase, they will exchange but at a much lower price. I came to this store looking for a Christmas gift, I didn't find what I was looking for and no one offered to help me😒 I did see some pretty neat gifts there like old fashioned tin toys, I'll probably be back 😊

Always has what I need. The chicks are cute as can be and the decorations are freaken adorable. Theres one woman cashier thats the sweetest and friendliest doll! She always greets you with a smile. Love going here to get my chickens and goats food

This particular Tractor Supplies always well stocked... And the workers are very knowledgeable and always helpful... I love the fact that they have any chicks for sale couple times a year. I have used their hatchlings before with good service. Extremely helpful every time I go and very quick to get checked out which is usually run by a sweet little lady with a very good disposition. Hard to go wrong with Tractor Supply. It's like an Ace Hardware only better...

Drivers when delivering to this Tractor Supply follow the road around the side. Stay close to the wall until you get to the dumpster, make a hard right at the dumpster, then go straight into the corner and back in to the dock. The people there were amazing, they had me unloaded in under 30 minutes and rubbed up on my fur baby........ did I mention it was 4:30am.......
