I love home Depot because they give you more than 30 days to bring an item back. Unlike Lowes they are mainly there for the quick bucks. While I know that's why your in business is for the bucks but the return days extended pass 30 days means a lot. It helps me out because I may never use an item right away for every job.

Home Depot is always great to is! This location had the same level of customer service and courtesy as my usual in Greer. I was honestly never a home depot shopper until about 2 years ago and it has been a breath of fresh air. You can actually get help when you need it, or even before you ask for it. Great place! Very friendly.

Just "WOW!" Amazing staff and service in the garden center on Easter. Thank you for being so cheerful, friendly and helpful. I am not sure if this was the same inside, but I hope so. Whatever, is in the water at this location, keep drinking it because we will be back to this location for all our needs from here on out. I cannot say this about the closer location, East Main, which needs a lot of improvement.

The Home Depot at Dorman is our go-to place for all of our home repair and renovation needs because of the helpful, professional, and friendly folks that work there. In our experience, just about every department is staffed by knowledgeable adults, who often have specific experience in the building trades. It's this difference that has kept us coming back for over a decade now.

Been a Hd customer and card holder for over 20 plus years and I will say, The customer service at this store gets worse and worse. The employee's are rude and do not care to help! The Dorman center location. Will drive further from now on and use a diffrent Hd store to see. If that dont work, will take my business to Lowes if need be.

Ordered a GE refrigerator and waited three weeks for delivery which is fine. Two delivery men arrive at 7:30 am. My husband was leaving for a school drop off just as they were exiting their van. Our home is street parking. NO designated pull in or out space. He advised them his wife was home and inside to assist until he returned home. Shortly after he pulls out they leave. After an hour we call the store as our food is sitting out waiting for our new fridge. We are advised they left due to parking our vehicle blocking them. It is STREET parking. Our home was not blocked in any manner. No knock on our door nothing. They just left. Be advised you best stand outside and Fully assist with the delivery that you PAID for or they will drive off. Hey I wish we did have a nice convenient large driveway but we don't. There are no steps to our home and nothing blocking it. Our own car does not block entrance to our home. So disappointed they would just leave. Had I known they wanted ME to unload the fridge I would have waited outside and done so. We are honestly shocked they just left. No notification or anything. Be forewarned about the delivery service.

Tammy C. and Tiffany H. in customer service were awesome. Tiffany answered my phone call, and she was very pleasant and extremely helpful in helping me purchase an item online then having someone pull it (only 2 in stock) so I could drive the 45 minutes to pick up.Tammy C was behind the counter and finished helping with my purchase. I failed to get a cart, and she graciously retrieved one for me, emailed my receipt, and sent me merrily on my way.The store was hopping, but they treated me as though I was the only customer there. Thank you, Tiffany and Tammy.

So far we are on 3rd year in Spartanburg SC, and this is my favorite hardware store between all in county! It seems like they always have what I need in stock + an equipment rental in store also. Plenty of employees to ask if I'm looking for something. That's is my experience 5+!!!

This Home Depot location is a complete scam. I ordered a 42” model mower and they delivered the 30” model with the 42” price tag on it ($1,000 more expensive). When I returned it and brought this issue to their attention… they shrugged it off and put it out for sale again with the same incorrect price tag… This Home Depot is shady and untrustworthy.

Broken rental vibrator , by the time it was replaced concrete was starting to set . Always check rental stuff to see if it works before leaving with it . It cost me a huge expense headache

We just renovated a 100 year old mill house and purchased a nest thermostat. However after having it for about 2 weeks we discovered it was freezing out AC unit outside so we returned it. Of course I paid cash and didn’t have my email receipt to return the item. However heather(manager) and Elle(sales associate) were so extremely helpful in finding the transaction and making that return/exchange happen for us! 10/10 customer service. Both were very kind and turned a hassle into an easy breezy transaction.

Came in to purchase a 40v edger. I had the isle and bin number but could not get the item out as it was locked away. After walking back to customer service and requesting help I was able to get an associate to get the item.The real problem was when I went to customer service to open a Home Depot account for the additional $50 discount.The customer service rep kept stopping my transaction even opening another register beside the one she was checking me out.After she stopped to do two other transactions I asked her if she needed to help anyone else before she returned to complete my transaction and got a less than friendly reply.While I am sure this is good for your staffing model, but it sucks for customer satisfaction.I could have bought the same exact item on Amazon for $10 less (including the $50 discount), but opted for brick and mortar and $10 moreNext time Amazon will get my business if there is a choice.

Bobby and Tammy did an excellent job helping me today. They went above and beyond. They took their time with me and were patient and courteous. They took extra time to make sure I was taken care of.Every time I have been in the store the staff has been very helpful, especially in the electrical department. A few employees in the electrical department helped me today too. I have been helped by a few of them in the past and they have always been very helpful and always have a positive attitude. In case it helps to identify them - they were building a display in the electrical department. All of the aforementioned staff members carry out their duties with pride, professionalism and put their all into their job. Nice work. Thank you for all the help!

I came with my 4 year old daughter to let her pick out her first paint color for her own room. North, in the paint department, was absolutely phenomenal! It was so refreshing to have someone take the time to recognize how special the occasion is for my child. He helped me pick the perfect base for my color and was incredibly kind. I hope his supervisors share this with him and encourage his fantastic talent!

Mike second shift right around closing time me and my friend had walked in there looking for help and he had a nice tone very helpful and was able to quickly and efficiently communicate, answer every question and need we had if he gets paid less than 12 he deserves a raise that’s for sure

I was in the garden center looking for a specific plant. They have a wonderful woman working there who knows everything about plants and helped me so much with which plant to buy, and how to care for it. If everyone in a customer service capacity was as polite and interested as she was, every store would get high marks. Great Job!!!

Good store but really leaving this review for an employee named North that works here. I own a business and have tried to steal this guy a couple times but he remains loyal despite lower pay. His attitude is absolutely beyond what an employer will ever see, stays super presentable, knows customers by name and has an energetic greeting for them when he sees them. I hope this guy is valuable by management

Great customer service I was there for only about 10 minutes tops because the associates in lumber made sure I got what I needed and also got it cut without a problem. Not sure about the names of the 2 guys that helped, but even in the midst of their morning meeting customer service was still more important. Great job!!!!
