So grateful for the bakery at this Sam’s club location. The staff made sure our order was correct and the 1/2 sheet cake and 60 cupcakes we received super exceeded our expectations. They were ready ahead of time, they were very very fresh even two days later, and they were not only delicious but very beautiful. People were commenting on them while we were walking toward the checkout. It’s the little things in life that mean so much and the bakery team made our granddaughter’s birthday a very special one. Three other locations would not answer the phone, this one answered without delay. I’m very grateful for your outstanding service and would recommend the bakery to anyone. Thank you. Thank you. Management is little to be desired to be called Management, the public runs the store and does what they want to do. Handicap parking is not as marked, everyone parks there and to complain, it goes on deaf ears. Loading zone is use for store parking not loading, asked and answer is everyone does it park there. Worst is never no carts and having to stand there waiting while guys to get carts are just playing on phone and doing nothing. Very very poor Management in Spartanburg sc. Never and control to correct it. Employees attitude is we will do as we want, Sure is not like costcos which handles very professional and very good Management style

very disappointed with the cafeteria of this store, out of 10 attempts to buy something, 8 were unsuccessful, as they either do not have something or they are closed. pay attention to the heads of this department, because because of this there is no desire to go to your store. For example, Costco always works perfectly, out of ten attempts, all 10 attempts were always successful, and I bought everything I wanted. that's why I prefer Costco lately

This weekend membership are just 8.00 for one year.Great deal. We sent just over 300. Buts that for the whole month. No more membership cards its all on your smart phone. U can scan and go. No more waiting in the lines. Great deals . This place was very clean. Bathrooms was clean. Got some good deals on steaks chicken.

This lady ROSA at the food check out section 06/18/2023 10:45am please get her another job!!! She was extremely rude to my husband. He got up to the counter her response was what do you want. Not hello how may I help you anything else and then she said nothing else and just walked away after he paid. If she's so miserable at her job make her find a new one. Unbelievable we will not be buying food from Sams anymore! Will stick to Walmart. Such a unpleasant experience.

Love scan n go app for inside the club and fuel. This makes it a lot easier to check out. Cuts down on the lines you have to wait in. Having the member card on there is so convenient, especially for me, because I no longer carry my wallet around. I have not seen as many scan-n- go offers, so I would definitely love to see more of them.

Only one time we had an issue with an employee being rude, haven't seen her since that one time. She complained about having to unload the cart. Which we were told be previous employees not to, that they would do it, so we were under the impression that it was their job to do. I could be wrong. I'm not sure. The food is great most of the time and very cheaply priced, with large portions. It's clean inside and only once we had an issue at the meat department with the cleaning station. The bathrooms on the other hand aren't usually clean but we just avoid using them. Not a big deal. Food selections are not exactly organized well, most dairy is separated in different sections making it a slight challenge to find things. Other than that it's all good here. This being my opinion.

Went to Sam's in Spartanburg SC this morning to pick up a red velvet cheesecake they my mom had seen in the advertisement that came in the mail. We get there, and after walking around trying to find it, we finally stop an employee who informs us that they're sold out. Even though the website says that they're in stock. Very disappointing. The employees acted as if they didn't wanna be bothered. Just a bad experience there this morning.

This was only my 2nd time in Sam's club. Didn't like the idea of paying the membership fee. Lolz that was until I found a great deal during cyber Monday!I forgotten how much stuff they have! Was able to refill my kids lunches and snacks!Only down side is standing by the door waiting at members services during 30 degree weather! Lolz

Like some other's have already mentioned, this store has issues with pickups.We ordered pickup and went to the parking space. After using the text feature to say we are there, we waited twenty minutes and then had to leave because no one came out and we had to leave. They marked the order as "picked up", we were sent email and charged. When customer service was called they said well it wasn't actually picked up but they couldn't come outside because of lightening risk during the rain drizzle. They recommended that we drive up and call the store when you are there, and now we can get it picked up.Well we drove up and called the store, and it rang and rang. And then someone picked up and immediately hung up. Called them back and after 4 mins of ringing, just silence. And then again hanged up.Two issues:1- WHY IS THE ORDER MARKED PICKED UP WHEN IT ISN'T. Cancel it if you need to, but don't email me that it was picked up.2 - Why have phone # if you can't pick up.

The Secret is Out: Cotton Candy Grapes are Here!!!!!!!!Came in for plasticware for a party, stumbled upon this sweet greatness and you know I had to buy a few. Cotton Candy Grapes are a must in my household and were a little hard to find this year but Im so grateful to have found them. So if you are looking for a sweet healthy treat, look no more. Personally I love them frozen and all my mini humans love them also. But as always dont just take my advice, Go try them for yourself and Thank Me later. (The bucket was full when I purchased them but we started eating them before I could get a picture)

Where else can you go get tires on ya truck, buy wine by the gallon, get gas with Murphys points, have your nails done, get your prescription filled and buy enough rotisserie chicken to feed town. I hate Walmart with a passion, but I can get used to goi g to Sam's club. Neat, orderly, well stocked and helpful employees. Maybe it's just this location, but kudos to the management at this location if that's the case. Coffee pods by the 100s isn't to bad either.

Multiple times I have only gotten half of my delivery order. Usually the cold items are missing. A couple of times I have gotten a notification that my items were delivered and check my ring camera only to see there is nothing out there at all. The club never answers the phone, it just rings and rings and then hangs up. I have spent hours out of my work day taking care of this personal issue. Since they never seem to have same day delivery available (even when the app says “as soon as 4pm today, at checkout the soonest available time is always next day) this has cost me so much money from having to rebuy the items to get me through until they can bring the items missing from my order. I can see this turning into a torte action if enough customers come forward with claims of money spent or work hours wasted having to make up for what doesn’t get delivered. If I’m paying for delivery, I should get everything I ordered and paid for at the time I paid for it to be delivered!! Since you can’t get through to the store, the resolution offered by their customer service line (who also can’t get through to the store!) is to refund the money and make you order again and wait two more days and pay another delivery fee to have the missing items delivered. Totally unacceptable.

Fast curbside pickup. And the $5 rotisserie chickens are always warm and fresh when picked up in the am. For fuel, try to avoid debit cards, as they usually hold $175 until your fuel fill up is charged.

All & all the store is great. You find some things in there that you can't find anywhere else.However... The Sam's club app scan and go feature does not properly work sometimes. It will make the tone like you scan an item but it does not scan the item into your cart. It's rather embarrassing when you're going through the exit, The associate is checking your receipt and scans a few items in your cart when a jug of mayonnaise did not scan properly and get added to the cart. My advice would be to double check the number of items on your app against what you have in your cart. Otherwise I love the store and everything that they have there.

I was the victim of fraud recently and reached out to the 800 customer service line and that was terrible. The call center employees I encountered were absolutely awful. It's probably a good thing they didn't send me a survey.Then I drove almost 2 hours to get to the Spartanburg Sam's club. I was told that if I went there, they'd be able to assist me and find out details of the fraudulent transaction.Upon arriving, I spoke with a manager named Miriam. She. Was. Awesome. Seriously, she was super busy with customers and made sure to let me know she hadn't forgotten about me. Once she was freed up she was attentive, patient and helpful. She went above and beyond what she needed to in order to assist me. We may not had reached a solution but she was an absolute delight to talk to.Miriam would be the only reason I'd ever get a Sam's club card or go back there.

The store itself is great. But....We shop here for our small business, it's usually a bulky load (or loads).There are parking spots designated for quick pull thru loading, but they're always occupied with cars just parked in them.So.... We're in the parking lot. Not really a hassle for us, but we have no choice but to block half the aisle while loading up, and traffic gets agitated.We shop there 3 to 5 days a week and it's a little frustrating.
