Long time customer.The good, meat deli and bakery.The bad, the rest of the store is often poorly stocked. The shopping carts are in poor condition. The handicapped unloading areas are blocked with shopping cart buggy parking and some of the cashiers and baggers are less than pleasant.I went specifically for a birthday card and a cake. Cake was very good but that didn't offset having to go elsewhere for a card.Management needs to take notice or lose customers.

Ingles is one of my other favorite grocery stores and they have such a great selection and high quality that if you're looking for a one stop place that has everything then this is it. Most of the big newer Ingles all have Starbucks inside of them too so if that's your thing then you can find their coffee there too.They have a good deli with a huge selection and salad bar so many great take out options including Asian foods, subs and hot bar foods.It's hard to beat Ingles and you always know what to expect; good selection, good food and good prices.

Customer service is terrible in my few experiences at Ingles. The selection is better than Food Lion, so I tried it a few times, but at least the service at Food Lion is good. The Ingles app is not very user friendly. I highly recommend they get a shop & scan option, then I can self bag, pay in the app, and not have to worry about terrible service and a cashier.

Really can enjoy shopping at Ingles, not going to get stampeded like other mega stores. Plenty of room to maneuver. Friendly staff . Great sales , definitely need to check out the deli . Fresh meals , pizza , Chinese food, fresh sliced meats and cheese. Just remarkable experience.

The store was very clean. Produce was well stocked and fresh. I especially enjoyed the section that offered daily, freshly chopped vegetables in containers a win - win deal. The rest of the aisles were also clean and well stocked. My cashier, Makayla L. had just turned off her light and was about to go on break. She noticed I was ready to purchase my items and was kind enough to ring up my goods, and then she went on her break. Great customer service!! You can't train that in a person. I hope Ingles knows what a terrific person they have on staff. She's a keeper.

Very nice market with friendly staff. Manager was helpful and patient when we had trouble at self check out. Market is clean and has a great selection of items to choose from.

I don’t understand why they make anyone a manager. Ingles is slowly getting worse problem #1, manager COLE SHORT is rude he has horrible customer service I’ve been going to ingles for 20 yrs he is the worst one yet. Went yesterday one young man was running back and forth to register and self checkout, while he was in the customer service window on the phone. Come one ingles get better management he isn't the one !!!!!! Oh and do better with the people parking on the DO NOT PARK HERE SIDE OF THE STORE

Good clean grocery store. Usually can find everything I need. Love the olive bar and hot food bars. Produce is food selection. Check out customer service is not the best. If you bring your own bags you are on your own. Management doesn't seem to care about customer service. The outside of the store is always littered with trash in parking lot and front of store which is a shame. Thankfully the inside is much better.

It's a shame, but I usually travel 7.5 miles to Publix when I'm less than 1 mile to Ingles on Warren H Abernathy. There are a couple of nice people that work at Ingles but they are few and far between. The cashiers are absolutely miserable and I don't know why. The people that work at the Deli are also miserable and act like your bothering them. Again, I'll go to Publix if I need Boar's Head. The only reason I go to Ingles is because their meats, fruits and vegetables are better. I wish there was a Sprouts, a Trader Joes or a Major Market around here. Ingles management should really be ashamed of this store.

Do not order cakes from here! They cannot decorate the simplest of cakes. The bakery staff is incompetent & can't take notes properly. You can tell they hire anyone to work in this department. Supposedly the "best" decorator works at this store, but this decorator played on my child's birthday cake. I wish I had a picture of the cake they tried to give me. Shop/order local & stay away from this place for your special occasion cakes.

Got there a lil after 7a today. I was the only one being attended to however.. took close to 20 min to get 1/2 lb cheese & turkey from the deli. I get home to find the cheese was not sliced as I requested and got less than 1/4lb turkey! Very sloppy.

I always love shopping here. The staff is always courteous and friendly and willing to help however they can. The pharmacy has really gotten exceptional over the years, definitely the best over all the other locations. They are usually well stocked on essential products (toilet paper, lol!). Their produce is a always fresh and crisp. Their store brand (Laura Lynn) has always been just as good, or better, than the brand name products. I love being able to shop, earn fuel points, and save at the gas pumps there. Great store!

Beware of eating at the salad bar. They used a freaking shopping cart to load the utensils that we the customers use. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary!!! These are shopping carts that hundreds of people use!!!! Went and spoke to a manager and showed him this picture. Not sure what was done after that. I would not recommend going to the salad bar!!!

I have been shopping at Ingles ever since they finally built one over on 290 and 295 I have lived in the more poplar springs area and Publix was the only grocery store and they're pretty high so I choose angles over most grocery stores.

I love how there’s 3 hours before closing time, there’s only one lane to help customers and there’s a group of 10 employees just grouped up playing around at the self check out area, when the one lane is backed all the way to the coolers. The managers don’t seem to care as they just walk by not a care in the world. This ingles is just a shame.

I always enjoy myself when I come here. I love how they allow service animals. Everyone loves my cat Alex. Everyone's friendly and I found everything that I needed. Customer service was excellent. I wish more places were like Ingles.

I've shopped here a long time and the one time I needed help in self check out the young lady would barely speak to me and instead would not help me, and would only shake her head no at my request for help with my ingles card. I simply decided to go to another check out lane where both the employee and customer ahead of me helped me. For that I'm thankful.

Love this location. Employees are always friendly. We love the hot bar and salad bar too. Recently ordered a cake from the bakery and it was very good. Everyone at my sons' party loved it.

Clean and stocked fairly well. Few friendly employees. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars, cashiers are rude or miserable, and some things aren't priced. Getting a price on those items is not easy, there isn't a manager to help. Produce is great looking, meat is great. Good place to shop, if you have celiac.

If your traveling you will be pleasantly surprised of all the food options they have for lunch and how affordable there lunch is at any of there Ingles Cafe prices are. And no wait.
