DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have had the worst shopping experience of my life dealing with this store. I went on a Saturday to purchase a Cub Cadet riding mower that was listed as in stock on the website. When I got there, I found the mower still in the shipping crate. I tried my best to get someone to unbox it for me so that I could take it home. No one that I spoke with was any help. They stated that it would be Monday before I could get it because the 3rd party assembler does not work on weekends. Tried to speak with a manager but he never showed up after I waited for 10+ minutes. Called on Monday to make sure the mower was being assembled. I was told that it was and that they would put a hold on it in my name. Monday night it was pouring rain so I was not able to get it. Tuesday morning I called to make sure that it actually got put together, but I was told that they already sold it to someone else. Manager was apologetic and said that I should not have been told that they would put my name on it. However, I am still never giving them my business again and I hope no one else does either.

I used to be a HD guy but see myself going to the blue competition across the street more and more as that store seems less cluttered and has more knowledgeable staff.
