Worst store ever I am NEVER! coming back to this Family Dollar we came in the store everything seems to be fine but the problem is that there were so Manny storage that we couldn't get what we need because it's literally blocking it!!! I'm confused on why they're so Manny on a single area but they NEVER RESTOCK!! what's the point of bags other things blocking the walk way even tho they don't restock plus the store always smells like weed amd other to Manny homeless people I rate this 1 star comeon Family Dollar I expect better from you company 😡😡

I have no idea what's going on with the Family Dollar stores in Spartanburg but the past 3 days I've went around to all of the family dollars in the Spartanburg area 29303 and they are CLOSED. Sheesh is no one willing to work anymore? This is Ashville hwy family dollar. The workers are there but no one wants to work??? So the doors are locked ALL DAY. Hmmmm..... Sounds like some ppl just want to make money and not WORK.

The aisles are jammed packed of boxes an stuff not being stocked the store is dirty then they have stuff everywhere an want to charge yu a diff price cause they don't have the stuff in the right places also has been closed the past two days as soon as it hits 530-6pm they put signs up this is really sad an the manger guy is more worried about his headphones an music an will stop ring you up or want start if he is on his phone

Every person working in store should be fired today!! Disgusting!! Nothing stocked, full boxes blocking the isles, cant get to anything!! While employees sit on there butt and do nothing, i didn't know better i would think this was a Dollar General!!!!!02/05/2022-A total disgrace, no stock, store dirty, trash outside. Fire everone in the damn store!!

The place is Always Cluttered and Never organized. Staff is never dressed appropriately and 2 or 3 times a week you can go by and the store is Closed anywhere from an 1hr to 2 hrs early or just 30minutes. They always say inventory time or Corporate knows. I have Never heard that before until this location. I would love for someone from their corporate to call me bc I have pictures and names.

The employees are usually good people.. there is only few but the try. However , because of this, the store tends to appear neglected. But overall , a good place and experience

As soon as I got out of my car today at Family Dollar...a man carrying a dog came up to me. Actually scared me he got so close to me. He said he was homeless and needed some change. Funny to me they always ask for change lol. He said his dog had seizures and he cdnt afford medication for the dog since he became homeless. I just told him I was using a debit card. I didn't hv any money. So when I checked out I asked the girl if she had seen him outside begging for money. She described him and said he carries a dog with him. I said yea that's the man. She said well he comes in here every day to buy cigarettes so I dont think he is homeless. Its hard enough to buy what I need for my family much less hv to get asked for money everywhere i go. Seems like every time I come to this store something happens. Guess it's time for me to stop going to this Family Dollar.

I went in there saw that the toys were buy one get one 50% off.. asked an employee/manager if that tag sale was still going on and he said yes. I get to the register with all the toys and the cashier tells me , that sale has ended. I said How? The guy just told me it was still going on .. so another girl (Amanda) comes to the front and tells me to hold up.. goes to the back snatches the tag off and says that sale has ended.. I said y'all should take the tags down . She said " I just did" I told her ..BEFORE someone comes in and is given false hopes because that's bait and switch. They should have honored that but instead she was very nasty and rude. I will not shop at that store again.
