i went there and i was by some kitchen usage items and i saw a boy and i guess his family came in and they were buying things on the isle next to the $5 and $3 dollar isle and the boy was getting a big piece of paper and colored pencils and i walked over there by the cards and he sat the stuff down and went to where the freezers were and I didn’t see him for 2 minutes and then i look again and he’s back over at the isle and picked the stuff up that he sat down and he went over to the party supply stuff was at and he was looking at the spoons and artificial flowers and then i see the manger coming smoking with a Marlboro in between her fingers and she tapped on the boys neck with disrespect and she had a type of face like she was angry at him…and i heard her tell him “get out of this store, why are YOU PEOPLE always a problem when it comes to this society” and i heard him telling her “he wasn’t stealing, he was with his parents” and the woman said “she was going to call the police on him if he didn’t leave the store” and when he was crying while walking out she said “don’t ever bring your kind in this store” this came from a manager who was SMOKING IN THE STORE i saw the boy the whole time when i was on the party supply isle he wasn’t stealing or anything he was just looking around and I’ll never come back here again, this is a scary experience watching that happen Infront of someone because immediately when I saw How she was being racist and rude to the boy I automatically thought “she’d never say not one of these cruel words to my kids” if your wondering who she is…she is a manger with white skin, has alittle bit more weight to her figure and has grey hair

There's a young man that works at this store with outstanding customer service skills... he's the only young man I've ever seen working in there. If I had his name and I knew where to leave a review for their corporate office, I would, he's tremendous! I work for a bank and it will be a pleasure to have that guy working for us!! I was in several higher-end stores today and his customer service skills were by far and away the best among them. I really hope someone takes notice of his work. it would be a shame if it went unnoticed by the owners of the store.

Not sure of the names of the ladies working tonight but they had great attitudes and had me laughing. One of the ladies helped me hunt down the perfect mirror for my 5 year old daughter, whom has been asking for one recently. Got home and she LOVES it. It's good customer service with warm, genuine smiles that keeps me coming back to certain stores, even if it's out of my way a little.

I had to return several hot glue guns that were recalled earlier this year. The associate I approached about the return was just unkind about it; she matched the description several other reviewers gave of a similarly rude manager at this location. She kept reminding me how many months it had been since the recall; there is no recall return deadline mentioned on the store website, and these have been unopened in storage so I hadn’t gotten to it yet. She complained loudly about this return causing her register to lock up due to the item no longer being in the system. She seemed to make it her mission to have me wait as long as possible (I was probably there 20 minutes). The two older gentlemen working (one a cashier, the other a back office manager) were kind and helpful and are the reason this is a 2-star review instead of 1-star. They made the experience bearable.

There's an old short midget lady who's white that works up here I guess she's the manager. Horrible attitude and she already know it so she didn't have her name tag on. She spoke to me krazy over the phone and at the store. She better fix that attitude because if I didn't have my daughter with me she would've gotten cussed out or worse.

Online, it says Dollar Tree closes at 10pm. I came at 9:15 pm and they would not let me in. I would like to complain that just because you feel like closing early does not mean you can. Do not tell me I will be able to make my purchase, I drive all the way there, and then you do not let me in. Dollar Tree needs to chose better management and employees.

I will never come back to this Dollar Tree. I asked if i could break a dollar while paying for my other items so my two kids could use the 50 cent toy things.. she told me no, that she would only give me my change from my items. Luckly, i found change in my purse for my boys. They were very annoyed at this point (manager & cashier) and blocked the toy things with a chair and when we were finally able to use them she was rude to my child about him being behind her and the chair. The manager doesn't help at all, she's very rude as well. You're just not rude to a child, she will have a comlaint called in.That $.50 toy kept two toddlers happy for a 45 min ride home.. People should really be more kind. This review would have never happened 🤷

Love, love, love, they even have groceries I didn't know that and it's name brand for a $1.00. I can get tons of stuff there for $1.00 and not spend a lot of money. People have always been friendly and helpful. Dollar Tree the best... You Rock !!

Dollar tree always got what you need. Get in and get iut. Love it . This. Is a place everyone come to for a quick serve. Everything is easy to find. And the cashier's are helpful even if they have a customer. Now that's what I call multi tasking. Love it!

Busy as always. Leaving trolleys full of merchandise on the floor can be a safety hazard and they were everywhere. Made navigating the store VERY difficult. Might want to look into hiring night shift stockers to avoid this issue and to improve customers shopping experience.

I really hate having to go to the closest Dollar tree to me because it's just awful. I use a lot of Dollar tree things for my crafts that I make and sell online so I'm always there. This one is always a mess and they never have what I come in to get. There are a few staff members that are just the nastiest people ever. So rude. Tarina is one that is really awful. The only one that is really nice is Linda. I really will have to start going somewhere else.

I'm not particularly fond of this location. It's always super busy.When paying with cash, be aware that you get back the correct change. It appears that even with the register showing the cashier how much change to give, that are incapable of giving back said change.

This store has been without air conditioning since yesterday. Poor work environment and customers about to pass out trying to shop. Do something. This is an emergency. Or close til you get it fixed. I plan on following up on this and calling your corporate also. Thank you.

True dollar store, everything one dollar. A little sketchy. I went in for craft supplies. I was surprised at the good selection of floral items. The quality wasn't great, but they had a huge variety that I didn't expect to see. I probably wouldn't go back except for that though.

The old guy ROGER was so rude and disrespectful towards me & my mother today. If I did not need the items for our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow I would have put them back. Not to mention, he put a heavy glass bowl on top of our aluminum pans making them loose and disfigured!!! He has NO business in customer service. How is he allowed to treat people this way?!

Pretty good stock, but sometimes cluttered. They don't always have more than one lane available to check out so you have to wait sometimes. The staff are always nice though.

I love this store,the only thing I can say is I can never go in these stores and only spend 1dollar. I always spend more than I intend to ,but that's ok cause I always get a big bang for my buck.

Usually dirty. Had a sign for 50% off on Christmas bags/decorations, so I picked out around 15 gift bags. Mind you, these were all grouped together, with nothing else around but bare shelves where they had sold out of most items. The lady in front of me was told that these particular bags weren't on markdown (the same ones I had) and yet the cashier decided to give it to her anyways. BUT, when I was checking out, DID I GET THE DISCOUNT?! NO and right in front of me! Will I be back? That would also be a HUGE NO.

Love tha Dollar Tree, they have some really good stuff for a dollar! I love tha Golden Leaf Aloe Vera and Vitamin E body cream capsules....
