Horrible. One register was working supposedly. They were letting old bats do multiple transactions I guess to use coupons. Line was super long and I feel the second register wasn’t open to have the one person be trained. People have things to do and places to be there should really be a self checkout. I had to leave the basket there cause now for me this store is a automatic decline from now on for anything to do with DoorDash

I couldn’t find the item I wanted to purchase so I asked the manager for help. He said his store didn’t have the item in stock but he told me to check with a larger Dollar General. Then he called the next closest Dollar General to ask if they had the item in. They did not and the manager he called shared that the item was discontinued. I appreciate how the manager saved me from driving to any other dollar general trying to find that item. I went to the store on the evening of July 10, 2023 in the afternoon.

We love our manager! Ashley is amazing. Everytime we stop in she is always helpful and friendly. Its great to have a store employee that is nice and friendly. Most the ones we have had here weren't happy with their jobs.

It was clean. Things were neatly on the shelf. The carts that had boxes on them to be stocked were not in the way that you couldn't get your cart through the aisles. I would definitely return to this Dollar General. The other Dollar Generals in town could be nice and organized if they put a little effort in it and hired people that did a good job.

I stopped to get a pack of men's handkerchiefs, but there weren't any. So, I had to settle for bandanas.🙄

It was fine.They need a little more front-of- the-store help. One of the workers sons was in there bothering her while she worked. Not very professional, but not a big deal, I guess. They mostly had everything I was looking for. The associates were very nice.

The store was very picked over and unorganized. None of my items had the right prices by them or prices at all. I was told the contactless pay did not work and it did. It just took a moment. No one was cleaning or sanitizing or even acting like a pandemic is going on around them. I came in for necessary items and found hardly anything and crowded by people. I understand they can't control the latter, but signage and cleanliness and cluttered stores with wrong prices can be helped.

This dollar general has an employee who has made sure to greet every single time I've went in. He makes sure if there is anything they can do to help they offer and they do not hate their jobs so it makes it much more pleasant to shop and spend my money here. The store is kept clean also!

The new store manager is great! She has cleaned that store up so much, and there is actually stuff on the shelves now. Way to go dollar general about time we get a good store manager. I will bring my business back here now.

I go visit the Dollar General at least twice a week. They have most of the stuff I need. The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. The store could be a little more neater. But all in all I like going there.

Do NOT recommend nor do I want to even put a one-star but it has to be 1 through 5 and then with me I'll put -0 they are very dirty all the items are on different shells and mixed up and is not organized at all the clothing that they sell is all in floor and also piled up in a pile on the shelve somewhere. The customers cant find what item's they are looking fot because its all hiding in a pile and is NOT in the spot where it suppose to be. Also workers stay on their phone and laughing with their friends and cutting up with thier friend's and family that visit the store and they be goofing off and playing around on the job site and not paying attention to the customers

If I could give ZERO star's I would.....cashier refused to sell alcohol to my 71yr old friend because ID was in car....(ok then...) Refused to sell it to me and I had my ID ( I'm 59, be 60 in October)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shelves were stocked with wide range of items. The items I was looking for were not available, but that was not the clerk's fault. Store was out of Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer. Thank you Dollar General!

Nice and cheap things perfect for when I need something but don't want to spend a bunch of money for it. Because the store is so organized it's very easy to go in the store and find what im looking for. My trips to the store don't ever take long I usually end up buying more than what I went in there looking for.

Prices are usually lower than other places for cleaning supplies. They have a good selection of things you need for practically everything now.. Just wish some parts weren't so crowded.

It's obvious the management team makes the best out of an older building. Clean, stocked well and even the clearance area was in decent shape. Would check in again if I'm looking for something.

Dan is the man here!!!! He has awesome customer service & leadership skills. He's the only one that knows where to find anything or even offers to help you!!! If other employees and management could and would learn by example this store would be great 👍

I'm sorry but I remember when that Dollar General opened up and I know things have changed and managers have changed I moved on but no matter how many times you reset the store and I understand that there's always a truck and there's lots of merchandise that needs to be put up but you can expect one sometimes two people to do that when your attention needs to be up front and I know that you don't make a lot of money there they do need help badly adding more stockers to every Dollar General would greatly help out

The store had a sign just remodeled come and check us out. Honestly i didn't see any difference and to be honest most dollar generals aren't that neat. This one is awful very messy and unorganized. Just stopped to pick up one thing if i really didn't need it i wouldn't have stopped here. But I get it the company doesn't allow lots of labor so those employees has to work with what they have been given to work with.

I frequently visit this DG , even though it's just been remodeled it's never clean and organized, there's never enough worker's. The one manager that's always there has to put up the stock, be the cashier and take care of the customers as well.

I love the black man that works here I forgot his name but he is always very nice respectful and helpful and always makes me and my family laugh I love going in this store and knowing im gonna go out with what I need and a big smile on my face as well

If you ever want to know what shopping is like in a post apocalyptic wasteland, you've come to the right place. This place ALWAYS looks ransacked. Boxes and product in the floor, carts with product in the middle of the aisle, and half of the liquid products are spilled on the linoleum. We drive an extra five minutes to the Family Dollar on Cowpens (where I can use a cart without taking out an entire shelf).
