I’ve not used this particular pharmacy more than once but I was blown away by the customer service. As I waited for my prescription to be ready, I couldn’t help but notice how both people working were kind and diligent, working quickly through what seemed like a ton of various tasks. The employee that helped me, Braxton, was great. He was professional yet warm, efficient yet thorough and went above and beyond for not just me but everyone he saw that needed assistance, at the counter as well as in the store. That level of customer service is so rare these days. I was truly impressed. This will definitely be my new go-to pharmacy.

If I could give less than one star, I would. A tech closed the pharmacy as my husband was waiting to pick up a prescription!!!! The CVS at Target has not been the same since sweet Kevin left. If I could give less than one star I certainly would. We will be taking our business elsewhere!!!

This location is NOT my preferred location. I haven't been here in months. This isn't even the last location I have visited. Auto refill is OFF and has never been on. There is no reason why my prescription should have been filled automatically at this location. Very suspicious.

This pharmacy and their team is the absolute best. Kevin is very knowledgeable and understanding. The rest of the team is also friendly and helpful. You feel like a valued customer here and not “just another prescription”. You also get Target coupons after getting so many prescriptions filled here.

The staff is great. So helpful. They make sure they get you the information to get the best price for you.. with insurance my prescription was over 200.$ , hey arranged to make it 10. $. Now another my insurance doesn't cover is 700$ and I'm getting it @ 9.$ thanks to my team at CVS IN TARGET.

Everyone in our CVS inside Target treat all of us like family !! Every sense they took all the pharmacies out and made it like a floating CVS the ones that feel in are great but they just don’t have enough help!!! There never used to be a long line now every time you come you’re waiting and waiting!!!

Spoke to Kevin and another lady (not sure of her name) at the pharmacy. By far the most helpful employees I spoke to out of 4 people at 2 different locations. Went to a different CVS having a got a price quote of 20$ from Kevin (helping me because I have no insurance). Went to the CVS on Reidville Road and was told there was no way they could do that for me even though it’s the same company. They basically told me to call back to this CVS and figure out myself (very very rude people on Reidville). Spoke to a woman on the phone at Target and told her the situation and she immediately fixed my problem and changed my information then sent over the other CVS. She also offered to call them if I had anymore problems. By far the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had with the most caring people. Thank you so much for all your help.

Excellent Pharamacy and the pharmacist who was working today was so, so polite! I don’t recall her name but today is May 15 2021 and I was in around 330pm!Excellent, excellent Pharamacy plus my wife was needing to get something unrelated to the Pharamacy but the pharmacist pointed her in the right direction!!!!

The staff and service are both superb. My insurance required me to go somewhere else for about a year BUT NOW IM SO HAPPY TO BE BACK HOME AGAIN!! There’s nothing like having friendly And professional staff.
