Tiffany was absolutely one of the best people I have interacted with while in pain waiting for a long line. She helped me with figuring out better payment for medicine and also took my pain away for a while with her talking and demeanor. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Another 1 star review that they don’t deserve. -0000000 would be more appropriate. I first began using this pharmacy in 2014 and continued for about 2 years. They continuously got my medications wrong, would tell me they were ready when they weren’t or vise versa, were the absolute opposite of apologetic in any of these scenarios and NOT ONE OUNCE of customer service to be found. I ended up switching to the Walgreens across the street because their customer service was EONS ahead of this CVS. Fast forward TEN YEARS later, my medication did not come in on the truck at Walgreens so I begrudgingly called this CVS, very sick mind you while still maintaining a bubbly attitude, to see if they had it. Whoever FINALLY answered the phone was absurdly rude. No excuses for this. Ten years later they are all still as rude as they can be. I do not for the life of me understand how this is still happening. Everyone do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens across the street or anywhere else for that matter. This pharmacy should be closed. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited for an hour for them to say they don't have the right amount of meds. They then send me to another CVS that is already closed!!!!! Who does that!!!! A total waste of time and gas! After all of that mess my daughter still didn't get her allergy medication!!!!

The 3rd shift female pharmacist Sonya needs to be terminated immediately. Her attitude is nasty so many people report her to cvs corporate! She never wants to fill scripts during her shift. You walk up to the counter and she’ll huff and puff while rolling her eyes like she’s so annoyed. And she loves to say that she’s by herself and don’t have any help but will be on her phone all night not doing anything. She’s lazy!! It’s also been many times where she’ll tell me I can’t get my prescription till another date and I go the next morning at 8am and the other shift fill it with no issue!! If you don’t like your job find another one but don’t make the customers suffer who only want their freaking medicine !!!!!

How about I got a prescription that say take 1 pill for 3 days and I drive across town because it’s a holiday and their the only CVS open and they give me 1 pill. I go home and notice it called the pharmacist and he said sorry we are training people and that he would give me the other 2 pills. I said I just drove across town and I am sick and now I have to do it again he said well I already said I’m sorry so there’s nothing I can do. This is ridiculous.. doesn’t the pharmacist check to make sure the prescription is correct? Wow don’t use the drug store on the holidays or ever!!!

Unbelievable it’s not even class 1 or class 2 medication plus THIS PHARMACY NEVER NOT EVEN ONCE SCANNED MY DL over medication that Fred meyer pharmacy orKroger doesn’t even ask for driver license! I have cancer, I’m weak I can’t run back n forth and it’s NOT like they don’t know me, they do know. And it is not the type of medication u give patient run around or hard time as if it is pain medication. On top of that I’m not feeling well all weak. Perhaps no difference if we have “human” vs anrtificial intelligence service they identical to me. I’m sure if I would be black they would treat me differently. I had amazing black managers and doctor but others seem to destroy all good I know and knew. Nah nah it’s whites who gets worse service everywhere no one is giving hard time to black cancer patients that way as they do to whites I constantly keep encountering it. I’m doing everything slower which is why I either could come at 8pm or around 1am but I never said timing! It’s natural if dr prescribed that means patient need it TODAY! Took hours to fill medication & sent me home empty handed. and JUST ONCE I FORGOT LICENSE JUST ONCE AS IF IT NEVER HAPPENED TO THEM. Perhaps loosing some weight wouldn’t hurt. I would fire all of them in that location cuz it seems to be pathological (rudeness and inflexibility when it should be). I hope they ll experience same to understand patients. This particular medication it looses and looses scrutiny on how doctors prescribe it and soon won’t even need prescriptionYet they decided in last days give u a hard time and I would understand if I would be new and if rx would be new BUT THEY NEVER SCANNED LICENSE NEVER! Im sick and tired of their lies as if it is not enough they made medication ready at 12:30am when it was prescribed at 6pm! And pharmacy was empty when I came in and don’t care “busy” u don’t tell that to patient ever! Especially cancer one it’s a number one customer service tool but you don’t know customer service if you wouldThe worst personnel EVER! They REALLY need to learn how to be organized you wait in one line then they send you to another line and then again line “yeah you have to go back in line, sorry” while clearly showing how they enjoy that. This ENTIRE PERSONNEL NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Or you won’t improve the service. They act like you owe them or act “why did you come here” and they are discriminate pick and choose to what ppl be nice and serve them faster and some they postponing on purpose. They are extremely slow and don’t do even half of what Washington state cvs pharmacy do! Here they make patient do all the things what’s the point to have pharmacy the. If it’s you who has to do their job and find alternative meds what’s the point of having that pharmacy? It’s time to fill descriptions without pharmacies just come to the box. And fill and pain meds for safety could be filled at er locations or police stations dispensaries imagine how much time it would save! Seriously! I don’t y derstand Spartanburg county, SC these people don’t care of anyone else but themselves, true republican behavior and I thought I was republican until I came here. Democrats care more of ppl! Loo sc has exact same tax as wa state does yet SC UNABLE TO COVER CHILDRENS PRESCRIPTIONS! Disgusting awful service they didn’t even bother to send doctor a note that it is not covered as other pharmacies usually do! It’s like this SC CVS is absolutely awful and doesn’t know what to do or what organizing means, huge lines for nothing! You wait hours for rx to be filled :( the only reason I go to cuz they the only who has my med but otherwise stay away from these fat (mostly) and lazy people both white and black and one for the guy pharmacists also rude oh and Christ pharmacist as well, they Love talk down to you

This is one sorry pharmacy every time you get ready to call a refill in on your Prescription they are out of it they keep saying it's been a shortage in the Manufacturer since covid hit which is a lie because if that was the case wouldn't none of the CVS pharmacy have it that's the person doing the ordering who every doing the ordering needs to be fired ASAP so now I guess I will have to transfer all my prescription to the CVS in Duncan which is farther away from my house I will never ever use this pharmacy again in life they are sorry now I have to go through the trouble going to my doctor getting a new prescription which is no fault of my owns this pharmacy doesn't even deserve a star but you have to at least leave a star to be able to leave a review if they are going to be out of your medication at least they could let you know about instead of waiting for you to call and then they tell you they're out they don't do that because they don't care they don't have to ever worry about me no more I mean that I don't even see how they even stay in business CVS do everybody a favor shut this one down yall would be doing everyone a favor

The CVS on Reidville Rd. has to be the worst in town. It is open 24 hrs which is convenient but the pharmacy staff is beyond incompetent and rude. I was left standing at the counter for almost 10 mins before I was helped. Then I was told it would take 30-45 mins to fill my one prescription…and it took that and then some. it was after midnight and I was the only customer in the store. I know these pharmacists are making over a hundred thousand dollars a year to simply count pills…they should appreciate their career and perform their duties w a lil more class and professionalism.

Time to switch pharmacy I called my Prescription in last night at midnight they told me my prescription would be ready by 8am I gave them till 11am only to be told that they wouldn't have that medication in till Tuesday now here it is on a Sunday meaning the doctor office is closed I went up there and asked for the manager I asked the manager why is every month is something I told her that I got a text saying the order was placed at 9:05 she asked to see the text as if I was lying so I walked outside to the car to get my phone when I got back to the window I showed her the text I said it doesn't say anything about yall being out of the medication she went on to say they had half of it I asked her why yall couldn't just tell me that over the phone instead of having me worried like that because I can come back after the 15 day's and get the remaining half of the medication is way better than having no medication then she came out of her mouth and said maybe I all to think about going to a Independent pharmacy I told her I thought CVS was a Independent pharmacy I guess all of these years I was wrong but I will look around and see can I find a Independent pharmacy sense she Mention it she said it all rude and everything CVS pharmacy has really gotten worser over the years you have people like me that has to have their medication it they don't have the medication in they could at least let the Customer know I bet you if it was one of their family members they would let them know people just don't care these days

Great place to go if you have a spare 2 hours to wait for your prescription. Was able to catch up on a lot of reading waiting in line.

The African American woman pharmacist who works 3rd shift Sonya her attitude is so horrible !! She complains about her job all the time and hates to work there. Came through the drive thru one night and she had put a trash can there so noone could come to the window. She also doesn’t like to fill scripts. Why does she even work there if she doesn’t want to do her job?

This CVS is broken! The CVS app and texts routinely reports that medicine is ready, and I go there an hour later, and I am still told to come back in 30 minutes. The people are nice, and they are clearly busy, but management is lacking in their workflow in a big way in my opinion.

I just called 8:49pm 3/2/2024 I’m not sure who it was because he never gave his name but the pharmacist Indian sounding male answered the phone and was so rude and disrespectful to me all I did was call in a refill Jesus Christ and he hung up on me before letting me respond if you hate your job so much quit

Been calling for weeks now, the pharmacist(s) doesn't answer. Clearly they aren't picking up the phones, doing their job. Just going to switch back to CVS on Garner Road. When they did answer the pharmacy phone, the medicine was never ready and when you get there, you STILL had to wait for it.

Pharmacy is very unprofessional!! Drive all the way there just for them to tell me they didn’t have the prescription. Went home and waited a full 2 hours to call and them tell me they still did not have. Called the dentist , they tell me the pharmacy even confirmed having the prescription. I call the pharmacy AGAIN and she proceeds to have an attitude and tell me she doesn’t have the prescription. The dentist office calls and I wonder if they’ll lie to them and say they still don’t have it. It’s kind of ridiculous if you don’t feel like working then don’t or choose a better job, because the customers are not the ones who put the application in for you!!!!!!

Regional ER sent my dad's Rx on paper, but it was a controlled substance so they were supposed to submit it electronically. After hours staff on Sunday evening were very helpful, they called the regional ER and spent a long time on the phone going up the chain to find someone there to e-scribe it. Even with all of that and after hours on a weekend, I was there less than a half hour. The folks working here are doing a remarkable job dealing with what they are given to work with. And if you're the kind of person to intentionally go on here and slander the health care professionals that are trying to help you, then it's no mystery the circumstances YOU created to make you think they were rude to you in the first place.

I have been going to CVS on Reidville Road for over 5 years. The entire first shift staff knows me, very well. They all are very respectful and compassionate.. However; late night shift woman is very very disrespectful. She was very rude with a huge attitude. I could not complete my request on what I needed; because she hung the phone up quickly in mid sentence of asking her what can I take for nausea. I told her I really do not need her attitude and rudeness considering I am a cancer patient. This is the last thing a cancer patient needs to deal with. It's bad enough I am trying to cope with such crazy disease . People like this do not need to be working at any pharmacy with such rudeness and disrespect, And no compassion. I wish corporate would review these messages, truly screen and make adjustments to their employees behavior, and the waiting process. May 6 2022

Dan in the pharmacy was very rude. I was the only person in line. He and his staff looked at me several times without saying a word. Never greeted me. When Dan came to help me with filling a prescription he refused to allow me to purchase a separate item and told me to go to the front to it. Customer service is always key to any business. It is definitely lacking in CVS pharmacy.

Trying to reach the Pharmacy at CVS Reidville is ridiculous!! You call several times and they put you on hold only to hang up on you after waiting for 10 min or longer . Just get rid of the phone line if your not going to answer it! I called on a Saturday several times and it’s the same scenario. That’s why I’m transferring my scripts!! Just Ridiculous! Communication is key!! Might I add this has happened more than once different days

Pharmacy at this CVS is worse than any other I’ve been to. My most recent experience was waiting on hold for 28 minutes, and when I got through, I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up to the CVS about 40 minutes later and they told me it would be another 30 minutes. Staff was dismissive and unapologetic.

When I called with a question about my prescription, the employee "dan" rudely muttered something and then hung up on me shortly after I gave him my name. Idk if it's because I am Hispanic or if he was mad that I had another question but I was shocked at the unprofessionalism and rudeness, I've been a customer here a long time, for years, never had any big issues but after talking to Dan, I am taking my business elsewhere. No one wants to be on hold 30min and be hung up on before you've even asked your question.

Every time I use this cvs it’s a hassle. I don’t know who the girl is that’s working in the drive through tonight (1/26/23 6:20 pm) but her aggravation for literally doing her job is absolutely ridiculous. Extremely rude! Do better people!! You literally chose a job to serve the community. Stop treating people like they shouldn’t even need to pick up meds. If you can’t treat customers nicely then you need a job not dealing with the public.

Am traveling with my family and had my daughter call this pharmacy this morning to have my refill transferred to this CVS from another state. It took her about five minutes to get through and the attendant was very helpful. My daughter told me about the terrible online reviews, so I called them just now to see if the transfer had been made and if I can pick up my script when we arrive to Spartanburg in a little while. I spent the 17 minutes on hold reading all of these horrible reviews. The pharmacist who finally answered was very polite and professional. He correctly identified my prescription and told me that it is ready for pickup. My experience doesn’t line up with the many complaints I read while on hold. Thanks, CVS.
