I love the different sizes available in women's clothes. The clothes are very beautiful and great quality. Their prices are high. I wait for the sales. They are very good. I will continue to shop there as I have for many years. I recommend you give them a try. What's the worst thing? A great sale?

My Woman and I were shopping for Christmas for a Foster Child.It's a program thru our Church.Belk had exactly what we needed and a lot of the clothes for Children were on sale / Discount.This is the worst time of year to go shopping at the mall due to crowds. But due to the fact that this Belks / the whole mall will be Closed permanently soon, I guess to me it seemed this mall wasn't that packed.

Store was very clean and tidy. I was impressed with the woman's clearance section as it was very neat. Would have been nice if the lady that checked me out smiled and was cheerful. Most the employees I interacted with did not smile or were not cheerful. Not one employee greeted me in the store.

I bought Estee Lauder product. The clerk handed it to me in a large bag so I didnt check. When I got home I realized I didnt get the free gift. You would think as expensive as things are in Belk they could hire better help.

Bought a pair of boots on sale in May. Finally got a chance to wear them and within 5 min the zipper broke. Very nice manager gave me a gift card. Was very thankful. Will always recommend Belk for great employees and awesome sales. Have a great day

I got a good deal on a cute pair of Bob's shoes using my Belks rewards card. I went to the Belks site and pulled up my discount coupon so my Sister could get 35% off of her purchase.

The Westgate Mall Belk store is absolutely the best. I have been mistreated at other stores nearby such as in Gaffney, South Carolina. But upon visiting the Spartanburg store, I was reminded of how a customer should be treated. Because of that experience I reopened my account with Belk. And it was all based on how I was treated by the sales rep in the beauty department.

They had an excellent selection of men's clothing. I was able to get five pairs of shorts on clearance for $60. They do have a lot of racks and placed very closely together making it somewhat difficult to get through, but it wasn't bad as other places I have seen. They do have candles, but I was specifically looking for tea lights which they did not have. I will definitely return here when I'm looking for more clothes.

This is the best Belks I've been to and I've been to alot. Luis is great in purses. He has a beautiful welcoming smile. He tells you where the discounted purses are located in the store. He makes reasonable suggestions and tells about offers. He provides great assistance. Joey is great as well. He's very informative and attentive. This Belks have lots of hidden treasures.
