My almond milk ice cream tasted like ice. It wasn't sweet at all and it wasn't the creamy consistency that my family's choices were. I paid extra (for the almond milk) and got less compared to theirs too. Their cups were filled to the top and mine was so sad looking. The photo was taken as soon as she handed it to me. The ladies were very nice but busy with a line of customers so I didn't complain but maybe a warning to customers when they order about what to expect if they order it vs regular milk. For the price, I won't go and chance it again. I do see the appeal with the nitrous (my kids thought it was cool to watch!) but, for me, it was a little bit of a let down seeing it was just a bunch of stand mixers. It was very small inside with only 4 or so picnic tables while you wait, some with just one bench available due to the wall. I'm glad others enjoy it as I like to see small businesses succeed, but it's a miss for me.

We didn’t know it was a flash freeze place, but it is fyi. The ice cream was delicious, toppings were plentiful, wait time wasn’t bad, and the owner was super friendly and great with my toddler who loved all the nitrogen gas. It was a little pricey, but honestly not much different than anywhere else. We both two mediums for $15, and it was plenty. I don’t think we’d have gotten more anywhere else. We also walked in at closing thinking they closed later and the owner wasn’t worried about at all - super friendly.Kid-friendliness: My toddler loved the process and the owner had fun with him.

We have taken our children multiple times to N the Midst and they love it. There are so many flavors and mixins to choose from, but their very favorite thing is watching as each of their special ice creams are made right before their eyes. Watching the liquid nitrogen freeze the ice cream is always a fun experience.

First time at this business and it was a fantastic experience. The kids loved watching how the ice cream was made. The owner was courteous and worked quickly to make and serve the ice cream to us. Best butter pecan ice cream that I’ve ever had :]

Very exciting experience!!! Just so you know the way it was explained to me is that you don’t actually ingest the nitrogen, the mist that comes off of the nitrogen is what causes the ice cream to freeze. Yessssss!!! They make your ice cream fresh right in front of your face!!!! I LOVE all the different options they have to add to your ice cream. They have a large ice cream flavor list to choose from. The prices are very reasonable as well. Our new favorite place to get ice cream from.

This place should exist in every adorable downtown in America. I wish it were franchise-able, as the business model is genius. Even more important, however, is the ice cream is freaking OUTSTANDING!! It literally does not get any fresher, more customizable, or more frozen than this! As a self-proclaimed ice cream "connoisseur," this now ranks at the very top of my list. If I lived in/near Seneca, SC, I would visit this place all the time. Incredible!!!

Place doesn't look like much from the outside, but I'm glad I didn't turn away. What a wonderful surprise! They mix the ice cream right there in front of you with nitrogen to instantly freeze the ingredients. Its fun to watch them make, and it's the best tasting ice cream I've had in years. This was some of the best, if not the best, ice cream I've ever had. The liquid nitrigen oricess is fun to watch. They have tons of flavors and mix-ins. They were also really nice.

A must-stop if you’re anywhere in the area!Writing this review on our first visit, AS we sit inside watching our ice cream be *made to order*, right in front of us with LIQUID NITROGEN 🤯Fantastic atmosphere, extremely friendly service, and a Gazillion options to choose from.…And it is absolutely delicious ice cream to boot 😁

Will update review when I get the chance.Update: came again and the icecream was great. The owner is very friendly and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Will be back and do recommend!

We tried this ice cream shop for the first time and were completely amazed. Not only was the ice cream amazing, the gentleman operating the shop was running it all by himself! The ice cream is literally made from scratch using liquid nitrogen right before your eyes. It was an incredible experience and we will be back!

Liquid nitrogen milkshakes and icecream, Revolutionary and charming a must have if you find yourself in the foothills of the applachian mountains or lost outside of greenville. Came on a Tuesday at 3pm and store wasn’t open :(. Checked on website and Google but nothing was mentioned.Came again on a Tuesday. Please update Google maps location. Storefront says closed Thursday to Tuesday. Showed up thinking it was open but wasn’t.Update: came again on a Thursday afternoon and ice cream was great 👍

Absolutely LOVE this place. I’ve tried so many different combinations of flavors and I’ve never been disappointed. Some may feel the prices are high, but for good fresh ice cream that I can alter to my tastebuds, I’ll pay for it. Not to mention, the owners are great too!

These people make amazing stuff. The process is fun to watch, and the ice cream is great. Just be sure to wait about 2 minutes before consuming though if you don’t want a brain freeze lol. Bit of a wait to get it, but it was worth it, they clearly work very hard there.10/10. I’ll be back to this place when I’m next here, likely trying something new. If there’s any investors looking for hardworking business owners, you’ll find them here.

Icecream made to order from scratch with loads of quality ingredients to choose from. The freezing process is done with liquid nitrogen and makes for incredibly smooth cream. The entire process takes place in full view of customers and is really entertaining. Altogether a classy operation and worthwhile experience. go here.

We have been here a few times. The Owner and staff are always welcoming and friendly. I love that there are so many options, including using alternative “milks”, without the sacrifice of being limited. Your unique dessert is freshly made before you and it’s quite a very delicious one at that! Though it’s not the easiest location to get in and out of, it’s very visible so it’s easy to find. Highly recommend!

When I first saw the place..I thought Lord what have I got myself into.. I figured it would be old ice cream because nobody ever went there.. Boy was I wrong!! IT WAS WONDERFUL!! The young lady Katrina that waited on us was SUPER helpful and sweet and patient. It was such an Amazing experience... Loved it!! So going back!! Thank you!!
