I have always loved this Aldi's store in Clemson/Seneca. The staff is great and very courteous. The store is clean and the shelves are always stocked. I love how you can check yourself out now and not worry about lines.

My hometown, go-to grocer! I’ve been shopping here consistently since 2019, and while the employees rotate (like any retail store) and quantities fluctuate (when Clemson is in session vs Summer), this is by far my favorite Aldi in the region.I have two favorite employees at this store - consistently pleasant, helpful, and hard-working. One young gal tends to be on register and the other on the floor (Sandy).Keep in mind this is the student’s main store AND where visitors for football or other special events go. So it gets busy, inventory flies out, and keeping it stocked is a full time battle. Those of us who have worked retail know the struggle!They always have several outstanding speciality items for decent prices: charcuterie, holiday, party, international, special diet (GF, vegan, nut free), and home goods you never knew you needed. (See below for fun seasonal stuff gifts or decor!)Best of Aldi = Dairy, Cheese, Eggs, usually produce (but you do have to check!), off brand wine, pet food, cured meat, snacks, sales, and more.Skip Aldi for = Meat, speciality or wide selection of produce, Deli, name brand breakfast, specific snacks or frozen items. (If you HAVE to have a particular brand, go to Publix or Food Lion.)If you need special diet items, check out Ingles!

I just started going back to this store after not being able to find certain items and deals I couldn’t find elsewhere. I don’t like that they have self checkout mostly now. I got held up trying to get help when I needed to split a payment. Called three times and the girl kept hanging the phone up. She helped the Hispanics next to me but ignored I needed help. I get there was a line but I was holding up an entire checkout and only needed to pay an additional 8.00The manager came past with a pallet, looked dead at me and I tried to flag him down for help but he ignored me. Had it not been for the kindness of a stranger, I don’t know how long I’d waited for help. The stranger put the $8 on her card and refused to take my cash. I don’t know who she was but I thanked her many times. I’m posting this today as I went yesterday and I was disappointed in the lack of customer service.

One of the best grocery stores in the US in my opinion 😁!!1. Good Collection of breads at a reasonable price. Their bagels are the best I've ever had :D.2. Pocket friendly destination especially for college students and people who wanna save up a couple of dollars on groceries.3. Amazing seasonal collections - I am a biiigg fan of their winternacht collections, they're worth every dollar 💰 😁 (*not a paid promotion)4. Amazing frozen food collections!!The only downside is that some of their in-store brands like summit cola, beers and alcohol are not worth buying as they're really terrible.

This location changed my opinion of Aldi. The prices on most goods are significantly cheaper than any other stores in the area. There's also a good amount of rotating products that keeps grocery shopping exciting. Only downside is that the fruit/veg section isn't the freshest so I usually buy elsewhere. Employees have always been really nice as well, particularly Skylar. Just be respectful of their time and leave when the store closes.

I love the fact that you can do curbside pick-up at this location. As a parent of a child with food allergies, I appreciate not having to take my small child into a grocery store.

Favorite Aldi location in the area. Well kept and stock is replenished often. One tip would be to go earlier in the morning if your going on a weekend to have a better chance of them having a sale item available.

Usually I am a big fan of Aldi's selection and low prices but this store in particular was filled with grumpy employees. As if the poor service was not enough, I was abruptly greeted by the entire cherry tomato section covered by mold for who knows how long.

First time coming to this particular location, and it'll be the last time. We arrived shortly before closing (which we were not aware of) and were initially informed politely that they were closing soon. As we were rounding towards the end of our shopping trip (which took less than 10 minutes), an employee asked us--with an obvious attitude-- "Can I help you with something?" to which we replied we were simply looking for bagels. After which she rudely stated in a dismissive tone that they were "closed now" without offering a solution. We paid for our groceries and left hastily. Would not shop at this location again.

My fiancé and I went to this Aldi for the first time today and we’re not happy with the customer service. When we first walked in we were advised that the store would be closing soon but we could still shop. With this knowledge we quickly went through the isle in 7 minutes and had a full cart. As we were headed down the last isle to check out I realized we had not grabbed bagels and asked my fiancé to grab some. At this point an employee came up to me and rudely asked “can I help you with something” I advised that we were just grabbing bagels. She then proceeded to state “well we’re closed now” with a clear attitude. At that point we rushed too the registered and quickly checked out. We were in the store for under 10 minutes and out roughly 5 mins after closing. We did everything we could to get out of there as quickly as possible and did not deserve to be treated in that way. We will not be returning to this location.

This place is an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF! as everyone who has EVER shopped at ALDI is well aware, you are required to insert a quarter in exchange for the use of a shopping cart. Okay, that's fine. But then, you go to leave and the cashier SWITCHES your cart and DEMANDS you leave your cart with them. As you go to retrieve your quarter after returning your cart, you realize that the cart the cashier DEMANDED you take, has NO QUARTER IN IT. Their fruits and vegetables DO NOT LOOK FRESH AT ALL & They have a very pitiful selection of all The other items. All the food is outrageously priced. That is, unless you would like to purchase a bag Of food for your CAT. in THAT case, this is the place to go, because its only 2$ & some change for THAT. NOT WORTH EVEN WALKING IN TO THIS PLACE..

This is a nice Aldi and the one cashier they had working was very quick and efficient. I don't go often because because I don't travel with bags and the cart thing annoys me. However I like their prices and the interesting selection of goods makes it worth the occasional trip to me.

Aldi has good quality products for a great price. Their special buys and German goods are usually amazing. Sadly, they usually don't have a great selection on items. You usually only have like 2 or 3 options on a product. That being said, it is a lot cheaper than a place like Ingles and if you are good with the typical flavors of food, Aldi is a great place to shop at.

The good, prices were cheap.The bad, the store looked like something out of a post apocalyptic movie. Limited produce selection, half of the shelves empty, and just strewn on there. It’s nice to save the money, but it’s annoying to have to go to a second location to get everything you’d need to make a specific dinner. This isn’t the place I’d take my grocery list to, and expect to get it all in one go.

I like this store. I wish there was another closer to Pickens. The meat is too high, I go to other stores for meat. It used to not be so high but it has gone up, like everything else in this inflation economy. The people were nice and friendly and the store was clean and organized.

Was my favorite Aldi location until my experience tonight 09/17/2021 at 7:00. Whoever the guy that was working the checkout was the worst cashier ever. I know they work fast and just put things in the cart, but he was literally throwing things in. My pizza was chucked in upside-down. My raspberries were thrown in upside down as well, so they opened up and raspberries were falling out in the cart and on the floor. He put my laundry detergent on top of chips. Just what everyone wants is crushed chips. Everything was just tossed in to what resemble a mountain, and on the top he thought it was a good idea to put my eggs. I grabbed them before they toppled over. Finally, he took my receipt and just tossed it in the cart. I shop here all the time and never have I ever experienced this. I don't spend money here just to have the food I purchased get squished, crushed, and falling out of containers all over the floor.

The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit I accidentally grabbed a box of decaf coffee and two of the employees helped me get my regular coffee without me even having to get out of line. The selection is large and the Aldi Finds section has some great options! This location is always very clean and orderly.

Disappointed in deli area, sold me expired meat and cheese. Didn't think about checking date on products I was given because she just cut them for me, and found out that evening when we want to eat the "fresh cut" meat and cheese.Haven't been back, purchased other produce there, veggie tray, that when I opened container found bad tomatoes, moldy broccoli, and slimmy cucumbers.Publix is so very much better!!!

There are not massive variety, but what they have is usually above average quality, even the fruit and vegetables. Lines may occasionally be long, but move fast. Bring your own bags, or grab an empty box from the shelves. This helps keep the prices so reasonable

Great employees, only wish they'd be quicker to open a second register, and not wait for the customers to start making noise. However, this seems to be the case at EVERY Aldi!!! Out of stocks seem to be growing daily, but still like this place!
