I'm sitting outside a closed 24 hour store because the clerk decided to close shop until 5am and it's only 4am yet. Glad I'm not one of these truckers on a time schedule. I think this is the employee's truck parked out front and they must be napping unless they went home for a while. This store has lost 4 potential customers in the 15 mins that I've been here wondering where else I can go as I won't be attempting to shop here again. Oh make that 5 lost customers, just had another. Such an untrustworthy employee on shift tonight. Oh lost customer #6 now.. This trucker said this has been going on for at least 2 weeks. There goes lost customer #7 and I'm #8 and outta here. Don't come here at night, find somewhere else.

Here I am parked in the truck parking and it's 3 a.m. try to go use restroom with this being a 24hr truck stop and has a sign on door will open at 6 a.m with employee inside. Lazy employees and that doesn't even scratch the surface of this issues at this store. As far as truck parking there seems to be plenty but there are no longer lines on the ground so trucks are everywhere.

Even with the store under construction they still had everything I needed and let me get my free coffee during coffee week even though my coupon wouldn’t work. The over night associate was very helpful. I truly enjoyed this store on my road trip to Florida

I freaking hate how bad this fuel stop has become. Not truck friendly at all. locking doors never any food. Rude customer service. Will be reporting to corporate for the experience I had today with a cashier.Used to be some good people working here that made this terrible location some what bearable but the new employees are awful rude and unprofessional. They need to start over fresh with new owners or management that actually care about your truck drivers.

Deceptive. When I saw the large marquee gas price was less than $0.10 the average I pulled in only to find out at the pump that price is honored if you pay in cash. I looked at the marquee on the side of the road and saw that they only flashed the word "cash" for less than a second and that's when I felt really cheated. That's a really lame and low-class marketing tactic, and I hope people will avoid dishonest stations like this.

I am with the other reviewers. I wish I could give this store a 0 star rating. I have been into some bad gas stations, but this one takes the cake in many ways. My husband and I are a young couple just starting out in life. We moved to the area about 4 years ago and live not too far from this store. We go there all the time for gas, snacks, and coffee in the mornings a few times per week despite the uncleanliness of the store and nothing ever working (drink machines, only certain coffee to choose from, cash only etc.) We spend a lot of money at this store because it’s convenient, but every time we go in there not only is it gross, but the employees are extremely rude. Not only are they rude to us, but we have watched them get rude with other customers for simply just having to do their jobs. This morning we went in for coffee. We got up to the counter to pay and there was a “cash only” sign up. The cashier instantly caught an attitude with me when I turned to ask my husband if he had cash on him and rudely explained to me that there are signs on the door. There was a truck delivering goods to the store at the time and they had the doors wide open preventing anyone entering the store from seeing those signs. We apologized for “missing the door signs”, left the coffee at the counter, and turned around to leave. She stopped us by rudely saying to us “this is doing us no good”. I said “excuse me?” not knowing what she was talking about and she then repeated herself and pointed at the coffees. It took me a minute to realize she was giving us the coffees at no charge. Before I could tell her thank you, she rudely said “yeah you’re welcome”. I plan on going back to the store one last time to pay for both of the coffees with cash and that is the last time that store will ever get my business. I am not the one to leave reviews like this but it’s well deserving. Absolutely awful.

I don’t know what this store is going to do without him on third shift , I guess they will have the Ginger head to take his place while he’s on his phone non stop laughing at fighting videos 😂 but he’s a ok guy just a little sneaky… 😏

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Probably one of the nastiest stores I've ever been in. Restrooms haven't Probably been cleaned since the place was built. Still no paper in the men's room, possibly from the review left a year ago. The entire store is just filth. Manager should be disgusted with him/herself as well as the employees who clearly aren't given job duties during their shifts. 10/10 will not stop here again.

Disappointed with cleanliness of eating area. Garbage was over flowing at 6pm Thursday through the next day. At least clean up before you close restaurant. If eating area is messy, whats behind the counter. Not buying chicken there again.

Stacy is very rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm unsure if she's fit for her duties at the circle k.Customers where not greeted apon entry. And if asked a question store related the response is given with pure strong acrimony and bitterness. Took my service's else where I suggest you do the same...

My husband and I travel highway 17 at least once a month. This store hardly ever has what we need. We visited today and the ice machine was out (no sign) and their air machine was broke(no sign either) my husband put $1.50 in the air machine and there was no power to it. We didnt even try and bother to get our money back cause they was backed up we didnt have time to wait. We will most definitely be using a different store next time. I've never had an problems with the employees but my husband says they are always rude to him.

As you can tell the bad news out weighs the good by a mile. & the owner keeps saying forwarding this information. Nothing will change. Been here several of times & it is not worth one star. Staff don't care for any of it. Might as well put something in your pocket. No one cares obviously. No toilet paper no soap nothing in bathroom. Toilets are dicusting who knows if its ever been clean for real for real. I told the zombies behind the counter but not a flitch. I stop to park. Avoid this place if you can especially if u have kids. You don't want them touching things in here.

This is the most disgusting store I have been too in years. The bathrooms were nasty, the store had trash everywhere, merchandise was not presented neatly, there was food trash left in the eating area, and the soda fountains were not set up correctly. When I got to the cashier, she acted inconvenienced that she had to put her phone down to ring me up. Unsurprisingly, the cashier's name was hidden from view because her name tag was backwards/flipped over.When I left with my fountain drink, my wife asked why on Earth I trusted a store that dirty enough to clean the fountain nozzles. Thank goodness I have a smart wife. I went back in and purchased a Powerade so I wouldn't get sick.

Gross! I wish I took my camera in. This is a gross bathroom. It looked like dirty water was thrown on the stalls and walls! Oily drip marks on the doors, paper towels and TP on the floors. Dirty mirrors and floors. TP on the tank not in dispenser. COVID is the least of your worries here. The two star rating must be for the cheap fuel prices.Update:. Katrina from the Corporate Office called me to let me that they have hired a new manager and have cleaning and repair orders in the works for this store.

This place MUST be in some type of health code violation! As of 7/16/12 the sinks in the ladies' restroom were non-functional, one of the restroom stalls was "out of order" (a state it has been in since November 2011), and there was no type of hand sanitizer available.This is the third time I've stopped at this store on a road trip to Charleston in the past two months, each time at night, and there was no coffee. This place USED to be a really good truck-top, but now it's simply horrible!

I stop here on my way to Charleston a few times a week. By 730 in the morning every coffee pot is empty except the de caf. The bathrooms are filthy. The staff is very slow. They sit down play or talk. They don't make coffee they don't clean anything. The hotdogs are not out. A line at the register can back up the other employees will just stand back play on the phone . Terrible service dirty place.

This place is the fifiltist place on earth. The bathrooms are unbelievable nasty even when they are working which is a rarityCapichino machines don't work and was not working 5 months ago. When you tell an employee or cashier they just shrug their shoulders and go about doing nothing. No concern whatsoever. Only reason we stop is for fuel and Capichino (which is not working)

Went in the store December 2020 and it was like "what pandemic?" Masks clearly optional. To make it worse they have a Churches restaurant connect to it. Clearly a super spreader location. I left immediately!
