This was the first time using Upstate Top Dog and it was OUTSTANDING! Cheryl was Great!I wasn't sure how my lab would do with leaving her with Cheryl but at the first moment of my Annie meeting her, Cheryl put Annie to ease and was so welcoming. Cheryl worked wonderfully with my schedule. My Annie was in great hands and the service we received was outstanding! It's great knowing that we have such a great furbaby groomer in Pickens! Cheryl truly loves animals and will take amazing care of your fur baby!! She takes the time to do a job well done. We took our Major a large German Shepard to Cheryl and he returned to us looking and smelling fabulous!!! She deshedded him , cut his nails, bathed him, and I'm sure loved on him. Just took my sweet boy Loki here today and let me tell you he loved his experience and looks so handsome. Cheryl took such good care of him and made his experience as though he was having a day at the spa. She has a huge fenced in back yard for your animal to run and play and they are the only animal there for their treatments which makes me feel at ease because Loki doesn't like other dogs. If you want a stress free atmosphere and knowing your animal is taking care of and is in great hands then this is the place for you and your pet. I know I definitely will be back.

Took my 4 month old Goldendoodle, Dexter, to Cheryl yesterday for his first ever grooming session. She was very accommodating and was able to work me into her schedule the same day I called. Dexter looked so good that I almost didn't recognize him when I picked him up. I'd definitely recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a groomer!

I am so shocked and pleased with the experience I had today getting my sweet dog clipped. She was so happy and relaxed when I came back to pick her up. This was a shocking good experience compared to any Pickens groomer. So clean and calm. The lady was so knowledgeable about what she was doing and kind to my dog. She wasn’t threw into a crate and left until her turn. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I’m a little late with this since he was trimmed the other week... but cant say enough about Freddy’s first visit. Freddy is a rescue and was super skiddish/anxious when I got him. Cheryl took great care of him and turned him into a new dog! She does an amazing job grooming but what will keep me coming back is her true love of animals and the environment that she keeps with the dogs... no cages... only one dog at a time... such a relaxed atmosphere for them. New lifetime customer!

Definitely a 5 star experience for Hazel, Freckles, and Shylo. Love the private set up for my dogs and the fenced yard so they can run and relax while others are being groomed. Unlike the "Big Box" grooming stores dogs are never placed in a kennel at Upstate Top Dog. My dogs always look great when Cheryl finishes and and actually seem to enjoy the experience. After you have your dogs groomed at Upstate Top Dog you will never want to go to another groomer. Thank You from Hazel, Freckles, and Shylo!
