I give this place 5 stars because of Will and Angie. I walked in and was greeted by Angie immediately who noticed I was in need of something in plumbing and told me where to go. Will who was standing behind the paint counter comes right around and ask me if I needed help. Walked me to plumbing and helped me figure out what I needed.Thanks for the warm greeting and professional service.

I bought a Stihll weed eater from this location,along with an extended warranty. The weed eaters piston somehow malfunctioned and no longer operates. Ace,nor the manufacturer will honor the warranty. Sad how companies are starting to forget who keeps the doors open. I do not recommend shopping at this Ace location.

I was in the store earlier today to purchase paint, a chain for my ceiling fan and a liquid wash for my vinyl siding. A young lady by the name of Jessica helped me find everything I needed. She carried all the items to the counter and then helped me to my car. I suffer from CHF and was having difficulty due to shortness of breath. So thankful for her assistance!! She went above and beyond!!

Ace isn’t the place to buy anything anymore. Crappy local policies and inflated retail prices are the culprit of this place. You’re better off going to next town over to the big box store or literally any other hardware establishment.

Best customer service around! As someone as you walk in the door, someone is asking if you need help. You get the hometown friendliness + people who actually know what they’re talking about that you just can’t get at Lowes or Hole Depot. We use this store as much as possible when it comes to hardware, plumbing, and random diy needs.

Love my local ACE. I don't understand how they always have so many people propped up at the paint counter but I always have to hunt someone to help me. When you finally get help they are friendly, but don't seem extremely motivatedTo assist customers.

Missy was INCREDIBLY helpful. I'm a traveling electrician and bought $150 worth of supplies at this location for a recent job. After completing my job and returning home (over 2.5 hours away) I realized that I'd lost my receipt to turn into my company for reimbursement. I called the store and gave them what little information I had and asked for help. Missy was incredibly patient and understanding to my problems. She showed the customer care that you rarely find today by not only finding the receipt but by reaching out to get it to me. She showed her value to the ACE hardware brand today!!! Thank you again!!!

Great experience. I work at a major home improvement retailer and used to hire Ace employees when I was in charge of hiring. Those are the employees I didn't hire for seasonal help. Those are the ones that I went looking for and invited into the store for a interview. I still shop Ace on my days off because even though I work for a big retailer I like to shop local. Plus if I walked into my store today or any other with the same name in the area, I'd never get out because I've been there so long everyone knows me.

Cashier Jessica was awesome, friendly face and eager to help...you can get most anything here, from Carhardt clothing, SC T-Shirts, seasonal items, paint, oils, cleaning supplies, grills, phone needle bales, propane, top soils, wood for most anything...lots more to see ...Wonderful place to go shop and spend an hour just hanging out to see what in all they have to offer...I surely did...The SmithClan

Tri-County Acr has several stores in the area. I only have experience with the store in the city of Pickens (on Ann street). They have a good inventory of paints, Plumbing, electrical, Tools, Etc. I especially like their assortment of nuts and bolts and or fasteners. They will special order any thing you may need that is not currently stocked or on a shelf...They also have a bunch of misc items. I do recommend this store.

Ace will not exchange products purchased with a reward discount at discounted price. I tried exchanging for the exact same product in a different size, and was asked to pay the price difference to pay back my discount on the original purchase.

Well I was able to get propane after waiting in line for quite some time the guy doing the propane was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing but the people in the store are completely lost huddling in small groups hiding in corners

This is my go to Ace. They ordered a self propelled mulching lawn mower for us and it arrived two days later as projected. Not huge but well stocked and up scale impulse options.
