The only good thing about this store is the two cashiers who are very sweet and kind and the one asst manager named Tasha.They do their job with smiles all the while receiving no help from the store manager. There is an asst manager named Tasha that will help. The others will not. They will walk right past the cashier line with it backed up to the back of the store and pretend not to see it. Customers get antsy and impatient with the cashier and it is not their fault but the managements fault. The aisles are full of unshelved stock and messy. You can hardly get a buggy down the aisle. The floors are nasty as well as the bathrooms. This store has gone downhill. The manager and other asst managers are either on their phones or talking and laughing it up in the office. The two cashiers and one asst manager seems to be the only ones doing their job. They need to put those in charge and fire the others. It’s a shame that older good dependable employees are treated unfairly and taken advantage of. It’s a shame that people get paid for slacking and not doing their job too!

Only today.. most days I'd give it a3 or 4. Customer service here is very very lacking. There is one cashier in particular that is pretty much useless to do anything except text on her phone. And with 9 people in line in front of me I asked the young man if he could call someone to open another, he said there isn't anyone else here, just me. I told him I know I'd seen another employee, he said she was putting things up and stocking. I had just come past the girl who was trying to lean into a shelf to hide the fact that she was in her phone, again. I left my things in the buggy and walked out. I'm not able to stand for long periods of time and that store needs better management or better trained employees

This is a very good place to go get the things you need. They have a little bit of just about everything. They have good products, good prices, and some of the best people working there, and my small grandkids love going cause they can get a good bit of stuff too.

CLOSED past Sunday at 6 which is somewhat understandable but today on a Thursday afternoon at 3 o clock.... no no. This is a payday for some and we have to drive more than 20 mins just to see a store around here. Pack it up. Someone needs to be fired. There's no way you literally have the lights left on in the store and can't have at least one person managing the register.

My 1st visit to this location. They had quite a few boxes of merchandise strewn about. I do know that DT rarely hires enough people to keep things in order. The 2 ladies working were doing their best, and very kind

Good prices on everyday necessities. The store is clean and well kept. Conveniently located on Hwy. 601 close to nearby grocery store, food, and gas stations. The staff is friendly and checkout is usually pretty fast.

Usually a great experience, but today was horrible. I purchased several glassware items and the cashier just put them in bags together. I asked for them to be wrapped. She asked an older female cashier about wrapping them and was told we dont wrap glasses. Which is ridiculous bc every dollar tree I've been in has always wrapped glassware. Then I wasnt offered my receipt when I realized I didn't get it I asked for it and was told there was no way to give it to me. I think it was the indifference and matter of fact nonchalance that I was handled with that really made me upset more than anything just no effort given in responding to my requests at all. Very disappointing

at 9:50am somewhere around that time the cashier named Felicia “the queen” that was on her name tag was being very rude. my girlfriend was paying apple pay and she gave the thing you pay with a look and the lady was like you givin me that look with an attitude. when we wasn’t even lookin at her because we was concerned about the thing you pay on. i don’t know if she is new but she needs be fired if she’s gonna be rude to customers.

A lot of products from food to cleaning things to anything else you could need at home or on the go they are known for there 1.25 price products but they now carry other products that cost up to 5 dollars all in all great place to save money

To be a new store the shelfs we're empty and the cashier was to busy dancing and being disrespectful to take care of her customer and they we're two more people sitting at the front at the register one of them had a name tag on the other didn't. I was not impressed with the store and want recommend anyone to go shop at that store

The store was nice and clean the the answer is wrong is wide enough you can get through without being squished and the service was really friendly so I give it a four stars cuz they could have had the handicap ramp in the front instead on the side

Went n yesterday there where 3 associates standing at one register one of them was on her phone there was a line of customers and it was 10 mins when finally the register froze then the one lady that was on her phone finally opened her register still talking on her phone 2 assist customers, just had customer service
