We needed a day care for our dog Tater. I chose Pet Paradise base on location that fit my plans. When we pulled up we were shocked to see the facility- I wanted to stay there! The first impression leaves you speechless and wondering if you have enough in your 401k. Then I noticed the rates- what a reasonable fee for this facility. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and made us feel comfortable entrusting our Tater to them. We left Tater there for 3 sessions and picked him up each evening exhausted after playing all day. If you’re in Hilton Head check out this facility- you and your pet will be glad you did!!!

I originally sent this feedback in March through the PetParadise website but I did not hear a response so I figured I’d leave this review for both locations so that I know it’s seen!!Hello!I wanted to share a few things with the Pet Paradise powers that be.I first discovered the resort when my wife and I moved to Charlotte, NC. We were living on the south end and I tried the Mooresville location in the beginning of 2021. That team did not disappoint and it was certainly worth the 40 minute drive (until we later relocated to Mooresville). The team was so amazing to our 2 dogs Bert and Zoey. Every time we walked in the door, everyone knew them right away. The process of checking in and out was always seamless. Our pups truly looked forward to going there and I think it’s safe to say they knew where they were the second we pulled into the parking lot. It was very obvious thru every experience that it is a well run location with a very loyal and dedicated staff. The most memorable experience was when we had an unexpected death in the family and our turnaround time to make our flight to NJ was pretty tight. Mooresville is a busy location and I was worried they wouldn’t be able to take our dogs. The customer service rep I talked to put me on hold while she called the resort who gave the response “we will MAKE room for them”. I just cannot say enough about this team.Summer of 2022 we ended up moving again to Pooler, GA. We were so upset that there wasn’t going to be a resort location nearby. We have been using another camp since our move….Until now!! Insert Pet Paradise Hilton Head Island, SC!! Our pups just came home from their first weekend at this location. The best part??? We found out multiple people came from Mooresville to open HHI. I’m pretty sure it was Alexis who checked us in who immediately told us she knew our dogs from NC. As soon as we got into the car to leave I told my wife how relieved I was that there were people from Mooresville watching our babies. They have another trip planned for April and because I will be working on the island starting in June, Bert will be coming for day camp. SO SO SO HAPPY that Bert and Zoey have their second home back! Our puppy is always happy when he stays there. I love the fact that I can watch him play and interact with other dogs on the video cameras. Friendly staff

Both my German Shepherds enjoyed being at Pet Paradise. We got to watch them on camera having fun at the pool. The staff is so nice.

We love Pet Paradise for our pup! She gets so much play time and attention. Everyone is so friendly and the facility is new and very clean! Such a great concept and fabulous addition to the Low Country.

Zoe just had her first day there and it was a wonderful experience for her. And she came home smelling clean. A big plus! Everyone is friendly and we cannot wait for our next day camp day. Will be recommending to my friends

We dropped our dog off the other day. The staff was amazing. We hung around for a little bit and talked to some of the staff , you can tell their love for the animals, in their voice and actions. I’m going to follow them on FB . I love all the dogs pics. We used one in Orlando and they were just as nice. Our dog comes home worn out from playing and swimming. Glad y’all are here in South Carolina…… keep on doing a fantastic job !!!!!! 😎

Nice, clean, new place with lots of options for your pup of any size. People are nice. They still do not have a groomer. Added bonus being by a Starbucks for those early mornings.

Day camp is a splurge in my budget, so I expect my dogs to get their full access to join in (or not) with the other dogs. My dogs were forgotten about for over an hour after their lunch break (There was only one available staffer innTiny Town.) No way to directly call front office (my call went to a remote worker, and my request to transfer to facility ended in a hold that went nowhere.). Email contact was also a failure as the “send” button just ghosted and didn’t work. One play yard camera is down. These issues need sorting out.

Brand new facility with lots of room for dogs to romp and play in play yards as well as a pool. Would give 5 stars for day camp and day boarding but have to lower the rating due to boarding policies. The last walk of the day is 7 pm and they do not offer late walks (not even for an additional fee). There is someone in the facility 24x7 but for emergencies only. The staff does not return until 6:00 am, so 11+ hours for dogs to wait to go outside. Pet Paradise is part of a franchise, so changes need to be made to overall operating model for local management to modify hours and services. Needless to say, they will continue to lose revenue and customers until this policy changes.

Dudley and Zoe had a fabulous time at Pet Paradise. They played with all the other pups, they were so exhausted, they came home and slept for the past two days.

They only board certain dogs based on preference. My dog had all its shots, my vet made sure of it, I had paper work to prove it and they denied him. Lady was rude about it too. Very uneducated about animals, I wouldn’t trust them to watch a pet rock! Bad management here.

My pup Willow always has a fun time boarding at Pet Paradise! I like being able to check in on the video cameras and that they have so many options for rooms, playtime, ice cream for your dog. Willow has traumatic epilepsy from a head injury as a puppy with her previous owner. She had a seizure at Pet Paradise this stay and the team sprang into action, keeping her safe, cooling her off, and calling me immediately. I’m super grateful for the care she received by the entire team at Hilton Head!
